賓語從句是陳述句時,用that引導。that無詞義,在從句中不

充當成分,在口語和非正式文體中常常省略。

2.if/whether引導的賓語從句

當賓語從句的語義相當于一個一般疑問句時,常用if/whether

引導,表示“是否”。if/whether在句中不充當句子成分,但不

能省略。

e.g.Iwonderif/whetheryouwanttoattendthemeeting.Shedidn’tsayifherauntwasstillwiththem.Idon’tknowwhetheryoulikeflowers.以下情況只能用whether：與ornot連用時，只能用whether。e.g.I’mwonderingwhetherIshouldgototheparty
