-AL4AUTOMATICGEARBOXREMOVAL-REFITTING:GEARBOX1-REMOVAL:分離發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)（從車輛上）分離變速箱必須升起汽車從底部抬出注意：AL4自動(dòng)變速箱是密封的，終生免維護(hù)，不需要更換自動(dòng)變速箱油Placethevehicleonatwo-postramp(tomaketheoperationeasier).Beforeremovingthesub-frame,positionthesteeringcolumn/steeringwheelassembly(1)inthelowestandmostrearwardspositionpossible.Pressbutton(2)ontheuniversaljointindexer(3)toimmobilisetheassembly(1).Removethelefthanddriveshaftnut.Raisethevehicle.IMPERATIVE:Removetheexhaustpipetoavoiddamagingtheflexiblehose;thiscannotwithstandthetorsion,tractionorbendingtensionscausedbytheremovalofoneofthepowertrainsupports.Clampthesteeringunittothebulkhead.Remove:thelefthanddriveshaft.Moveasidetherighthanddriveshaft.拆除：螺栓7連接器8螺栓93個(gè)螺栓10速度傳感器Removetherod(12).拆除螺栓12Moveasidethestarterwithoutdisconnectingit.移開起動(dòng)機(jī)，但不必拆除Removetheimpactor.Remove:thebottomfasteningbolts(gearboxtoengine).Lowerthevehicle.放低車輛Disconnectthebattery.斷開蓄電池Remove:拆除：theaircleaner空氣濾清器theexhaustexpansionchambertheairductsthebatterycover蓄電保護(hù)罩thebatteryanditstray蓄電池及其支架Remove:拆除：thebolt(14)螺栓14Theballjointconnection(B)usingthetool[6]

拆除球接頭B（用工具[6]）thecablestop(15)bymeansofanelectrician'sscrewdriver拆除固定線束的卡箍15（用螺絲刀）Positionthetools[29]onthepipes(17)-(18)

.在管17、18處裝上工具[29]Remove:拆除：thebracketmounting(16)固定支架16Thepipes(17)-(18)

.裝上：工具[30]、[31]、[32]、[21]Remove:拆除：thegearboxshaftnut(23a)anditswasher變速箱軸固定螺母23a及其墊圈thebolts(21)螺栓21theflexiblemounting(22)Thebolt(23)usingtool[16]

螺栓23（用工具[16]）2-REFITTING:裝上發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)Locatethepositioningpin[1]

.裝上工具[1]SPECIALFEATURE:EW10J4ENGINEb2cku76dRemovethetool[18].取走工具[18]SmearMOLYKOTEBR2greaseontheconverternose(atD).在D處涂上MOLYKOTEBR2Checkthepresenceofthecentralisingbushes(25).確保定位襯套25安裝到位SPECIALFEATURE:TU3JPENGINE-TU5JP4ENGINE-EW10J4ENGINEb2cku78dLineupthepositioningpin[1]withthedriveplateandtheopening(26).WARNING:Whenlininguptheparts,donotdistortthedriveplateorthering.b2cku79dRefitthegearbox/engineuppermountingbolts(28)(tighteningtorque5.2da.Nm).Removethetorqueconverterretainingtool.Tightenthebolts(29)to3.5daN.m.Removethetool[1]usingarubberend-piece.Fit:theengine/gearboxlowermountingbolts(30)(tighteningtorque5.2da.Nm)theconvertersecuringnuts(27)IMPERATIVE:Fitnewnuts:pre-tightento1da.Nm;tighteningtorque3da.Nm.Ensurethatthereisnospaceremainingatthecontactsurfaces.b2ckugddCoatwithLOCTITEFRENETANCH(thegearboxshaft(23)).Fitthegearboxshaft(23)anditswasher

).Fit:thespacer(coatwithPCASSPAGRAMgrease)thegearboxflexiblemountingthegearboxshaftnut(23a)anditswasherthemountingbolts(21)(withouttightening)WARNING:Centralisethepowertrainbeforetighteningtheflexiblemountingsecuringbolts.Tighten:thenut(23a)to6.5da.Nmthebolts(21)to3.0da.NmContinuethefittingoperationsinthereverseordertoremoval.Fit:thedriveshaftsthesub-frameCheck:Theoillevelinthegearbox
