3.補(bǔ)充水分與鹽分（drinklightsaltwaterwithsalt）讓中暑者口服淡鹽水或含鹽清涼飲料（Letthevictimdrinklightsaltwaterorcooldrinkswithsalt）

4.降溫措施（Coolingmeasures）用濕毛巾擦拭中暑者全身（Wipethevictim'sbodywithawettowel)

5.送醫(yī)治療（Seekmedicaltreatment）若中暑癥狀嚴(yán)重，立即撥打120或送往醫(yī)院（Call120orsendtothehospitalimmediatelyiftheheat-strokesymptomsaresevere）暈倒（Collapse）1.確?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全（Ensurethesafetyofthescene）

1.輕聲安慰流鼻血者，讓其保持冷靜（Gentlycomfortthepersonwithanosebleedtokeepthemcalm）。

-幫助流鼻血者坐直身體，頭稍微向前傾（Assistthepersontosituprightwiththeirheadtiltedslightlyforward），切勿后仰（Nevertilttheheadbackward），防止血液倒流進(jìn)入喉嚨。

壓迫止血（Applypressuretostopbleeding）

-讓流鼻血者用手指捏緊鼻翼兩側(cè)（Askthepersontopinchbothsidesofthenosefirmlywiththeirfingers），持續(xù)按壓5-10分鐘（Keeppressingfor5-10minutes）。

3.冷敷（Applycoldcompress）-用冷毛巾或冰袋敷在流鼻血者的額頭或鼻梁處（Applyacoldtoweloricepacktotheforeheadorthebridgeofthenoseofthepersonwithanosebleed）。

-在受傷后的24-48小時(shí)內(nèi)，盡快進(jìn)行冷敷（Applycoldcompressassoonaspossiblewithin24-48hoursaftertheinjury）。

-在休息時(shí)，盡量將受傷部位抬高至高于心臟水平（Whenresting,elevatetheinjuredpartabovetheleveloftheheartasmuchaspossible）。
