11、倒置的錐體，上下徑 25mm 底部：寬35mm，前后徑25mm 體部：后面較平坦，有中央溝 尖部：指向下 位置：膀胱及盆底之間 包繞尿道前列腺部,帶區(qū)解剖概念,McNeal 十余年（19681981）研究提出 腺性組織： 周緣區(qū):70%,癌癥好發(fā) 中央?yún)^(qū)：25%，萎縮 移行區(qū) 尿道周圍組織 中央腺區(qū)：中央?yún)^(qū)、移行區(qū)、尿道周圍組織 非腺性組織：前纖維肌肉基質(zhì)區(qū),前列腺前區(qū):5%，良性增生好發(fā),前纖維肌肉基質(zhì)區(qū),無腺體 最大（1/3）， 前列腺腹側(cè) 一般不發(fā)生原發(fā)病變 T2WI低信號(hào)，T1WI低信號(hào),周緣區(qū),位于前列腺后方、兩側(cè)，形似前方缺如的漏斗，尖端組成前列腺尖部 占腺組織成分的70% 腺體較
