53、位、貨物進(jìn)艙的文件。 提貨單（DELIVERY ORDER） 提貨單是收貨人憑正本提單或副本提單隨同有效的擔(dān)保向承運(yùn)人或其代理人換取的、可向港口裝卸部門提取貨物的憑證。 附:提單種類 已裝船提單 SHIPPED OR BOARD B/L指承運(yùn)人向托運(yùn)人簽發(fā)的貨物已經(jīng)裝船的提單。 收貨待運(yùn)提單或待運(yùn)提單 RECEIVED FOR SHIPPING B/L指承運(yùn)人雖已收到貨物但尚未裝船時簽發(fā)的提單。 直達(dá)提單 DIRECT B/L指貨物自裝貨港裝船后，中途不經(jīng)換船直接駛到卸貨港卸貨而簽發(fā)的提單。 聯(lián)運(yùn)提單或稱轉(zhuǎn)船提單 THROUGH B/L指承運(yùn)人在裝貨港簽發(fā)的中途得以轉(zhuǎn)船運(yùn)輸而至目的港的提單。

54、多式聯(lián)運(yùn)提單 MT B/L指貨物由海上、內(nèi)河、鐵路、公路、航空等兩種或多種運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行聯(lián)合運(yùn)輸而簽的適用于全程運(yùn)輸?shù)奶釂巍?班輪提單 LINER B/L班輪是在一定的航線上按照公布的時間表，在規(guī)定的港口間連續(xù)從事貨運(yùn)的船舶。班輪可分定線定期和定線不定期兩種。 租船合同提單 CHARTER PARTY B/L一般指用租船承運(yùn)租船人的全部貨物，船東簽給租船人的提單，或者并非全部裝運(yùn)租船人的貨物，而由船東或租船人所簽發(fā)的提單。 記名提單 STRAIGHT B/L只有提單上指名的收貨人可以提貨的提單，一般不具備流通性。 指示提單 ORDER B/L通常有未列名指示（僅寫ORDER），列名指示（ORDE

55、R OF SHIPPER或ORDER OF CONSIGNEE*COMPANY；ORDER OF *BANK）。此種提單通過指示人背書后可以轉(zhuǎn)讓。 不記名提單 BLANK B/L或OPEN B/L提單內(nèi)沒有任何收貨人或ORDER字樣，即提單的任何持有人都有權(quán)提貨。 清潔提單 CLEAN B/L貨物交運(yùn)時，表面情況良好，承運(yùn)人簽發(fā)提單時未加任何貨損、包裝不良或其他有礙結(jié)匯的批注。 不清潔提單 FOUL B/L貨物交運(yùn)時，其包裝及表面狀態(tài)出現(xiàn)不堅固完整等情況，船方可以批注，即為不清潔提單。 包裹提單 PARCLE RECEIPT或 NON-NEGOTIABLE RECEIPT適用于少量貨物、行李或樣品等。 最底運(yùn)費(fèi)提單或稱起碼提單 MINMUM B/L運(yùn)費(fèi)未到運(yùn)價本規(guī)定的最低額，而按規(guī)定的最低運(yùn)費(fèi)計收。 并提單 OMNIBUS B/L或COMBINED B/L不同批數(shù)的貨物合并在一份提單上，或不同批數(shù)的相同的液體貨裝在一個油艙內(nèi)，簽發(fā)幾份提單時，前者叫并提單，后者叫拼裝提單。 分提單 SAPARATE B/L一批貨物，即同一裝貨
