2、d products weighting under 60 lbs and to evaluate the performance of the product and the packaging materials after simulated foreseeable vibration shocks and carton drop impacts during transportation. 建立一個(gè)程序來對(duì)包裝重量為60LBS以下的產(chǎn)品,在進(jìn)行模擬運(yùn)輸過程中震動(dòng)和投箱時(shí)撞擊后對(duì)產(chǎn)品和包裝物料的性能進(jìn)行評(píng)估.2.0SCOPE范圍2.1All toys manufactured by or

3、 on behalf of The Marketing Store Worldwide (Asia) Ltd. shall be subjected to the following test procedure. 所有TMS的產(chǎn)品或者代表TMS的產(chǎn)品都要符合下列測(cè)試程序.2.2In order to maintain its certified status, 2 complete shippers must be retest whenever a change is made in either the product or the package. Changes in the pac

4、kaged product include changes in the design, size, and / or material. 為了保持測(cè)試準(zhǔn)確性,無論是產(chǎn)品或包裝有變化,必須有兩箱出貨包裝進(jìn)行重新測(cè)試.產(chǎn)品改變包括設(shè)計(jì),尺寸,和/或材料改變. 3.0EQUIPMENT設(shè)備3.1Vibration Tester - Vibration tester operating with synchronous motion and with a total excursion of one inch. Either a rotary motion or a vertical linear

5、vibrator platform is acceptable. 震機(jī)- 震機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)為同步運(yùn)動(dòng), 震幅為1英寸.旋轉(zhuǎn)式運(yùn)動(dòng)或震機(jī)平臺(tái)垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)均可.4.0PROCEDURE程序4.1Part A : VIBRATION TEST A部分: 震箱測(cè)試4.1.1Place 2 master cartons of completely packaged products on the vibration table in two different orientations ( one of the cartons is place upside down ). Adjust the fences to

6、 prevent excessive rocking or movement on the table. Clearance between the master cartons and the fences cannot be less than 1 inch.Remark : The major axis of the master carton should be placed perpendicular to the rotational axis of the vibration tester.在震臺(tái)上把2箱包裝好的成品按兩個(gè)不同的方向放置(其中一箱要顛倒放置).為了防止在震臺(tái)上搖擺

7、和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),需將柵欄調(diào)整適當(dāng),使包裝箱與柵欄之間的距離不能小于1”.備注: 包裝箱的主軸線(長(zhǎng)邊)應(yīng)垂直于震機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸線.4.1.2 Turn on the vibration tester with a speed of 200 10 vibration cycles per minute and vibrate the 2 master cartons for a period of 2 hours.將震機(jī)的速度調(diào)整到每分鐘震動(dòng)200 10循環(huán),并且2箱的震動(dòng)周期是2小時(shí).4.2Part B: CARTON DROP B部分:投箱測(cè)試4.2.1Perform carton drop test o

8、n the 2 vibration-tested cartons as follows : 2箱震動(dòng)后做投箱測(cè)試的方法如下: Weight of Carton 箱的重量Drop Height投箱高度 0 To 40 lbs 30 inches 40 To 60 lbs 24 inches 4.2.2Drop the master carton in the following sequence : 投箱的順序如下:1 stDropOn the bottom corner of the manufactures joint. 箱接合處的角. 2 ndDropOn the shortest edg

9、e radiating from that corner. 從接合處的角沿伸出來最短邊. 3 rdDropOn the next longest edge radiating from that corner. 從接合處的角沿伸出來第二長(zhǎng)的邊. 4 thDropOn the longest edge radiating from that corner. 從接合處的角沿伸出來的最長(zhǎng)邊. 5 thDropOn one of the smallest faces. 最小面. 6 thDropOn the opposite smallest face. 最小面的對(duì)面. 7 thDropOn one

10、of the medium faces. 第二大的面. 8 thDropOn the opposite medium face. 第二大面的對(duì)面. 9 thDropOn one of the largest faces. 最大的面 10 thDropOn the opposite largest face. 最大的面的對(duì)面. 4.3 Part C: AGING C部分:老化測(cè)試 Perform Aging test on one carton after vibration test and drop test 震箱和投箱測(cè)試后,取一箱做老化測(cè)試. 11、 Aging Test 參考:PROP-002老化測(cè)試4.4 Part D: ABRASION AND ADHESION TEST ON POLYBAG D部分:膠袋的擦油和粘油測(cè)試10 samples for Abrasion test and 10 samples for Adhesion test are performed at each transportation test submission. It will be unacceptable if failed in either test. 每次做運(yùn)輸測(cè)試時(shí)都抽10PCS樣辦作擦油測(cè)試,10PCS作粘油測(cè)試.其中任何一項(xiàng)測(cè)試不

12、合格,則此次測(cè)試視為不合格. Reference : PROP - 004 Abrasion Test 參考:PROP-004擦油測(cè)試 Reference : PROP - 005 Adhesion Test 參考:PROP-005粘油測(cè)試REMARK : If substitute polybag is used for transportation test. No need to perform Part D.備注:如果運(yùn)輸測(cè)試使用的是代用膠袋,就不需要執(zhí)行D部分之測(cè)試.4.5 Part E: POLYBAG DIMENSION CHECK E部分:膠袋尺寸的檢查3 samples of

13、 polybag are drawn for the measurement of the thickness, opening and the depth.抽3PCS膠袋測(cè)量厚度,開口尺寸和深度.4.6 Part F: CARTON DIMENSION AND WEIGHT CHECK F部分:箱的尺寸和重量檢查.One carton are drawn for the measurement of the length x width x height and the weight. Take measurement along Manufacturing seam. 取一箱樣辦,沿包裝封

14、口測(cè)量包裝箱的 : 長(zhǎng)X寬X高, 并測(cè)量其重量. 5.0EVALUATION評(píng)估5.1 Carton dimension/ weight should be measured before test started. For National program, carton dimension should be shown in Imperial unit , i.e. inches ; lb. However, packaging for Euro Union ; Latin America ; Asia and Middle East, SI unit should be used, i

15、.e. cm ; Kg箱的尺寸/重量應(yīng)該在測(cè)試前進(jìn)行一次測(cè)量. 對(duì)于美國(guó)單, 包裝箱的尺寸和重量應(yīng)用英寸和磅為單位. 但是, 歐盟各國(guó), 拉丁美洲,亞洲和中東應(yīng)使用國(guó)際公制單位,如厘米(cm),公斤(Kg).5.2 No sample is evaluated before Vibration Test.震箱測(cè)試前無須對(duì)樣辦進(jìn)行評(píng)估.5.3 One carton is evaluated after Carton Drop Test and 20 polybag samples are drawn for abrasion/ adhesion test and polybag measurem

16、ent.擲箱測(cè)試后應(yīng)抽一箱樣辦進(jìn)行評(píng)估, 抽20PCS 膠袋樣辦進(jìn)行擦油/界油測(cè)試和膠袋尺寸測(cè)量.5.4 The second carton will be performed Aging Test after Carton Drop test w/o any evaluation. 第二箱應(yīng)在擲箱測(cè)試之后不進(jìn)行任何評(píng)估,繼續(xù)做老化測(cè)試.5.5 The second carton is evaluated after Aging Test. 第二箱在老化測(cè)試之后再進(jìn)行評(píng)估.6.0 DEFECT CLASSIFICATION 缺陷分級(jí)6.1 Manufacturing seam open 包裝封
