安康市富硒資源項目計劃書1、 項目內(nèi)容：安康地處陜西省東南部，南依大巴山北坡，北靠秦嶺，漢江由西向東橫貫，構(gòu)成兩山夾一川（江）的自然地貌。安康是西北地區(qū)唯一的亞熱帶資源區(qū)，是南北過渡帶少有的自然資源基因庫，生物資源薈萃、礦產(chǎn)資源富集、水力資源充沛、旅游資源獨特，地處西安、武漢、重慶三大經(jīng)濟區(qū)幾何中心，是承接?xùn)|西貫穿南北的交通樞紐。經(jīng)國家組織普查，陜西南部以紫陽為中心的區(qū)域，包括安康的漢濱、嵐皋、平利、石泉、漢陰等縣區(qū)，地質(zhì)巖層、土壤及水質(zhì)含硒量明顯較高，呈富硒狀態(tài)。經(jīng)市政府組織科技系統(tǒng)對安康全市十個縣區(qū)的土壤、農(nóng)作物等抽樣檢測和調(diào)研，另外的鎮(zhèn)坪、旬陽、白河、寧陜四個縣也不同程度處于富硒狀態(tài)。安康市由于獨特的地質(zhì)地理環(huán)境，使其成為全國富硒面積最大、地層最厚，硒儲量大、濃度適中、最宜開發(fā)利用的富硒區(qū)域，屬于全世界難得的土壤富硒且易于被植物吸收的富硒區(qū)域。目前已形成富硒茶葉、果醋、礦泉水、魔芋、硒菇、特色食品等數(shù)十類產(chǎn)品，富硒資源開發(fā)正在向產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)模化、集約化方向發(fā)展。The project proposal of Se-enriched resources in Ankang. It is located in the geometric center of Xian, Wuhan, Chongqing three major economic zones with convenient transportation hub across cities. It was general surveyed by the National Census that the southern Shaanxis, Ziyang as the center, including Ankangs Hanbin district, Langao, Pingli, Shiquan, Hanying and other countries, geological strata, soil and water have obviously higher selenium than others regionsit is in the se-enriched condition. The technology systems were organized by municipal government to inspect and research the soil and crops of the whole Ankang. It was found that Zhenping, Xunyang, Baihe, Nanning four countries are varying degrees in se-riched condition. Because of the unique geological environment, Ankang has become the region with the largest selenium area, the thickest layer, large selenium, moderate concentration, optimum exploitation. It has the rare se-enriched soil and absorbed by plants easily around the wold. At present, It has generated se-enriched ted, vinegar, mineral water, konjac, selenium mushroom, specialty foods and other dozens of products. The exploitation of se-enriched resources are developing toward industrialization, scalization, intensification. 我市把富硒食品開確定為六大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，將以富硒、保健為特色，著力開發(fā)科技含量高、附加值高的富硒綠色食品，做大扶強一批富硒綠色食品龍頭企業(yè)，培育一批全國名牌產(chǎn)品，把安康建成全國最大的富硒產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地，圍繞農(nóng)業(yè)資源重點開發(fā)方向：Our city has confirmed se-enriched foods as one of the six pillar industries which will features se-enriched and healthy products, And it put forth efforts to develop se-enriched food with high technological quality and high additional value, support the groups of leading enterprise of selenium green food, cultivate a batch of national brand products. The government intend to build Ankang as the biggest se-enriched production base and develop the key points of agricultural resources.1、富硒茶 對現(xiàn)有茶園進行品種改良和重點管護，推進紫陽富硒茶品種選育進程，加快豐產(chǎn)密植茶園建設(shè)，興建密植精品茶園；積極培育龍頭企業(yè)，提高茶葉生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平，開發(fā)茶葉系列產(chǎn)品。1. The construction of high-yield and close-planting tea garden should be accelerated. The close-planting and high-quality tea garden should be constructed. Series of tea products should be developed. 2、富硒中藥材 組建以厚樸、黨參、黃柏、杜仲為主的中藥材基地，開發(fā)藥食同源保健 功能性食品和治療藥物。 2. The health care products of homology of medicine and food, functional products and drugs should be developed.3、富硒特色食品組建以魔芋、桑椹、豆類、絞股藍為主的原料生產(chǎn)基地，生產(chǎn)魔芋系列食品，桑椹果醋、豆類食品、礦泉水、絞股藍可樂飲料等，從品牌、包裝、生產(chǎn)標準入手進行有效的資源整合，爭創(chuàng)富硒綠色食品名牌。3. Effective resource integration should be started from brand, packaging, production standards in order to strive se-enriched green foods brand. 4、富硒糧油系列產(chǎn)品組建以糧食作物和油料作物為主的糧食生產(chǎn)基地，規(guī)模種植糧油作物；對現(xiàn)有糧油加工企業(yè)進行技術(shù)改造，開發(fā)優(yōu)質(zhì)大米、富硒小麥面粉、富硒玉米珍、富硒蠶豆粉、富硒紅薯精白粉絲、富硒色拉油、富硒小磨香油等大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。4.
