高中英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)活動(dòng)創(chuàng)新課例學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)的目的并不僅僅是為了閱讀文獻(xiàn)或翻譯外語(yǔ)資料,還要進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的交流。隨著國(guó)際交流日益頻繁,口語(yǔ)的重要性日益顯著。為了適應(yīng)這一潮流,在課堂中,創(chuàng)設(shè)學(xué)生感興趣的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生感興趣的口語(yǔ)活動(dòng),是十分必要的。筆者在多年的課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程中,偶爾突發(fā)奇想,創(chuàng)造了幾則口語(yǔ)練習(xí)的課例?,F(xiàn)將具體課例介紹如下,與同行共享。 一、 即興辯論辯論是學(xué)生喜歡的課堂活動(dòng)形式,在課堂上開(kāi)展辯論活動(dòng)不僅能幫助學(xué)生應(yīng)用所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí),還能活躍課堂氣氛,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,例如,普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書(shū)最新版本英語(yǔ)必修1 Unit 4 Earthquakes 第一課時(shí)Pre -reading 第一題Imaginge your home begins to shake and you must leave it right away.You have time to take only one thing.What will you take? Why?這樣問(wèn)答未免太過(guò)復(fù)雜,筆者靈機(jī)一動(dòng),干脆改為 There are two things near you .You have time to take only one thing . W hich one will you take ,food or money? Then I tell them to argue in class,girls as the pros and boys as the cons .The pros: I will choose to take food because at that time no stores are open , y ou can t buy any food even if you have money ,and you will starve to death .The cons: I will take money because food is heavier than money.Maybe you will run slower and you will be buried to death .The pros: In danger man s power is endless .we can run as fast as possible .Then we ll escape from death .The cons: Because I have a lot of money ,no one will ignore me ,then they will give me some food . .The pros: At that time money is useless ,everyone is hungry .If they have some food ,they must give it to their dear ones or their relatives.They can t save a strange richer.由于是自由辯論,課堂上氣氛很活躍。男孩子好勝心強(qiáng) ,所以爭(zhēng)先恐后起來(lái)辯論。女孩子也個(gè)個(gè)是巾幗英雄,不讓須眉男子,口中振振有詞,把男孩們說(shuō)得啞口無(wú)言,最后是女方贏(yíng)得比賽。二、記者采訪(fǎng) 教學(xué)有關(guān)新聞報(bào)道類(lèi)或科幻類(lèi)文章時(shí),教師可以組織學(xué)生開(kāi)展記者采訪(fǎng)活動(dòng)。在采訪(fǎng)活動(dòng)中,教師應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生提出一些富有新意和具有一定深度的問(wèn)題。這不僅能充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,還能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的想象力和創(chuàng)造力。例如,在人民教育出版社最新出版的普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書(shū)英語(yǔ)必修5 Unit 3 Life in the future 第六課時(shí)口語(yǔ)課中,其中有一題Imagine what life will be like in your hometown in one thousand years . 我設(shè)計(jì)成一個(gè)現(xiàn)代記者去采訪(fǎng) 1000年后的未來(lái)人的場(chǎng)景(記者出現(xiàn),手中拿著話(huà)筒 ,在教室里穿梭提問(wèn))Reporter _ R Future man_FmAn interview Teacher: Li Yang ,a reporter has come on a magical journey on October 10,3007 to find out about the future life .He is now interviewing some future men .Li: Hello!Future man . Nice to meet you ! I wonder that your life must be unimaginable and quite different from ours .Can I ask you some questions?Fm1:Of course. Li: What is it like inside your house ?Fm1:Our life is very convinent.We needn t go shopping in the market and cook food at home because everything is operated by computer.Futhermore,the rob ot can do other housework such as washing clothes, washing dishes , making the bed and cleaning the house.Li: What about outdoors?Fm2:There is a robot every one hundred meters to clean the road.So you will find it very clean where ver you go .Li: How do you cure your illness?Fm3:We needn t go to the hospital to see a doctor. We put a wire into the wall and the doctor will examine us and send drugs to our home.Li: How do you trav e l?Fm4:We can travel by personal flying car or bike.We can also drive a car that can either be driven on the road or through the water like a surmarine.Besides,we can take a spaceship to visit the Mars,the moon etc.在這次采訪(fǎng)中,學(xué)生們個(gè)個(gè)思維活躍,充分發(fā)揮了他們的想象力。采訪(fǎng)形式給學(xué)生提供了一定的思維空間,對(duì)中學(xué)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)產(chǎn)生了積極的促進(jìn)作用。三、Talk Show教師可以結(jié)合當(dāng)前出現(xiàn)的新名詞如綠色食品,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生討論消費(fèi)者更喜歡買(mǎi)綠色食品還是化學(xué)耕種生產(chǎn)的食品。并讓學(xué)生以talk show的形式分組匯報(bào)。這樣的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐既可以幫助學(xué)生提高語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的能力,又可以增強(qiáng)其環(huán)境意識(shí)和責(zé)任感。例如普通高中課程準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書(shū)英語(yǔ)選修 4 Unit 2 Working the land 第六節(jié)口語(yǔ)課,我就安排了這個(gè)話(huà)題讓學(xué)生分組討論,然后 把結(jié)果匯報(bào)出來(lái)。下面是他們的一組對(duì)話(huà)。Which kind of food would you like to buy ,green food or chemical farming one ? A and B are house women ,they are talking about it . A :I see the price of green food is much more expensivethan that of the chemical farming one, and thegreen food doesnt look better .I think I preferto buy the cheaper one . B: Even so,I still would rather buy the green food A: Why do you say so? B: Although the chemical farming food is cheaper and look better ,there are many chemicals n the food supply ,which can lead to cancer or other illnesses .Whats more ,fruit ,vegetables and other food grown with chemical fertilizer usually grow too fast to be full of much nutrition . They may look beautiful ,but inside there is usually more water than vitamins and minerals . A: Is that all ? B: No.Apart from this ,green food tastes moredelicious. A: Oh ,I havent reallized that before . B: Indeed ,if I have the choice ,Ill continute to buy green food .A: Its a great pity ! Ididnt know about this before .Maybe I should start buying the green food now.B: you should think things over. A: I think I just might. 通過(guò)這些討論,學(xué)生們既增長(zhǎng)了見(jiàn)識(shí),又活用了課文的內(nèi)容,口頭和交際能力又得到發(fā)展,一箭三雕,何樂(lè)而不為呢?四、 故事接龍充分利用教科書(shū)聽(tīng)讀材料所提供的信息把整個(gè)故事梗慨復(fù)述出來(lái)。這樣既可使學(xué)生有話(huà)可說(shuō),有情可表,而且鍛煉了概括能力。這也有助于高考作文的任務(wù)型寫(xiě)作,由于故事本身長(zhǎng)了點(diǎn),可以先叫學(xué)生互相復(fù)述給對(duì)方聽(tīng),不懂可以互相提示。接龍的好處是一個(gè)學(xué)生在復(fù)述時(shí)其他學(xué)生必須注意聽(tīng)才能接下去,也集中了他們的注意力。如普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書(shū)的英語(yǔ)必修二 Unit 2 the Olympic Games 第五課時(shí) Using language. Reading and listening The story of Atlanta.做完整篇課文的聽(tīng)讀練習(xí)后,就叫學(xué)生進(jìn)行故事接龍。我先把整個(gè)故事的梗概用一句活說(shuō)出來(lái) This is a story of how a man married a princess by winning a race with a goddess help.S1:Atlanta was a very beautiful princess。 she could run faster than any man in Greece. Many men tried to compete with her,but failed and so were killed(It is your turn now).S2:One man wanted to win and marry Atlanta very much.He asked the Goddess of love for help.She gave him three golden apples.(and what will happen?S3)S3 :When the race began,Atlanta ran past him. He threw the gololen apples one after anoter.She stopped to pick them up.(and what is the result?The next one)S4:Because the golden apples were too heavy ,she ran too slowly and he won. At last Atlanta married him and they lived happily ever after.由于這幾個(gè)學(xué)生故事接得很流利,因此博得同學(xué)們的陣陣掌聲,課堂氣氛達(dá)到了高潮。又有很多學(xué)生爭(zhēng)先恐后起來(lái)按照他們自己的思路接故事,高潮一浪又一浪。五、電影配音學(xué)生要說(shuō)較標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英語(yǔ)之前肯定要先聽(tīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音,那么原版的電影名著便是最好的老師。電影除了能聽(tīng)到聲音,還能看到演員的口型、動(dòng)作和表情。學(xué)生在耳濡目染的環(huán)境中,習(xí)得的發(fā)音、語(yǔ)氣、聲調(diào)更接近標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英語(yǔ)。例如,在影片 The Million Pound Bank-Note Act 1 Scene 3 有這樣一個(gè)片段, Henry 在餓了24 小時(shí)后在倫敦街頭流浪,這時(shí)兩個(gè)富有的兄弟Roderick and Oliver 看到他并把他叫進(jìn)他們的豪宅。在毫宅里,他門(mén)進(jìn)行了一番談話(huà)。筆者播放影片給學(xué)生看以后,就讓他們自己分配角色,小組先練習(xí)。下面就是他們的對(duì)話(huà):(影片鏡頭:Henry 因?yàn)轲I得受不了,正要俯下身去拾小姑娘丟掉的梨時(shí))Roderick: Young man ,would you step ins
