一、教學(xué)目標(biāo):1.語言知識(shí)目標(biāo):1)學(xué)習(xí)掌握下列詞匯:object, magic,stick, hide, tail, turninto, excite, western2 )閱讀短文,能按要求找到相應(yīng)的信息。3)通過閱讀提高學(xué)生們的閱讀能力。4)了解西游記中美猴王這一人物的大體情況。2.情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀目標(biāo):多閱讀中國傳統(tǒng)文學(xué)名著,讓學(xué)生們明白中國傳統(tǒng)文化的博大、精深,并吸取中國傳統(tǒng)文化中的精華。二、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)1.教學(xué)重點(diǎn):1)掌握本部分出現(xiàn)的生詞和詞組,達(dá)到熟練運(yùn)用的目標(biāo)。2)閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)的信息。通過閱讀練習(xí),來提高閱讀能力。2.教學(xué)難點(diǎn):1)閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)的信息的能力。2)理解并運(yùn)用所學(xué)的詞匯及表達(dá)方式。三、教學(xué)過程Step 1 Lead-in1. Look at the pictures and answer the questions.1. Who are they ?2. In which book are they the main characters ?3. Which character do you like best ? Keys:1. Theyre Zhujie, Sun Wukong , Sha Heshang and Tang Seng.2.Journey to the West.3.I like Monkey King best. 2. Listen to music and ask;Do you want to learn something about the Monkey King?Step 2 New words 1. Look at the pictures and learn about the new words.1. object n.物體 2. tail n. 尾巴 3. stick n. 棍,條 4. excite v. 使激動(dòng);使興奮 5. western adj.西方的2. 學(xué)生們根據(jù)講解,理解這些單詞的用法,并試著強(qiáng)化記憶。Step 3 ReadingWork on 3a;1. Tell Ss to read the article in 3a quickly and try to find the answer to the questions; Which book is talked about ? Who is the main character? What is he like?Ss read the article quickly and try to answer the questions:2. 方法指導(dǎo):帶著問題,然后快速閱讀短文,爭(zhēng)取在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi),找到答案。3. 學(xué)生們按老師指導(dǎo)的方法進(jìn)行閱讀,并快速回答這三個(gè)問題。4. 最后。教師讓部分學(xué)生回答答案,并校對(duì)答案。Keys: 1. The teacher show some questions on the screen(引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回顧“愚公移山”的故事)Do you still remember the story we learned yesterday ?How does the story Yu Gong Moves a Mountain begin ?What happened next ?Why was Yu Gong trying to move the mountains?(教師可引導(dǎo)學(xué)生使用一些過渡性的語言:once upon a time ,there was ., as soon as,because, so.that, unless等)2. Let the students go through the sentences in Grammar Focus and pay attention to the use of “as soon as, unless, because.”3. Show some other examples and let them read aloudStep 5 Practice 4a-4b1.
