Unit 7 Will people have robots ?Section B 2a-2e 大垅中學 駱盈盈一、教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:1) 能掌握以下單詞:apartment, rocket, space, space station, even, human, servant, dangerous, already, factory, simple, over and over again, believe, hundreds of, inside, disagree, shape, fall, fall down, look for, possible, impossible 2) 能掌握以下句型: Where do you live? I live in an apartment. There are already robots working in factories. Its easy for children to wake up and know where they are. That may not seem possible now, but computers and rockets seemed impossible 100 years ago. 3) 能綜合運用will表達一般將來時態(tài)。2. 情感態(tài)度價值觀目標: 通過引導學生展望未來,及對未來生活的設(shè)計,來達到前景教育的目的,同時也通過對前景的設(shè)想,讓學生在潛移默化中反省自己的現(xiàn)狀,使之對目前的學習、生活習慣作適當?shù)恼{(diào)整,并不斷的改善自己的現(xiàn)狀,使學生的理想觀和價值觀更為科學,更具發(fā)展價值。二、教學重難點1) 掌握本課時出現(xiàn)的生詞及表達方式。 2) 閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)信息,提高學生們的綜合閱讀能力。 三、教學過程. Warming- up and revision1. Daily greeting. 2. 復習情態(tài)動詞will 構(gòu)成的一般將來時態(tài)的構(gòu)成。 3. 復習more, fewer, less 后面所跟名詞的情況。 4. 讓學生們談談自己所畫的未來城市的前景情況。. Lead in 1. Ask Ss some questions: T: What will do in the future? T: Where will you live? T: How will you go to work? Get some Ss think and answer the questions. . Discussion 1. Work in groups. Tell your partner what you know about robots. What do they look like and what can they do? 2. Ask some Ss describe the robots they know. Reading 1. T: Are you interested in robots? Do you want to have a robot? 2. Let Ss read the passage quickly and complete sentences below about what robots can do now. 3. Ss read the passage quickly and complete the three sentences. 4. Check the answers with the Ss. . Reading 1. T: Now lets work on 2c. This time you should read the passage a little more carefully. Then write three sentences about what robots will be able to do in the future. 2. 方法指導:明確我們這次閱讀的任務,然后,帶著這個任務再次認真閱讀短文的內(nèi)容,并在相關(guān)段落中認真查找未來機器人所能做的事情。 并寫出正確的答案。3. Ss read carefully and try to write the three sentences. 4. Check the answers with the class. . Reading 1. T: Read the passage again. This time you should read the passage and fill in the blanks in this paragraph with words in the article. 2. 方法指導:首先,閱讀這個小短文,了解其大意;然后,在理解小短文意思的基礎(chǔ)上,重點閱讀有空格的句子,并在原文中找與之相關(guān)的段落或句子,并填寫出正確的答案。 3. Let some Ss talk about their answers.
