出差行程安排(英文).doc

出差行程安排出差前，總要仔細(xì)安排好拜會(huì)的同事、客戶、合作伙伴、或者供應(yīng)商的會(huì)面及商務(wù)事宜，以及往返的飛機(jī)、火車，還有就是住宿。如果出差到國(guó)外，這些安排就顯得更加重要。在確認(rèn)行程安排時(shí)，我們經(jīng)常會(huì)說(shuō)：“讓我們過(guò)一下行程?！边@個(gè)“過(guò)一下”該怎么說(shuō)呢？Lets go through the details of our trip. 我們一起來(lái)看看幾個(gè)重要的詞組。訂酒店(賓館) book a hotel早上9：30到達(dá)菲烏米奇諾機(jī)場(chǎng)。Its scheduled to get in to Fiumicino Airport at 9:30Flavia Bellini: Good morning.
