Unit6 I am going to study computer science教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)一、教學(xué)目標(biāo) (一)知識(shí)與能力1能掌握以下掌握下列詞匯:resolution, team, foreign, be able to, question, meaning, discuss, promise, beginning, write down, physical, themselves, have to do with; self-improvement, take up, hobby, weekly, schoolwork.2能通過(guò)閱讀短文,學(xué)會(huì)相應(yīng)的閱讀策略。如準(zhǔn)確找出各段主旨,明確段落中各句之間的邏輯關(guān)系,辨認(rèn)關(guān)鍵詞,準(zhǔn)確找到主題句。3能運(yùn)用動(dòng)詞的將來(lái)時(shí)描述未來(lái)的打算。(二)過(guò)程與方法通過(guò)自主閱讀,教師講解,小組討論等方式完成教學(xué)內(nèi)容。本課時(shí)的教學(xué)法建議:閱讀教學(xué)以任務(wù)鏈活動(dòng)為主線,幫助學(xué)生在掌握語(yǔ)篇信息的同時(shí),發(fā)展相應(yīng)的閱讀技能,提升閱讀水平。(三)情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性和學(xué)習(xí)興趣,使他們更加有理想,并為實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的理想制定切實(shí)可行的計(jì)劃。二、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)(一)教學(xué)重點(diǎn)1掌握本課時(shí)出現(xiàn)的生詞及表達(dá)方式。2閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)信息,提高學(xué)生們的綜合閱讀能力。(二)教學(xué)難點(diǎn)1在語(yǔ)境中理解和掌握本課時(shí)出現(xiàn)的生詞及短語(yǔ)。2對(duì)閱讀語(yǔ)篇出現(xiàn)的多重閱讀策略的領(lǐng)會(huì)和掌握。三、教學(xué)策略通過(guò)閱讀教學(xué)中五個(gè)緊密相連的任務(wù)鏈活動(dòng),旨在幫助學(xué)生在掌握語(yǔ)篇信息的同時(shí),發(fā)展相應(yīng)的閱讀技能,提升閱讀水平。四、教學(xué)過(guò)程Step 1:Lead in 教師讓學(xué)生復(fù)述SectionB1d中Lucy,Kim,Mike三個(gè)人的新年計(jì)劃,并讓學(xué)生說(shuō)說(shuō)對(duì)于新年計(jì)劃的理解和感受?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】復(fù)習(xí)目標(biāo)短語(yǔ)和句型,并引入閱讀話題,激活學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。Step 2:ReadingActivity 1:Discussion教師要求學(xué)生分小組討論課本45頁(yè)2a中的兩個(gè)問(wèn)題?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】此環(huán)節(jié)不僅可以增進(jìn)同學(xué)間對(duì)計(jì)劃內(nèi)容的了解,也有助于對(duì)計(jì)劃實(shí)施情況的了解。Activity 2:Read and match each paragraph with its main purpose in the box.首先要求學(xué)生蓋住這三個(gè)主題句,快速閱讀文章,寫(xiě)出一兩個(gè)能描述每段中心思想的詞,然后揭開(kāi)這三個(gè)主題句,進(jìn)行匹配?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】培養(yǎng)學(xué)生快速閱讀,根據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞來(lái)確定段落大意。Activity 3:Choose the suitable sentence for each blank in each paragraph.教師首先要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真閱讀短文的內(nèi)容,特別是認(rèn)真閱讀空格前后句子的意思,以便根據(jù)上下文意及整個(gè)段落的意思來(lái)確定空格處應(yīng)填的句子。然后將學(xué)生分成小組進(jìn)行討論,要求答案之后提供支撐信息?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】旨在幫助學(xué)生明確段落中各句之間的邏輯關(guān)系,發(fā)展相應(yīng)的閱讀技能,提升閱讀水平。Activity 4:Answer the questions with short answers.教師首先要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真閱讀課本46頁(yè)2d中的五個(gè)問(wèn)題,然后帶著問(wèn)題再次閱讀短文,為相關(guān)問(wèn)題找到恰當(dāng)?shù)拇鹫Z(yǔ);如果沒(méi)有直接的答案,還應(yīng)根據(jù)自己對(duì)課文的理解并結(jié)合自己的生活經(jīng)歷給出一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)拇鸢?。將學(xué)生分成小組進(jìn)行討論,要求答案之后提供支撐信息?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】旨在幫助學(xué)生發(fā)展相應(yīng)的閱讀技能,提升閱讀水平,通過(guò)小組活動(dòng),分享他人的觀點(diǎn)。Activity 5:Make sentences with the phrases.教師首先要求學(xué)生在文中找到這些短語(yǔ),反復(fù)朗讀短語(yǔ)所在句子,領(lǐng)會(huì)短語(yǔ)表達(dá)的真實(shí)含義,然后將這些短語(yǔ)以測(cè)試的方式還原到文章的縮寫(xiě)版中,學(xué)生可分成小組進(jìn)行討論,要求答案之后提供支撐信息?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】旨在提供更多的閱讀機(jī)會(huì),幫助學(xué)生發(fā)展相應(yīng)的閱讀技能,分析信息的能力,提升閱讀水平,通過(guò)小組活動(dòng),學(xué)會(huì)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,激發(fā)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。Step 3:Summary教師要求學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)要概括文章結(jié)構(gòu),學(xué)會(huì)的閱讀方法,必要時(shí)教師補(bǔ)充?!驹O(shè)計(jì)意圖】幫助學(xué)生有明確的知識(shí)體系和學(xué)習(xí)方法。Homework1. Its my great honor to be here to interpret my teaching ideas. The topic of this lesson is “I am going to study computer science”. According to the New Curriculum Standard, I will present this lesson as follows:Lets begin with the analysis of the teaching material. This lesson is chosen from PEP English book of junior high school, the first semester of grade8, Unit 6. The main topic of this unit is about professions. After students finished this lesson, they could understand the usage of the basic structure of simply future tense “be going to”. Only after learning this lesson, can students learn the following lessons, such as the usage of “will”, the other way to express simple future tense, so this lesson is quite important to their further study.The second part is analysis of students.The next step is the analysis of students. Our students are in Grade 8. They have learnt English for many years, so they have got some basic skills of studying English. However, speaking ability still needs to be developed. Thus the teacher should provide them more chances to practice speaking ability.According to the idea of New Curriculum Standard in English, I set the following teaching aims.First one is knowledge aims:(1)Students can understand the usage of resolution.(2)Students can use the simple future tense “be going to” to make sentences correctly.The next one is ability aims:(1)Students can use the target language in a different context;(2)Students can foster the abilities of getting useful information from listening material;(3)Students can improve their listening and speaking abilities;(4)Students can come up several resolutions from different aspects.The last one is Emotional aims:(1) Can improve the confidence of learning English, and not afraid of speaking English in class;(2) Can cooperate with others actively, and complete the tasks together;(3) Can understand that New Year is a very time to make a plan;(4) Can make good arrangement to achieve their resolutions.Based on the teaching aims, here is the key point and difficult point.The key points are:(1) The usage of simple future tense;(2) The comprehension of the meaning of resolution.The difficult points are:(1) Can get the main idea of listening material, and get the useful information from material.(2) Can improve the confidence of learning English, and not afraid of speaking English;(3) Can make good arrangement to achieve their resolutions.Then lets move onto the analysis of teaching methods and studying methods. In this lesson Ill mainly use “Task-based teaching method”, “Communicative language teaching method” and “CAI teaching method”. As to the studying methods, I will encourage students to use cooperative study method to embody the role of first place in instruction activities.Now
