教學設計Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?Section A(1a-2d) 教材分析本課時的教學內容是人教版八年級英語下冊第三單元的第一課時,重點在于通過學習如何禮貌地提出請求和征求別人的許可,激發(fā)學生的興趣,培養(yǎng)學生分擔家務的習慣,任務以聽說為主。因此,教師可以將知識目標定位掌握本課時的單詞,以及能夠用句型“Could you please?”和”Could I?”禮貌地提出請求和征求別人的許可。教學目標語言目標:談論做家務的詞匯,及如何有禮貌的提出要求。 技能目標:能聽懂和談論做家務的話題;能寫出重點單詞和重點句型。情感目標:培養(yǎng)學生愛勞動,讓學生學會分擔家務。教學重點 短語: do the dishes, make the bed, take out the rubbish, fold the clothes, sweep the floor, clean the living room 句子: 1. Could you please take out the rubbish? Sure. / Sorry, I cant. I have to finish homework first.2. Could I use your computer? Sorry. Im going to work on it now.3. Well, could I watch TV? Yes, you can. But first you have to clean your room.教學難點:1.Make polite requests and ask for permission. 2.Students can communicate with others using the key vocabulary and the target language learned in this class in every situation.教學過程Step 1 Warming-up A: What chores does he/she do every day?B: He/She every day. Show more pictures on the screen about different kinds of chores.(do the dishes,fold the clothes,clean the living room,make the bed,sweep the floor, wash the car, take out the rubbish ,etc.) and pratice 1a.設計意圖:相互問候,拉近師生間的情感距離:通過老師提問的方式,引出本節(jié)課的生詞和短語,領讀與重復。接著學生之間相互對話的方式鞏固所學的重點短語,使學生有足夠的輸入,以便在下一步順利輸出。Step 2 Presentation 1. Tell them,”I think it is a little hot in our classroom and I want to ask someone to open the window. What can I say?”Guide them different ways of saying.Help them to make polite requests by using target language .“Could you please?”or “Could you please not .? ”設計意圖:使學生全身心地投入到學習活動中,這一環(huán)節(jié)從老師設置問題入手,學生回答,導出本課時的重點短語,營造一個輕松的學習氣氛,激發(fā)學習興趣。培養(yǎng)學生自主探究能力。Step 3 Listening 1. 1b Listen. Who will do these chores? Check () Peters mother or Peter.2.Fill in the blanks.設計意圖:靈活運用教材,用簡單的聽力入門訓練,調節(jié)學生學習情緒,增加他們聽力練習信心。訓練學生的聽選信息的能力:先聽后說,感知語言:創(chuàng)設情境,營造一個輕松的學習氛圍,激發(fā)學習興趣。Step 4 Pairwork1.Make conversations about the chores in 1a. Examples:A: Could you please.? B: Yes, sure. /All right. /No problem./Certainly. Sorry, I cant. I have to do. Sorry, I cant. I am doing.2.Make requests and responsesA: Could you please take out the rubbishB:Yes, sure./ Of course./ All right. /OKSorry, I cant. I have to do my homeworkSorry, I cant. I am doing the dishes. 設計意圖:讓學生進行對話練習,給他們更多說的機會,加強學生的合作與交流,培養(yǎng)學生自主學習的積極性。Step 5 Revision Make polite requests Could you please ?Yes, I can. All right. Sorry , I cant I have to “Yes” Sure. Sorry , I cant “No” I have to No problem. Sorry, I cant I am doing Certainly設計意圖:復習和鞏固所學的知識點,讓學生當堂吸收,靈活運用。Step 6 Listening 2a&2bPeter asks his father if he can do four things. What does his father say? Check () “yes” or “no”. Listen again. Draw lines to the reasons.設計意圖:訓練學生的聽選信息的能力:先聽后說,感知語言:創(chuàng)設情境,營造一個輕松的學習氛圍,激發(fā)學習興趣。Step 7 Presentation Ask for permission politelyCould I please + do sth? Could I + do sth?1.T:If you want to use your fathers bike to go to the party, how could you ask?Ss:Could I use your bike?T:As students, we mustnt ride motorbikes or drive cars, how could you ask your father to take you?Ss:Could I get a ride?2.If you want to stay until 11, how could you ask your parents?設計意圖:使學生全身心地投入到學習活動中,這一環(huán)節(jié)從老師設置問題入手,學生回答,導出本課時的重點短語,營造一個輕松的學習氣氛,激發(fā)學習興趣。培養(yǎng)自主探究能力。Step 8 Pairwork 1.2c Make conversations between Peter and his father.2.2d Role-play the conversation.設計意圖:本部分的內容重在培養(yǎng)學生們口頭表達的能力,2c部分通過practice部分引導學生更好地掌握語言知識。2d部分Role-play the conversation.通過問題設計,讓學生掌握對話中的重點詞匯,加深理解。Step9 Summary 1.
