But the sellers shall advise the buyers on time of such occurrence.22.爭議的解決方式：任何因本合同而發(fā)生或與本合同有關的爭議，應提交中國國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易仲裁委員會，按該會的規(guī)則進行仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對雙方均有約束力。Disputes settlement: All disputes arising out of the contract or in connection with the contract, shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration.
