so與such用法以及相關(guān)練習(xí)題.doc

so是副詞，修飾形容詞和副詞；而such是形容詞，修飾名詞。它們后面接單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞時(shí)，詞序不同。so的詞序?yàn)椋簊o+ adj. + a（an） + n.such的詞序?yàn)椋簊uch +a（an） +adj. + n.so nice a coat =such a nice coat so interesting a book = such an interesting book 后面接復(fù)數(shù)名詞或不可數(shù)名詞時(shí)，只能用such，而不能用so.如：such beautiful flowers such clever children 名詞前有many，few，much，little修飾時(shí)，只能用so而不能用such，這是一種固定用法。so many books so few people so much money so little milk 2. 和“that”連用時(shí)，意思基本一樣，但句型結(jié)構(gòu)不同?！皊othat”句型結(jié)構(gòu)為：so + adj. （adv.） +thatso + adj. +a（an）+單數(shù)n. +thatso +many（few）+復(fù)數(shù)n. +thatso +much（little）+不可數(shù)n. +that_ 這本書(shū)如此有趣，我已經(jīng)看了三遍。_ 他說(shuō)得太快，我們都未能聽(tīng)懂他的話(huà)。_天氣很熱，誰(shuí)都不想干活。_這么多人，我們簡(jiǎn)直無(wú)法繼續(xù)往前走?！皊uchthat”句型結(jié)構(gòu)為：such + a （an）+adj. +單數(shù)n. +thatsuch + adj. +復(fù)數(shù)n. +thatsuch +adj. +不可數(shù)n. +that_她是個(gè)很可愛(ài)的小姑娘，大家都喜歡她。_這么可口的蛋糕，我還想再吃?xún)蓧K。_這么香的牛奶，我們都想喝。由于so 和such后跟單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞時(shí)，可以換用，同樣“sothat”與“suchthat”也可以進(jìn)行同義句改寫(xiě)。如上文中：This book is so interesting that I have read it three times. 可改寫(xiě)成：_It was so hot a day that nobody wanted to do anything. 可改寫(xiě)成：_3. so與that可以直接構(gòu)成詞組“so that”，引導(dǎo)目的和結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句，表示“以便、以致”的意思。如：He worked hard so that he could pass the exams. 為了能通過(guò)考試，他學(xué)習(xí)很認(rèn)真。（但such沒(méi)有這種用法）相關(guān)練習(xí)： 1. 根據(jù)漢語(yǔ)意思填空。 1. 他努力學(xué)習(xí)，以便取得好成績(jī)。 He works hard _ he can get good results. 2. 老師寫(xiě)得很仔細(xì)，是為了讓我們看得清楚。 The teacher wrote carefully _ we could see clearly. 3. 他太傷心了，以致說(shuō)不出一個(gè)字來(lái)。 He is _he cant say a word. 4. 妹妹身體太弱了，不能再走了。 My sister is _ she cant walk farther. 5. 他跳得很遠(yuǎn)，所以得了第一名。 He jumped _he got the first place. 6. 這套衣服很貴，我沒(méi)買(mǎi)。The suit cost _ much _ I didnt buy it. 7. 那次旅游很便宜，他們都去了。 The trip cost _ _ _ they all went. 8. 當(dāng)球迷們看到貝克漢姆的時(shí)候，他們?nèi)绱思?dòng)以致于大喊大叫。 When the football fans saw Beckham, they got _ excited _ they cried out. 9.
