三七總皂苷提取車間工藝設(shè)計摘 要：本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是年處理900噸三七原料的三七總皂苷生產(chǎn)車間工藝設(shè)計。設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容包括生產(chǎn)工藝流程計算及設(shè)計、車間布置設(shè)計、管道設(shè)計等，具體包括：設(shè)計依據(jù)、設(shè)計原則、設(shè)計范圍、產(chǎn)品方案、建設(shè)規(guī)模、土建說明、車間布置、工藝路線選擇。在此基礎(chǔ)上確定工藝流程、生產(chǎn)制度。并依據(jù)物料衡算、能量衡算，完成主要設(shè)備選型與相關(guān)配套設(shè)備。根據(jù)設(shè)備自動化程度的高低以及生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的大小確定車間定員。最終完成車間布置設(shè)計，繪制車間平面布置圖、工藝流程圖及相關(guān)主要設(shè)備管道布置圖及經(jīng)濟概算。關(guān)鍵詞：三七總皂苷 生產(chǎn)工藝 車間布置 Abstract: According to the requirement of target sheet of graduate design from our guiding teacher at Kunming University of Science and Technology, a PNG solution plant was carried out in this present project including dealing with a 1000 ton of PNG every year in the pharmaceutical preparation industry. The present design includes computation of technological process, the plan layout of the design, limitation of the design, method of the production, scope of the construction, introduction of the construction, and the choice of the technological line along with the decision of the process and the production system. According to the results of material balance and energy balance, the main and the related equipments have chosen. In the light of the level of automation and the scope of the production, the necessary workers can be calculated.
