She succeeded in (passing) the exam. 二、success的用法失敗是成功之母。誤:Failure is the mother of successes.正:_.析:success 表示抽象意義的“成功”,是不可數(shù)的;表示具體意 義的“成功的人或事”, 則是可數(shù)的。His new book was a great success. It is +形容詞+動詞不定式我們常用“It is +形容詞+動詞不定式”結(jié)構(gòu)來表達對某事物的看法。在該句型結(jié)構(gòu)中,it為形式主語,真正的主語為其后的動詞不定式。e.g _學(xué)好英語是必要的。注意:該結(jié)構(gòu)也適用于動詞take的句型。e.g _ 步行去火車站大約要花10分鐘。動詞不定式結(jié)構(gòu)也可以直接置于句首充當(dāng)句子的主語,但在現(xiàn)代英語中,多用it作形式主語替代。eg _ 在國慶節(jié)前清潔公園是很重要的。 _ 帶上地圖和手機是明智的。2.It is +形容詞+for+人或物+動詞不定式我們可以用“It is +形容詞+for+人或物+動詞不定式”結(jié)構(gòu)來表達對某人來說做某事的一個客觀態(tài)度。在該句型結(jié)構(gòu)中,動詞不定式結(jié)構(gòu)的邏輯主語就是for后面的人或物。for sb to do sth通常被稱作動詞不定式復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)。e.g_對我們而言,在一小時內(nèi)完成這項工作是不可能的。_對我們來說,加入“樂施毅行者”是有意義的。3.
