2、相控電源和磁飽和式電源存在穩(wěn)壓、穩(wěn)流精度差、紋波系數(shù)大及對(duì)輸入電網(wǎng)諧波污染大等缺點(diǎn),已經(jīng)不能滿足我國(guó)電力工程發(fā)展的需要。而被體積小、重量輕效率高、噪聲小、穩(wěn)壓穩(wěn)流精度高、響應(yīng)速度快的高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源逐步取代,并且可以方便的實(shí)現(xiàn)“四遙”功能和N+1冗余備份,使得電力直流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行更可靠。JZ-22010C型高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源模塊是集九洲公司多年開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為電力直流系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的高科技產(chǎn)品,滿足現(xiàn)代電力市場(chǎng)的需求。 Nowadays, power plants and transformer substations are reforming DC system power-supply equipments

With low noise, high precision in equalizing voltage or current, and high speed of responding, the little and light high-frequency switch power-supply has been popular by and by. It can perform the “four remote” functions and setup N+1 redundancy backup conveniently, which

JZ-22010C high-frequency switch power-supply module is high-tech product developed by Jiuzhou Co. for electric power DC system to meet the demands of modern electric power market with its years of production experience.二、工作原理MechanismJZ-22010C型高頻開(kāi)關(guān)

6、電源模塊采用了全橋移相式脈寬調(diào)制軟開(kāi)關(guān)控制技術(shù),使得模塊效率進(jìn)一步提高,諧波減小。模塊采用交流三相三線制380VAC平衡輸入方式,不存在中線電流損耗。模塊交流輸入經(jīng)過(guò)尖峰抑制電路和EMI吸收電路,經(jīng)全橋整流濾波電路將三相交流電壓整流為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓,由高頻全橋移相式脈寬調(diào)制變換器將脈動(dòng)的直流電壓變換成高頻方波電壓,再由輸出整流濾波電路,得到穩(wěn)定的輸出電壓和電流,在電網(wǎng)電壓和負(fù)載發(fā)生變化時(shí)反饋調(diào)整電路控制移相脈寬調(diào)制電路,使得輸出電壓和電流保持穩(wěn)定。JZ-22010C high-frequency switch power-supply module is produced with the a

7、dvanced techniques of full-bridge phase-shifting PWM soft switch control. Its efficiency is enhanced and its harmonic is minished. The module inputs current with the equilibrium AC ternary-phase 3-line 380VAC so that there is no wastage in middle line. It input current through peak-restricting circu

8、itry and EMI absorber circuit, and full bridge rectifier-filter circuit which change the ternary-phase AC voltage into pulsed DC voltage, then trough high-frequency full-bridge phase-shifting PWM which change the pulsed DC voltage into high-frequency quadrate-wave voltage. At last, through output re

9、ctifier-filter circuit, the stabilized voltage and current is outputted. 22、無(wú)相序要求。 Three phase AC input: three phase AC voltage input with no phase sequence requirement. 3. 直流輸出端:有正、負(fù)之分,正、負(fù)分別由兩根并聯(lián)。1腳和2腳位輸出正,3腳和4腳位輸出負(fù)。 DC output: it has positive end and negative end, which are connected with 2 wires in parallel respectively. Pin 1 and Pin 2 refer to positive output, and Pin

23、3 and Pin 4 refer to negative output.4. 模塊控制口:多臺(tái)模塊并聯(lián)時(shí),此控制口以并連方式連接。 Module control port: it is connected in parallel when more than one module is in parallel connection.5. 均流控制口。多臺(tái)模塊并聯(lián)時(shí),此控制口以并連方式連接 Current equalizing control port: it is connected in parallel when more than one module is in parallel c

24、onnection.14 模塊控制口說(shuō)明 Instruction of Module Control Port控制口采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的15針D型插座,通過(guò)這個(gè)控制口可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)模塊的遙控、遙調(diào)等控制,模塊控制口具體使用方法如下:The control ports have standard 15-needle D-type sockets, through which modules can be controlled and modulated remotely. The detailed usages of these ports are as follows:1. 控制口公共端:其他控制口電壓以此

25、控制口為參考。 Common of control port: voltages of other control ports should common to it.2. 保留備用。Reserved3. 輸出電壓調(diào)整端:對(duì)此端口外加 -5V+5V范圍內(nèi)的電壓,可以使輸出電壓在198V286V范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。Port of modulating output voltage: to give voltage ranging from -5V+5V to this port can make output voltage ranging by198V286V.4. 保留備用。Reserved5. 保

28、les output voltage: customer can give any value of output voltage according to his need through modulating the voltage adjustor on the front panel when the module is off the monitoring.2. 監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)模塊輸出電壓:根據(jù)用戶需要,通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)模塊控制口的控制電壓,能夠調(diào)節(jié)模塊到指定輸出電壓值。 Manually modulating modules output voltage: customer can give

29、 any value of output voltage according to his need through modulating control voltage of module control port.七、注意事項(xiàng) Notes1. 模塊的輸入、輸出、均流控制和模塊控制端口接觸一定要良好,并且使有鎖緊功能的端子鎖緊。 The contact among ports of modules input, output, current-dividing control and module control must in good shape, and must be locked

30、by the lock terminal.2. 多機(jī)并聯(lián)使用時(shí),輸出端子匯流線越短越好,不可用長(zhǎng)線匯流。建議使用匯流排。 The junction wire should be as short as possible, when many machines run in parallel connection. Junction board is preferred.3. 多機(jī)并聯(lián)組成系統(tǒng)時(shí),所有模塊輸出負(fù)極端必須直接相連,彼此之間不許安裝加有開(kāi)關(guān)、二極管等元件。 When more than one machines are connected in parallel to set up

31、a system, all the modules cathodes must be connected directly without any element such as switch or diode between them.4. 模塊運(yùn)行時(shí),不要用異物擋住模塊的自然冷卻風(fēng)道。 Dont cover the natural cooling duct when module running八、簡(jiǎn)單故障處理Trouble Shooting1. 模塊輸出電壓不正確:通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)模塊前面板上的電壓調(diào)節(jié)電位器,調(diào)節(jié)到正確輸出電壓值。 The value of output voltage is not correct: modulate the voltage adjustment on the front panel to get the correct value.2. 模塊上電后便過(guò)壓保護(hù):手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)輸出電壓超過(guò)過(guò)壓保護(hù)值或模塊控制口輸出電壓調(diào)節(jié)端輸入電壓過(guò)高。 Module starts voltage-over limit protection after being p
