The questionnaire was divided into two parts: one is for the residents of Tonglu County, and two for visiting tourists in Tonglu county.A

15、total of 12 questions were designed about the greenway function, impact, demand, facility design, 5 - 6 subjects, and sub - items. Using Likert scale method, according to the respondents judgment on the issue, from the strong opposition, no, no objection does not agree and agree, strongly agree were

16、 given 1 to 5 points, the higher the score, the higher the degree of assent. With regard to the impact of Greenway on real estate values, 5 - 6 questions are designed to investigate the expectations of residents and visitors about the potential of green road to enhance their real estate values and t

17、heir acceptance. The questionnaire was conducted from November 16, 2011 to November 19, 2011. The main contents include the investigation of residents and tourists perception of green road and greenway function; both positive and negative impact on the perception of the Greenway Construction; Green

18、function demand expectations; lifting property value prediction, the acceptable degree of price increase.The questionnaires in the address selection on both sides of Sanjiang Green Road in Tonglu section, Binjiang Park, square, Rongcun narrow, Tong Jun Mei Xi Cun, Lu Ci style town, strict zailingdia

19、otai etc. to urban and rural residents and tourists visiting the random questionnaire. In fact, 312 questionnaires were issued and 135 questionnaires were received,298 questionnaires and 126 copies of valid residents and tourists were collected. The questionnaire has a recovery rate of 94.9%85%, and

20、 the data is valid and can be used for analysis.Four. Research conclusions1, social impactThe social benefits of Greenway are long-term and sustainable. The expected results are brought to the green road of social benefits, 85% of residents believe that the green channel can improve the living envir

21、onment of the residents, 85.5% of residents believe that the greenway can improve urban and rural environmental sanitation and the village, 79.9% of residents believe that Green Road residents can raise the degree of civilization, 84.9% that can increase the recreational facilities and green road le

22、isure place for residents, 78.9% of residents believe that the greenway can improve public service facilities, 68.4% of residents believe that the green channel can improve the local infrastructure construction, 67.5% of residents believe that the green channel can increase Green Road residents the

23、opportunity to communicate with the outside world.Greenway offers the convenience of leisure for residents, and recreational facilities close to home allow residents to enjoy the healthy lifestyle that greenway brings. Green Road enable people to enjoy Tonglu from the outdoor perspective, and to pro

24、vide safe and healthy gathering for family members opportunities; and encourage people to adopt low-carbon traffic mode in a reasonable range, walk or ride a bike to school, or outdoor recreation areas, and for the people to District, Business District Riverside leisure area increased, and the safet

By reducing traffic congestion and increasing motor vehicle safety, greenway has greatly reduced parking congestion at popular destinations.2, environmental impactGreen road construction to protect and restore the natural ecology along for the purpose of combining the building alo

26、ng with pollution cleaning, landscape environment, urban and rural landscape renovation work, makes the ecological environment protection and improvement of the greatest degree. Green road construction, on the one hand, greatly promote the ecological protection along the line, on the other hand will

It makes peoples understanding of natural resources more comprehensive, expand the protection of natural resources and the environment, and pay more attention to the comprehensive benefits brought by the ecological environment.The survey of residents

28、 and tourists showed 67.4% residents and 88.1% tourists willing to support the green road maintenance management and protection of ecological environment and contribute, residents and tourists willingness to pay for ecological landscape value were 57.36 yuan and 50.56 yuan. 30、, materials, and other greenway related costs by greenway users and green operators.According to cases at home and abroad, the economic benefits of using greenway can be assessed. From the use of the green road to the residents consumption intention can be predicted, the average per person consumpti

31、on is expected to 56.34 yuan, according to the Tonglu County in 2010 sixth main data of census bulletin, Tonglu resident population of 406450 people (outside the county population of 69778, accounting for 17.7%). The resident population of 0 to 14 years of age, the population of 54122 people, accoun

32、ting for 13.31%; 15 - 59 year old population is 286366 people, accounting for 70.46%; the population aged 60 and over accounted for 16.23% to 65962 people, among them, the population aged 65 and over 43471 people, accounting for 10.7%. From the analysis of residents samples, it is found that the con

33、sumption groups of Greenway are mainly between 15 and 59 years old, that is, about 70% of the population of Tonglu county can become potential consumers of greenway. The analysis result shows that 71.8% of the residents are willing to in the green road after the completion of the green road to walk

34、or ride a bike for sightseeing, which can estimate the direct economic income of residents caused by the use of the green road, at least 12 million 331 thousand and 300 yuan.From the analysis of the consumption intention of potential tourists in Tonglu, the expected amount of money spent by tourists

35、 is 82.14 yuan. According to Tonglu County 2010 national economic and social development statistical communique, in 2010, Tonglu County received 59 thousand and 500 foreign tourists, an increase of 10.8%: domestic tourists 5 million 397 thousand and 900 people, an increase of 15.4%.Because the green
