3、ment according to the Qis condition,5,氣至Arrival of Qi,刺之要，氣至而有效，效之信，若風(fēng)之吹云。 所謂氣至而有效者，瀉則益虛，虛者脈大如其故而不堅(jiān)也。堅(jiān)如其故者，適雖言故,病未去也。 補(bǔ)則益實(shí)，實(shí)者脈大如其故而益堅(jiān)也。大如其故而不堅(jiān)者，適雖言快病未去也。 故補(bǔ)則實(shí)，瀉則虛，痛雖不隨針，病必衰去,The importance of needling is to gain Qi feelings to get the result. The result comes as quick as wind blows clouds. Talking a
