氟碳漆施工工藝方案

1、氟碳漆施工方案氟碳金屬漆涂裝工藝一、流程圖 施工工藝描述一 分格線1、 分格縫設(shè)置、定位、分格縫的長度、寬度、深度以及橫豎方向按甲方要求進(jìn)行。2、 分格縫的切割：根據(jù)分格進(jìn)行切割，切割要橫平豎直。分格縫切割后，用鑿子剔平，并用水清洗縫內(nèi)灰塵。3、 分格縫填充與修補(bǔ):待批刮好粗膩?zhàn)雍?分次填充分格縫膩?zhàn)?要深淺均勻,每次填充補(bǔ)前要用砂紙打磨并用水潤濕分格縫,對(duì)缺腳等進(jìn)行修補(bǔ),做到棱角分明。4、 用圓弧形管拉成半弧形，待氟碳面漆噴完后，用羊毛刷著色。二找平膩?zhàn)?、 用批刀在分割好的板塊上沿水平方向滿批一道膩?zhàn)?，用刮尺沿水平方向用力刮平，若有凹陷，則用膩?zhàn)犹畛涔纹健?、 待其完全干后，再沿垂直方向滿

2、批膩?zhàn)右坏?，然后用另一把刮尺沿垂直方向豎刮，若有凹陷，則用找平膩?zhàn)犹畛涔纹健?、 若平整度仍達(dá)不到要求，重復(fù)上述步驟，直到滿足平整度要求為止。三細(xì)膩?zhàn)?、 將本品的甲乙組分拌和均勻（要求再4小時(shí)內(nèi)用完），必要時(shí)加適當(dāng)清水調(diào)節(jié)粘度。2、 滿批細(xì)膩?zhàn)?-2遍，間隔的時(shí)間為4-6小時(shí)，每遍膩?zhàn)訉雍穸燃s為1-2mm。3、 干燥后用180#-240#砂紙打磨膩?zhàn)颖砻?。四滲透底漆:環(huán)氧底漆n5050c54201、 將環(huán)氧底漆n5050c5420按漆：固4：1重量比攪拌均勻后，再加入適量的稀釋劑調(diào)節(jié)施工粘度?？捎盟⑼俊L涂、噴涂。2、 用噴槍吹干凈細(xì)膩?zhàn)颖砻娴母m，開始刷涂環(huán)氧底漆n5050c5420，先橫

3、向刷涂一遍，再豎向刷一遍。3、 干燥24小時(shí)，無需打磨。五光面膩?zhàn)?、 將光面膩?zhàn)影幢壤浔然旌暇鶆蚝螅_始批刮。2、 滿批光面膩?zhàn)右槐?，厚度大約為0.5mm。必要時(shí)可批刮第二遍光面膩?zhàn)樱栝g隔6小時(shí)。3、 施工光面膩?zhàn)有韪稍?4小時(shí)之后采用400#砂紙打磨平整。(六)氟碳專用底漆:（氟碳中間漆u5800/c5800）1、 將氟碳中間漆u5800/c5800按漆:固12:1重量比攪拌均勻后，再加入適量的稀釋劑調(diào)節(jié)施工粘度。靜止5分鐘消泡、熟化?？捎盟⑼俊L涂、噴涂。2、 調(diào)整噴槍的空氣流量、出油量和噴霧幅寬，用噴槍吹干凈基面的浮塵后，開始噴涂作業(yè)。3、 先橫向噴涂一遍，再豎向噴涂一遍。注意噴

5、互重疊。這樣重復(fù)1-2個(gè)過程。注意事項(xiàng)1、 在易開裂的墻面，為了防止開裂，必須掛網(wǎng)。2、 找平膩?zhàn)佑霉纬吖蝺杀?，使平整度小?mm。必須嚴(yán)格做到。3、 膩?zhàn)右⒁獗ｐB(yǎng)和干燥時(shí)間，否則會(huì)引起水泡和開裂現(xiàn)象。4、 滲透底漆的漆膜不要噴涂太厚，以免影響干燥時(shí)間。滲透底漆也可以滾涂。5、 光面膩?zhàn)硬灰淮闻翁?，可以添加慢干稀釋劑來調(diào)節(jié)干燥速度和粘度以便易于施工。6、 氟碳專用底漆的漆、固比例要掌握好，否則影響干燥速度。7、 面漆尤其金屬面漆要掌握好環(huán)境溫度和稀釋劑的調(diào)整，應(yīng)用慢干稀釋劑來調(diào)整。8、 如要罩光,一定要掌握好漆固的配比比例,否則會(huì)引起色差。9、 要注意好氟碳漆整套體系中漆、固化劑和稀釋
