3、u型塊等輔塊。2）bm砌塊專用砌筑砂漿bm砌塊專用砌筑砂漿質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)符合干拌砂漿應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)程“dbj/t 01-73-2003”相關(guān)規(guī)定。3）混凝土澆注芯柱水平系梁的混凝土，可采用普通混凝土或普通細(xì)石混凝土。強(qiáng)度不小于c20。4）進(jìn)場(chǎng)材料必須有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認(rèn)證書、出廠合格證、材質(zhì)證明書、性能檢測(cè)報(bào)告及砌體材料的備案書。材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)后按要求抽樣做復(fù)試，經(jīng)試驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)合格，報(bào)監(jiān)理認(rèn)可后方可施工。5）砌塊見證試驗(yàn)bm砌塊每10000塊為一個(gè)驗(yàn)收批，不足10000塊按一批計(jì)算；每批從尺寸偏差和外觀質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)合格的砌塊中隨機(jī)抽取抗壓強(qiáng)度試樣一組，共5塊。 三、施工工藝1、施工工序基層處理放線排磚植筋排塊擱底砌筑墻體

4、芯柱、水平系梁施工面層清理粉刷石膏（干拌砂漿）打底。2砌筑前準(zhǔn)備工作2.1浮塵等雜物清掃、剔鑿，按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙放出墻體控制線以及芯柱（或構(gòu)造柱）、水平系梁等控制線。2.2布置芯柱（或構(gòu)造柱）、水平系梁（或現(xiàn)澆板帶）、過(guò)梁，進(jìn)行植筋 1）芯柱（或構(gòu)造柱）布置 墻厚200mm時(shí)，配置112鋼筋；墻厚200mm時(shí)，配置212鋼筋。a 門窗洞口兩側(cè) b 墻長(zhǎng)超過(guò)5m時(shí)，墻中段設(shè)置，且芯柱與框架柱、芯柱與芯柱之間的距離不宜4m。 c 轉(zhuǎn)角、丁字墻、十字墻交接部位d bm砌塊與其他類型墻體連接處宜設(shè)置構(gòu)造柱連接 2）水平系梁（或現(xiàn)澆板帶）布置 a 當(dāng)填充墻高度4.2m時(shí)，墻體宜設(shè)置一道水平系梁（或現(xiàn)澆板帶）；

5、當(dāng)墻體高度4.2m時(shí)，應(yīng)增設(shè)水平系梁。 b 當(dāng)墻上遇有門洞時(shí)，門洞上部應(yīng)設(shè)置于框架柱或墻體連接且沿墻貫通的水平系梁（或現(xiàn)澆板帶）。 c 當(dāng)遇有窗洞時(shí)，洞口上部及下部都要設(shè)置系梁，且上部系梁應(yīng)沿墻貫通并與兩端框架柱、構(gòu)造柱或墻體連接。 d 當(dāng)門窗洞1.5m時(shí)，可用過(guò)梁塊（u型塊）內(nèi)配置310鋼筋作為過(guò)梁；當(dāng)門窗洞1.5m時(shí)，洞口上部應(yīng)現(xiàn)澆混凝土過(guò)梁且過(guò)梁與系梁結(jié)合并沿墻貫通且與框架柱、構(gòu)造柱或墻體連接。 e 門窗洞口、預(yù)留洞口寬度400mm時(shí)，洞口上部設(shè)過(guò)梁 2.3 排塊根據(jù)砌筑、灰縫等模數(shù)進(jìn)行排塊，灰縫厚度5mm，上下皮應(yīng)錯(cuò)縫搭砌，其搭砌長(zhǎng)度不宜小于90mm。排塊應(yīng)考慮芯柱和水平系梁位置，從芯

6、柱開始排水平塊，不符合模數(shù)時(shí)，用輔塊調(diào)節(jié)或切割整磚；豎向排塊時(shí)需考慮門洞標(biāo)高，不符合模數(shù)時(shí)，可用輔塊調(diào)節(jié)或用砼澆筑“坎臺(tái)”。 2.5 撂底 最底部處理，根據(jù)門洞等標(biāo)高，靈活掌握1）澆筑砼坎臺(tái)，2）實(shí)心磚砌筑3）砌塊空洞中砼灌實(shí)2.6 建議水電管線在砌筑前按圖紙位置提前安裝到位，避免后期剃鑿破壞墻體。由下至上的線管，砌筑時(shí)將砌塊套入；由上至下的線管，砌筑時(shí)將砌塊側(cè)面開槽，將管線套入砌塊中。如圖3砌塊砌筑前不需澆水。在日平均氣溫連續(xù)5度以下，進(jìn)入冬季施工，要采取相應(yīng)的防凍措施。4采用砌筑砂漿砌筑時(shí)。1）夏季水：粉料重量比一般為1：4,宜采用機(jī)械攪拌。冬季可適當(dāng)減少水料比且攪拌及使用溫度應(yīng)大于5度。

7、2）灰縫厚度控制到5mm，砌筑時(shí)宜采用刮漿法砌筑，每次刮漿長(zhǎng)度不宜大于800mm豎縫應(yīng)頂漿砌筑，用皮槌敲實(shí)。3）與框架柱、墻體交接部位宜采用柔性連接：5 bm砌塊墻體不宜設(shè)置臨時(shí)間斷洞口。6需要移動(dòng)砌體中的砌塊或砌塊被撼動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)清除原砂漿，重新刮漿砌筑。7埋設(shè)固定各種設(shè)備的固定件時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)備情況采取必要措施保證固定件錨固牢靠。1）對(duì)于暖氣片等較重設(shè)備的固定件應(yīng)該用c20砼將相應(yīng)砌塊部位填實(shí)。2）對(duì)于室外空調(diào)機(jī)等外掛設(shè)備，應(yīng)在墻體中預(yù)埋空調(diào)機(jī)托板或托架，固定點(diǎn)處室外一側(cè)的砌塊孔洞應(yīng)用c20微膨脹混凝土灌實(shí)。3）對(duì)較大較重的外掛設(shè)備應(yīng)采取附加鋼筋混凝土芯柱等構(gòu)造措施8嚴(yán)禁在砌好的墻體上打鑿洞口或

8、用沖擊鉆成孔。確需留孔時(shí)，可用無(wú)齒鋸開孔。9砌塊每日砌筑高度不宜大于1.8米，低溫季節(jié)應(yīng)適當(dāng)降低。24h后方可繼續(xù)砌筑。砌體轉(zhuǎn)角和交接部位應(yīng)同時(shí)砌筑，對(duì)不能同時(shí)砌筑又必須留設(shè)臨時(shí)間斷處，應(yīng)砌成斜槎。10芯柱、梁施工1）第一皮磚應(yīng)切割出清掃口，以便清理遺落在孔內(nèi)的雜物，2）芯柱筋應(yīng)上、下生根與主體結(jié)構(gòu)植筋連接，錨固長(zhǎng)度1012d,搭接長(zhǎng)度按規(guī)范要求。3）砌筑2-3皮進(jìn)行芯柱孔c20 砼澆筑，澆灌前先清除落地灰等雜物。4）芯柱頂部處理如圖11水平系梁、過(guò)梁施工1）100、120寬墻體水平系梁、過(guò)梁需支設(shè)模板現(xiàn)澆成型。2)150寬以上墻體水平系梁可用u型塊兼做模板內(nèi)部澆筑砼成型；門洞寬度不大于1.5

9、m時(shí)，過(guò)梁下部用木方進(jìn)行承托，u型塊兼模板砌筑，門洞寬度大于1.5m時(shí)，過(guò)梁支設(shè)模板現(xiàn)澆成型。12砌至梁底、板底部位時(shí)，至少間隔7d后，方可進(jìn)行頂部砌筑，具體排塊及砌筑組合參見圖集11bjz58 p17、18、19頁(yè)。13砌塊墻體表面的平整度和垂直度不宜超過(guò)4mm、灰縫的厚度和飽滿度應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢查、校正偏差。14墻體與框架柱、粱、板及構(gòu)造柱、剪力墻界面處應(yīng)沿縫兩側(cè)通長(zhǎng)鋪玻纖網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)寬度不應(yīng)小于200mm，且縫每側(cè)寬度不應(yīng)小于100mm.(玻纖網(wǎng)不宜小于165g/m2)。掛網(wǎng)前應(yīng)清除其層表面的浮灰、油污，待繃緊圈定后再作粉刷。玻纖網(wǎng)搭接不小于150mm。15墻體粉刷應(yīng)在墻體收縮穩(wěn)定后進(jìn)行，抹灰前墻面可

11、應(yīng)按常溫規(guī)定要求記錄施工內(nèi)容外，尚應(yīng)記載室外空氣溫度、砌筑時(shí)砂漿、溫度、外加劑摻量及其它有關(guān)資料。冬期施工砂漿試塊的設(shè)置，除應(yīng)按常溫規(guī)定要求設(shè)置外，還應(yīng)增留不少于1組與砌體同件養(yǎng)護(hù)的試塊，測(cè)試檢驗(yàn)28d強(qiáng)度。5、采用暖棚法施工，塊材在砌筑時(shí)的溫度不應(yīng)低于+5。6、在暖棚內(nèi)砌體養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)問(wèn)，應(yīng)根據(jù)棚內(nèi)溫度按下表確定。暖棚溫度5101520養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間6543五、安全施工l砌塊墻體施工的安全技術(shù)必須遵守現(xiàn)行建筑工程安全技術(shù)規(guī)定。2垂直運(yùn)輸使用托盤吊裝時(shí)，應(yīng)用尼龍網(wǎng)或安全罩圍護(hù)砌塊。3在樓面或腳手架上堆放砌塊或其它物料時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁傾卸和拋擲。并不得撞擊樓板和腳手架。4堆放在樓面(層面)和腳手架上的各種施工荷載不

12、得超過(guò)樓板和腳手架的允許荷載值。施工層進(jìn)料口樓板下，宜采取臨時(shí)支撐措施。5砌體砌筑或進(jìn)行其它工序施工時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁站在剛砌完的砌體上操作。6正在施工的砌塊墻體，當(dāng)可能遇到大風(fēng)時(shí)，其允許自由高度應(yīng)計(jì)算確定。六、質(zhì)量控制1主控項(xiàng)目：砌塊和粘結(jié)劑強(qiáng)度等級(jí)性能應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并由相關(guān)出廠合格證和檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。2一般項(xiàng)目1）砌筑砂漿應(yīng)密實(shí)飽滿。2）砌塊砌筑時(shí)采用的規(guī)格、品種應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。3）砌塊墻轉(zhuǎn)角處和縱橫墻交接處應(yīng)同時(shí)砌筑，咬槎緊密。如需間斷應(yīng)留斜槎。4）芯柱砼施工前孔內(nèi)砂漿必須消理干凈。芯柱頂部，模板支成漏斗型，砼細(xì)心搗實(shí)。5）門窗洞口兩側(cè)芯柱內(nèi)預(yù)留門窗框連接件，最大間距600。6）砌筑腳手架不得擱、靠在
