Education and training甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)依據(jù)國家有關(guān)職業(yè)教育與就業(yè)準入的有關(guān)規(guī)定以及本單位的實際情況，為乙方提供職業(yè)教育和技能培訓(xùn)。乙方參加培訓(xùn)應(yīng)按規(guī)定與甲方另行簽訂培訓(xùn)協(xié)議。PartyA shallprovidePartyB withthe occupationaleducationand skilltrainingaccording to the actual condition

Revocation, modification and termination of the labor contract1、甲乙雙方解除、變更、終止、續(xù)訂勞動合同應(yīng)當(dāng)依照勞動合同法和國家及省

20、、市等有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。If the parties revoke, modify, terminate and extent the labor contract, theyshall perform them according to the relevant rules of the Labor Contract Law第7頁共11頁and the country, province and city etc.2、經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致，可變更合同相關(guān)內(nèi)容，變更勞動合同，應(yīng)當(dāng)采用書面形式。After the mutual consultations of the parties, the con

22、they shall inform Party Ain writing with thirty (30) day pre-notice (The person under probation needsa pre-notice of three(3) days and the professional people with the pre-noticeof six months).5、甲方應(yīng)在解除或者終止勞動合同時，為乙方出具解除或者終止勞動合同的證明，并在 15 日內(nèi)為勞動者辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。乙方應(yīng)在甲方出具解除或者終止勞動合同的證明后10 日內(nèi)辦理工作移交，如涉及經(jīng)濟補償?shù)陌磭矣嘘P(guān)規(guī)定在辦

Responsibilities for violating the labor contract1、本合同一經(jīng)簽訂，甲乙雙方應(yīng)嚴格執(zhí)行。任何一方違反

25、規(guī)定解除勞動合同的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向?qū)Ψ劫r償因違約造成的經(jīng)濟損失。Once the contractis enteredinto,the partiesshall strictly perform it. Regarding any party who violate the labor contractand raisethe revocation,they shallcompensate the otherpartyforthe economiclosses arisen.2、乙方違約解除合同，在合同期間 （含轉(zhuǎn)崗） 由甲方出資進行職業(yè)技術(shù)或提升培訓(xùn)的，按培訓(xùn)協(xié)議約定向甲方支付違約金；若無培訓(xùn)協(xié)議，

Labor disputes settlement and miscellaneous1、甲乙雙方在本合同履行中發(fā)生勞動爭議，應(yīng)協(xié)商解決或由本單位工會組織調(diào)解解決；也可以向所在鎮(zhèn)勞動爭議協(xié)調(diào)委員會申請調(diào)解，調(diào)解不成或不愿調(diào)解的，可向勞動爭議仲裁委員會申請仲裁，對仲裁裁決不服的，可以向人民法院起訴。第9頁共11頁Regarding the labor disputes arisen of the parties during the performance ofthe contract, they s
