前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用ISO15618?2:2001《水下焊接焊工的合格試驗(yàn)第2部分:潛水員高壓干焊用

焊工和焊接操作人員》。

本文件與ISO15618?2:2001相比作了下述結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整:

——增加了附錄A(資料性)鋼材組別分類指南;

——附錄B對(duì)應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄A;

——附錄C對(duì)應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄B,其中C.2對(duì)應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的B.2,增加

了C.2.2;

——附錄C對(duì)應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄B,其中C.2.3對(duì)應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的B.2.2,

增加了C.2.3.3。

本文件與ISO15618?2:2001的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:

——對(duì)范圍的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),調(diào)整了表述方式(見第1章),便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用;

——增加規(guī)范性引用的GB/T19866—2005,刪除了EN228?1(見第3章);增加規(guī)范性引用的

GB/T3375,刪除了ISO857?1(見5.2);增加規(guī)范性引用的GB/T5185,刪除了ENISO4063

(見5.2、第12章);增加規(guī)范性引用的GB/T5117,刪除了EN499(見5.5.2);用規(guī)范性引用

除了EN1435(見7.6.2);增加規(guī)范性引用的GB/T27551,刪除了EN1320(見7.6.2、7.6.3、

7.6.5);增加規(guī)范性引用的GB/T2653,刪除了EN910(見7.6.2、7.6.4);增加規(guī)范性引用的

GB/T19418,刪除了prENISO5817(見第8章);

——重新規(guī)定了符號(hào)和縮略語的使用要求(見4.1),便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用;

——技能評(píng)定的主要參數(shù)增加了激光焊(見5.2),以適用我國(guó)技術(shù)要求;

——加入了對(duì)于實(shí)心焊絲的認(rèn)可范圍(見6.5),以適用我國(guó)技術(shù)要求。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):

——將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱修改為《水下高壓干式焊接潛水焊工和焊接操作工技能評(píng)定》;

——重新繪制了示意圖,并刪除了部分示意圖修飾性的注;

——?jiǎng)h除了對(duì)于CRISO15608的引用,并根據(jù)其引用內(nèi)容增加了附錄A(鋼材組別分類指南)(見

5.4),以便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施;

——?jiǎng)h除了第11章中多余的修飾性表述,便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用;

——?jiǎng)h除了第12章中的示例,便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用;

——在附錄C(專業(yè)知識(shí))中增加了關(guān)于激光焊的內(nèi)容(見C.2.2和C.2.3.3),便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
