22、lanning,HRP)譯成“人力資源規(guī)劃”更佳;9、 戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃(strategic planning)a實 strategy 一詞足以;10、要求預測 requirement forecast)需求預測11、 員工申請表(employee requisition)我認為中英文在這里容易產(chǎn)生歧異:如果是部門需要招 聘,需填寫招聘申請表(recruiting application form );如果是應聘者應聘填寫的表格,通常的稱謂 是(job application form );這里的“員工申請表:(employee requisition)我不”太明 白是何種情 況。12、 試用期應該是

23、很多企業(yè)用到的名詞,我添加一下(probation);13、加上 輔導“一詞(coaching),很常用的;14、經(jīng)營管理策略:(bus in ess games) games如果是strategy會更專業(yè);15、 角色扮演:(role playing)不要說語法了,就應該是role play,沒有ing , role play這里就 是名詞一個;16、 工作輪換:(job rotating) job rotation ;17、質(zhì)量圈:(quality circles)品質(zhì)圈,或品管圈,這樣更貼切一在任何企業(yè)中,品質(zhì)的含義 都比質(zhì)量更高;18、職業(yè)動機:(career anchors)中文極不
