7、噴有起吊符號(hào)標(biāo)志，起吊時(shí)， 應(yīng)在包裝箱四下角墊木處掛鋼絲繩（如圖 1 ）；如果沒(méi)有包裝箱或電抗器從包裝 箱中吊出時(shí)，應(yīng)同時(shí)使用器身上的所有吊環(huán)起吊（如圖2） .5.3 所有的鋼絲繩和吊鉤應(yīng)能承受吊運(yùn)整體質(zhì)量的要求，起吊鋼絲繩之間的夾角 不得大于 60 度。2. 產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸6.1 產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中必須保持正常的直立狀態(tài)。6.2 產(chǎn)品可用火車(chē)、輪船、汽車(chē)或飛機(jī)等交通工具進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸。裝運(yùn)產(chǎn)品的車(chē)廂、 船艙和貨倉(cāng)等需保持清潔， 無(wú)氣體或液體污染物， 不要與腐蝕性的物品放在一起。6.3 產(chǎn)品裝車(chē)情況必須符合運(yùn)輸規(guī)程中的要求，并將產(chǎn)品放牢固，在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中 不允許有搖晃碰撞和滑移的現(xiàn)象以免造成意外事故。6.4 無(wú)

8、包裝的電抗器，附帶的零件、配套件及出廠文件等另裝成箱，與電抗器一 起發(fā)運(yùn)。6.5 無(wú)包裝箱的產(chǎn)品通過(guò)底座夾件、吊環(huán)、地腳等處與運(yùn)輸工具固定，不得綁拉 線圈絕緣子、墊塊、引線等易損件，以防拉壞產(chǎn)品。6.6 產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中，其傾斜度不得大于 30度。6.7 產(chǎn)品卸下時(shí)不得堆碼，同時(shí)下面要用方木等物件墊好，墊高不小于100mm。3. 檢查驗(yàn)收用戶收到電抗器后，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行檢查7.1 檢查產(chǎn)品的銘牌與訂貨合同是否相符，如產(chǎn)品型號(hào)、額定容量、額定電壓、 電抗率等。7.2 檢查出廠文件是否齊全7.3 檢查包裝箱內(nèi)零部件和附件是否與裝箱單相符7.4 檢查產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中有無(wú)損傷，產(chǎn)品零部件、附件是否損傷或移位

9、，接線 是否松動(dòng)、斷裂，絕緣是否有破損，是否有臟物或異物等。7.5 產(chǎn)品開(kāi)箱檢查完畢，如不立即投入運(yùn)行，應(yīng)妥善保存或重新包裝好，以防損 傷丟失7.6 如果發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品包裝或本體嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞，請(qǐng)立即通知浙江廣天變壓器有限公司， 保護(hù)好產(chǎn)品直到問(wèn)題得以解決。4. 倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)保管8.1 需倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)保管的產(chǎn)品，不應(yīng)拆除包裝，如因驗(yàn)收需拆包裝，驗(yàn)收完畢后恢復(fù)包 裝。8.2 對(duì)需長(zhǎng)期倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的產(chǎn)品，必須在庫(kù)房存放，庫(kù)房應(yīng)清潔、干燥，不應(yīng)同時(shí)儲(chǔ)存 活性化學(xué)藥品。8.3 所有產(chǎn)品不許堆碼8.4 短期戶外放置的產(chǎn)品不應(yīng)拆除包裝，要用方木等物品墊好，墊高不小于100m m,并應(yīng)防潮、防雨、防受損害或破壞。8.5倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)最低溫度：-10C

10、.5. 產(chǎn)品安裝9.1 安裝前應(yīng)認(rèn)真閱讀本說(shuō)明書(shū),產(chǎn)品銘牌和產(chǎn)品外形尺寸圖,了解產(chǎn)品重量、 安裝要求、方法等內(nèi)容,準(zhǔn)備好相應(yīng)的起吊設(shè)備和工具。9.2本產(chǎn)品安裝時(shí)，一般離開(kāi)墻壁和其障礙物500mm,相應(yīng)電抗器之間應(yīng)有500mm 的距離。應(yīng)保證良好通風(fēng)。9.3 一般情況下,電抗器可直接放置在使用場(chǎng)地,安裝檢查完畢即可投入運(yùn)行。 對(duì)于防震和其他特殊要求的情況, 安裝電抗器的地基應(yīng)埋置螺栓, 螺栓位置應(yīng)參 照電抗器外形尺寸圖,使之與電抗器安裝孔相應(yīng),通過(guò)埋地螺栓把電抗器固定, 螺母緊固后應(yīng)采取防松措施。9.4 將電抗器底座上的接地螺栓與接地螺母排可靠連接。9.5將電抗器的出線端子與系統(tǒng)母線排相連接,連

11、接線應(yīng)有一定的彈性余地。6. 運(yùn)行前的檢查10.1 檢查電抗器相序是否與電網(wǎng)相序一致。10.2檢查所有緊固件,連接件是否松動(dòng),并重新緊固一次。10.3 檢查運(yùn)輸時(shí)拆下的零部件是否重新安裝妥當(dāng),并檢查電抗器是否有異物存 在,如有過(guò)多的灰塵,須按 12.2條清理。10.4（串聯(lián)電抗器具有在 1 .35倍頻率額定電流下長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行的能力, 但在通常情況下，串聯(lián)電抗器長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行電流最好在 1.35倍額定電流以內(nèi)。）7. 運(yùn)行前的試驗(yàn)11.1測(cè)量繞組的直流電阻11.2測(cè)量繞組電抗值11.3檢查電抗器箱體和鐵心是否已永久性接地。11.4線圈絕緣電阻的測(cè)試，一般情況下（溫度 20-30E，濕度三90%）:線圈-地

12、300MQ （10KV ）儀表：2500V兆歐表線圈-地1000M （35KV） 儀表：2500V兆歐表在比較潮濕的環(huán)境下，電抗器的絕緣電阻值會(huì)有所下降。一般的，若每 1000V 額定電壓，在其絕緣電阻值不小于 2MQ （一分鐘25E時(shí)的度數(shù)），就會(huì)滿足運(yùn) 行要求。當(dāng)不滿足上述條件或電抗器遭受異常潮濕發(fā)生凝露現(xiàn)象 （無(wú)論其絕緣電阻如 何），在其進(jìn)行耐壓試驗(yàn)或投入運(yùn)行前，必須進(jìn)行干燥處理。處理方法視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條 件而定，最常用的方法是用電爐或紅外線燈（或其他加熱工具）烘烤，加熱體距 繞組半米左右并保持電抗器周?chē)沫h(huán)境溫度在 60C-80C，直至滿足上述條件。11.5鐵心絕緣電阻的測(cè)試，一般情況下（溫度

13、 20-30r，濕度三90%）:鐵心-夾件及地5MQ儀表：2500V兆歐表穿心螺桿-鐵心及地5MQ 儀表：2500V兆歐表同樣，在比較潮濕的環(huán)境下，此值會(huì)下降，只要其阻值 0.1MQ即可運(yùn)行。一般可通過(guò)干燥處理，使其達(dá)到要求。 11.6外施工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)電壓為出廠試驗(yàn)電壓的 85%。12.電抗器的維護(hù)為了保證電抗器能正常運(yùn)行，需對(duì)它進(jìn)行定期檢查和維護(hù)。 12.1一般在干燥清潔場(chǎng)所，每年或更長(zhǎng)一點(diǎn)時(shí)間進(jìn)行一次維護(hù)檢查，在其他場(chǎng)合， 例如可能會(huì)有灰塵或化學(xué)煙霧污染的空氣進(jìn)入時(shí)， 每三至六個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次維護(hù)檢 查。1 2 . 2檢查時(shí)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有過(guò)多的灰塵聚集，則必須清除，以保證空氣流通和防止絕 緣

14、擊穿，特別注意清潔變壓器的絕緣子、絕緣墊塊等處，并使用干燥的壓縮空氣 （2-5個(gè)大氣壓）吹凈通風(fēng)氣道中的灰塵。12.3檢查緊固件、連接件是否松動(dòng)，導(dǎo)電零件或其他零部件有無(wú)生銹、腐蝕的痕 跡，還要觀察絕緣表面有無(wú)爬電痕跡和碳化現(xiàn)象， 必要時(shí)應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的措施進(jìn)行 處理。12.4電抗器運(yùn)行若干年（建議 5年）后，可按 11.4條和 11.5條進(jìn)行絕緣電阻的 測(cè)試來(lái)判斷電抗器能否繼續(xù)運(yùn)行，一般無(wú)需進(jìn)行其他測(cè)試。8. 安全注意事項(xiàng) 13.1電抗器安裝完畢投入運(yùn)行前，對(duì)無(wú)外殼的電抗器，應(yīng)在電抗器的周?chē)?1.5米 以外安裝隔離柵欄并在醒目處設(shè)置安全警告標(biāo)志，以避免意外事故發(fā)生。 13.2電抗器投入運(yùn)行以后，

Handling of products5.1Cranes, forklifts and other lifting equipment can be used as handling equipment, forklifts crashes the body and the bottom of the reactor core is strict

28、ly prohibit.Handling should be strictly abide by relevant state handling procedures, balanced lifting, handle with care to ensure the safety of persons and equipment, the bottom of the four corners of main crates sprayed with Lifting symbols (near sliding wooden chamfer ),hanging wire rope on the sk

29、id of the four bottom corners when lifting (Figure 1). If no crates or reactors lifted out in the box, all the rings should be used to lift (Figure 2).5.3All wire rope and hook should be able to withstand the lifting of the overall quality ,and the angle between the lifting wire ropes shall not be g

Product Transportation6.1The product must be maintained in the normal upright position during transport 6.2The products can be transported by trains, ships, automobiles or aircraft. Compartment, cabin and warehouses to shipping the products need to be kept clean, no gas or liquid p

31、ollutants, and do not put together with corrosive materials.6.3The product entrucking condition must conform to the requirements of the Transportation Regulation, and the product should be put firmly, shaking collision and slip phenomenon are not allowed during transport to prevent accidents.6.4Reac

32、tor without packaging,the incidental parts、accessories and factory file loaded into container, shipped together with the reactor.6.5Product without packing fixed with conveyance by the base clamps 、rings、foot etc. coil insulators, pads, leads, and other wearing parts shall not be tied and pull. 6.6D

33、uring transport, the inclination of the production can not greater than 30 .6.7The product can not be stacked when unload,and the underneath should be cushioned with square wood or other objects.the height is not less than 100mm.7. Inspection and acceptanceThe reactor should be checked immediately a

34、fter received.7.1 Checking whether the nameplate corresponds to order contract t, such as the product model, rated capacity, rated voltage, reactance rate.7.2Checking if the factory files are complete7.3Checking if the parts and accessories are correspond to the packing list.7.4Check the product for

35、 any damage during transportation , inspect the product spare parts and accessoriesfor any damage or shift,whether the connection is loose or fracture, see if there is any insulation breakage , whether there is any dirt or foreign body, etc7.5After open-package inspection,the production should be pr

36、operly preserved or re-packing if it not immediately put into operation, so as to prevent damage loss. 7.6Serious damage if you find the product packaging or ontology, please immediately inform the Zhe Jiang Guangtian transformer limited, protecting the product until the issue is resolved.8. Warehou

37、sing8.1Products required storage , should not remove packaging, if need to remove the packaging, the packaging should be recovered after inspection.8.2Products need long-term storage , must be kept in the warehouse, warehouse should be clean, dry, no active chemicals should be stored .8.3 All the pr

38、oducts can not be stacked.8.4 Products outdoor placed for short term should not remove packaging, cushioned with square wood or other objects, the height is not less than 100mm, and should be moisture-proof, waterproof, prevent damage or destruction.8.5Warehouse minimum temperature: -10 C .9. Produc

39、t Installation9.1Before installation read this manual carefully, product nameplate and the dimension drawings of the product , understanding product weight, installation requirements, methods, and other contents, prepare the corresponding lifting equipment and tools.9.2When the product is installed,

40、 500mm away from the walls and the obstructions, 500mm between the corresponding reactor.,ensure good ventilation.9.3Under normal circumstances, the reactor can be placed directly on the site and put into operation after installation and inspection,.For shock-proof and other special requirements,Fou

41、ndation to installation the reactor should be embedded bolts, the bolt position should reference reactors dimension drawing and corresponds with mounting holes ,fixing the reactor by buried bolt, some measures should be taken to prevent the loosing of nut after tightening.9.4Connecting the earth bol

42、t with earth nut of the reactor base firmly.9.5Connecting the outlet terminals with system busbars of the reactor ， connecting line should keep some flexibility leeway.10.
