1、精選word文檔 下載可編輯新員工上崗前培訓(xùn)實施方案為加強新員工對公司企業(yè)文化、價值觀、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的認知和認同，提高崗位技能、專業(yè)知識和業(yè)務(wù)能力，依據(jù)員工培訓(xùn)管理暫行規(guī)定（魯豐字2962號），結(jié)合我公司實際，經(jīng)研究，制定本方案。一、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為切實做好新員工上崗前培訓(xùn)工作，公司決定成立培訓(xùn)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。組 長成 員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組下設(shè)辦公室，辦公室設(shè)在人力資源科，*兼任辦公室主任，具體負責(zé)培訓(xùn)工作的組織、督導(dǎo)和考核。二、培訓(xùn)思路1、人力資源科要在培訓(xùn)前2日內(nèi)，向新員工所屬部門發(fā)出培訓(xùn)通知。原則上，要組織所有新員工參加，因特殊情況確不能參加的，應(yīng)在收到通知后向人力資源科說明原因，可補充培訓(xùn)。2、新員工上崗前

2、培訓(xùn)由人力資源科負責(zé)組織，按照“三步走”分期開展。第一步進行行為宣貫教育。原則上要安排不低于2天的時間，采用聽講課、看講座、參觀了解等形式，重點了解公司企業(yè)文化、公司發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀、行業(yè)情況、企業(yè)組織架構(gòu)、各部門職能和業(yè)務(wù)范圍、規(guī)章制度、員工行為規(guī)范等方面的知識。第二步進行業(yè)務(wù)知識和崗位技能理論培訓(xùn)。原則上要安排不低于一周的時間，采用講師授課、多媒體教學(xué)等形式，重點加強崗位職責(zé)、工作標準、業(yè)務(wù)范圍和程序、生產(chǎn)流程和工藝、安全知識、崗位操作技能等知識的熟悉和掌握。第三步崗位實習(xí)。經(jīng)過理論培訓(xùn)且考試合格后，由新員工所在部門組織新員工進行認師并簽訂師徒協(xié)議，協(xié)議期一般為四個月，協(xié)議期內(nèi)新員工在師傅的

3、帶領(lǐng)下進行崗位實習(xí)。實習(xí)期滿，經(jīng)所在部門組織考核合格后方可獨立作業(yè)，否則，師徒協(xié)議順延至考核合格為止。3、培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，由人力資源科組織新員工填寫培訓(xùn)評估表，匯總后對培訓(xùn)講師、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)形式及技巧和實施效果等方面進行評估。同時對新員工進行閉卷考試。4、人力資源科要合理安排培訓(xùn)資源,對講師進行合理分工,當(dāng)本單位不具備培訓(xùn)條件時，可安排進行外部培訓(xùn)，外部培訓(xùn)必須符合程序和公司相關(guān)文件規(guī)定。外部培訓(xùn)原則上不得超過15天，超過15天的必須經(jīng)礦主要負責(zé)人同意后，報公司總經(jīng)理批準。三、培訓(xùn)講師管理礦聘培訓(xùn)講師由人力資源科推薦，培訓(xùn)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組審查，符合條件的由礦行文聘任，管理人員和技術(shù)骨干要積極響應(yīng)。其

4、主要職責(zé)是1、編寫本專業(yè)培訓(xùn)教材，精心準備課件，并報人力資源科備案；2、根據(jù)培訓(xùn)計劃，按時給學(xué)員上課，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量；3、配合人力資源科做好本專業(yè)培訓(xùn)效果評估，并根據(jù)評估結(jié)果不斷探索完善培訓(xùn)教材和教學(xué)方式。四、有關(guān)要求1、新員工上崗前培訓(xùn)不得低于72學(xué)時，有特殊（工種）崗位要求的，按照主管、監(jiān)管部門和行業(yè)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。上崗前必須完成培訓(xùn)及考試，考試不合格的要補考，補考不合格的按試用期不符合錄用條件處理。2、新員工在培訓(xùn)時，必須服從人力資源科的管理，聽從講師安排，認真做好學(xué)習(xí)記錄，嚴肅對待學(xué)習(xí)考核，否則按公司員工違規(guī)違紀處分暫行辦法（魯豐字2938號）的規(guī)定處理。3、培訓(xùn)期間不得遲到、早退和曠課，無特

5、殊情況不允許請假，講究衛(wèi)生，愛護公物，遵守紀律，課堂內(nèi)嚴禁抽煙，上課時關(guān)閉手機鈴聲、不準隨便進出教室，上下樓時禁止喧嘩。4、人力資源科要加強師資隊伍建設(shè)，按照規(guī)模適當(dāng)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良、專兼結(jié)合、動態(tài)管理的原則，配備專業(yè)的師資力量。5、聘任的講師要按照培訓(xùn)計劃，精心準備課件，采取先進的教學(xué)手段，創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法，多采用實驗室教學(xué)法、案例教學(xué)法、研討式教學(xué)法、多媒體教學(xué)法等多種方式方法，提高教學(xué)水平和培訓(xùn)效果。6、培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，人力資源科要收集、整理相關(guān)培訓(xùn)資料并登記造冊，歸檔備查。五、罰則1、培訓(xùn)期間，曠課一次罰款1元，遲到一次罰款5元，學(xué)習(xí)期間中午不得飲酒，否則每次罰款2元。2、新員工外出參加培

6、訓(xùn)期間，因遲到、曠課和其它原因受到培訓(xùn)單位的處理或考試不及格的，除執(zhí)行公司和礦有關(guān)文件規(guī)定外，視情節(jié)輕重一次性罰款15元，補考仍不及格的直接辭退，且培訓(xùn)費用自理，并扣除外出培訓(xùn)補貼。3、對于教學(xué)不認真、不按時備課、講課的講師，根據(jù)情節(jié)每次罰款12元，情節(jié)特別嚴重的，取消師資資格。4、人力資源科需要有關(guān)單位上報的培訓(xùn)資料必須在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)上報，否則每遲報一天罰責(zé)任單位的主要負責(zé)人1元，依次類推。5、所有罰款一律由人力資源科出具罰款單，交財務(wù)部門列入安全基金賬戶。六、經(jīng)費列支及其它1、授課講師按每小時5元補助授課費；監(jiān)考和批改試卷人員由人力資源科組織實施，監(jiān)考費和試卷批改費按每小時3元執(zhí)行。2、培
