15、and tidy.我國著名的教育家陳鶴琴先生認(rèn)為,兒童天生是喜歡活動(dòng)的?;顒?dòng)與成功是緊密聯(lián)系的。我發(fā)覺高中學(xué)生也是喜歡活動(dòng)的,于是在教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中我還喜歡用活動(dòng)來調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性。比如在學(xué)習(xí)第二課我很重要時(shí),我讓學(xué)生先預(yù)習(xí)課文,然后在班上挑選活潑且比較有表演欲望的10位同學(xué)出來,分為兩組,進(jìn)行“我很重要,我不重要”這一個(gè)辯論賽;再選出4位比較穩(wěn)重的同學(xué)做評(píng)委,評(píng)出最佳辯手及優(yōu)勝法,最后還確定一位主持。這樣,開學(xué)之初,一臺(tái)辯論賽就這樣初步定下來。接下來的時(shí)間是組織10位選手多方面地去收集資料,多角度地去思考問題,我要做的事情是相信他們的能力,指導(dǎo)并鼓勵(lì)他們。由于準(zhǔn)備充分,結(jié)果選手辯得激情洋溢,閃光點(diǎn)
