4、如買(mǎi)方提出異議，凡屬品質(zhì)異議應(yīng)于貨到目的口岸之45日天起內(nèi)提出，過(guò)期不予受理。對(duì) 所裝貨物的任何異議屬于保險(xiǎn)公司輪，船公司，其他有關(guān)運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)所負(fù)責(zé)者賣(mài)，方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。理賠只限于賣(mài)方 在收到買(mǎi)方所在地聲譽(yù)良好的商檢機(jī)構(gòu)或商會(huì)出具的商品抽樣檢查證報(bào)明告貨，物與合同不符后對(duì)，品質(zhì)不符的貨 物 按一比一更換或按照貨物的疵劣程度和損壞的范圍將貨物貶對(duì)值數(shù)，量不符的貨物給予補(bǔ)足無(wú)。論哪種情況下， 賣(mài)方均不對(duì)貨物的可銷(xiāo)售性或適用性負(fù)責(zé)也，不對(duì)任何損失負(fù)責(zé)賠償包，括但不僅限于直接的間，接的，附帶的損 失。quality/quantity discrepancy: in case of quality dis
