1、運(yùn)動(dòng)員保證書(shū) 運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽保證書(shū)本人對(duì)參加此次賽做以下保證：1、 我保證：遵守比賽組委會(huì)所有規(guī)則和服從一切裁決。2、 我保證對(duì)自己的參賽器材、裝備及個(gè)人所有物品負(fù)有全部責(zé)任。3、我對(duì)在連續(xù)而激烈的比賽中可能發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)已有充分的認(rèn)識(shí)，我保證本人的身體健康狀況能夠承受本次比賽，并具備近期健康檢查證明書(shū)。4、我保證：本人在比賽中因受傷、遭遇意外事故或發(fā)生疾病時(shí)，對(duì)受到的急救處理方法及結(jié)果不提出異議。5、我本人、我的家屬、親戚和保護(hù)人已充分理解本次比賽的內(nèi)容和意義，并認(rèn)可我本人參賽。在比賽之前我已作了人身保險(xiǎn)。因此，我保證：我自己、親屬及遺囑執(zhí)行人、財(cái)產(chǎn)繼承人，對(duì)本人在比賽中或參加由本次比賽委會(huì)組織的與
