But by t he third小 學(xué) 安 全 工 作 總 結(jié)20082009 學(xué)年度第二學(xué)期我校根據(jù)教育局和中心校的關(guān)于加強(qiáng)安全綜合治理工作的
12、精神,以“安全第一,預(yù)防為主”的方針,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)安全工作管理,以創(chuàng)建安全活動為載體,以維護(hù)學(xué)校穩(wěn)定和營造良好的治安環(huán)境為重點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步完善學(xué)校的安全責(zé)任和防范體系,群防群建,整體推進(jìn),重點(diǎn)突破,廣泛開展?fàn)幭葎?chuàng)優(yōu)活動, 開創(chuàng)學(xué)校安全治理工作的新局面。在安全管理的具體工作中, 學(xué)校結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會形勢和學(xué)校實(shí)際, 抓住了四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),構(gòu)建綜合治理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,切實(shí)服務(wù)學(xué)校建設(shè)和發(fā)展。下面就我校本學(xué)期安全主要工作與成效、存在問題總結(jié)如下:一、學(xué)校安全主要工作及成效(一)加強(qiáng)管理力度,做到“四個(gè)落實(shí)”學(xué)校把“安全工作放在第一位”的真正落實(shí)到具體的工作中,切實(shí)把安全工作列入重要的議事日程,認(rèn)真做好“四個(gè)落實(shí)”。1.
13、組織落實(shí)。成立了安全工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu),設(shè)立了以劉建森校長為組長,以學(xué)校分管安全的副校長以及各年級第一責(zé)任人為成員的學(xué)校安全工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組, 各年級設(shè)立安全管理小組。 我校這種組織網(wǎng)絡(luò),做到了分工明確,責(zé)任到人,提高了駕馭和控制校園治安局勢能力。2. 制度落實(shí)。我校在本學(xué)期進(jìn)一步貫徹和落實(shí)安全責(zé)任書制度,簽訂了各種責(zé)任書,如校園社會治安綜合治理目標(biāo)管理責(zé)任書、學(xué)校安全目標(biāo)管理責(zé)任書等。進(jìn)一步充實(shí)完善學(xué)校安全檢查與反饋制度、學(xué)校消防安全管理制度、學(xué)校學(xué)生安全信息報(bào)告lenary sessi on, e ach session of the Ce ntral Committee of nati onal

But by t he third制度、師生外出活動審批制度 、學(xué)校安全管理責(zé)任追究制度 、學(xué)校安全檔案管理制度 等規(guī)章制度, 使學(xué)校安全管理工作有制可依、有章可循。3. 責(zé)任落實(shí)。一方面,明確校長為學(xué)校安全工作責(zé)任人,分管安全的副校長為第二責(zé)任人, 建立校長副校長具體責(zé)任人的責(zé)任追究體系,層層簽訂責(zé)任書。另一方面,加大責(zé)任追究力度,堅(jiān)持“誰主管、誰負(fù)責(zé),誰的問題誰解決”的原則,把全體教職工的責(zé)任落實(shí)情況列入考評獎(jiǎng)懲制度, 不斷增強(qiáng)全體教職工對維護(hù)學(xué)校穩(wěn)定的重視程度和工作力度。
36、4. 措施落實(shí)。1)明確護(hù)導(dǎo)工作制度。學(xué)校加強(qiáng)對護(hù)導(dǎo)的巡查力度,要求護(hù)導(dǎo)組認(rèn)真履行崗位職責(zé), 加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生課間活動的指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)視, 防止意外事故的發(fā)生。2)加強(qiáng)安全檢查, 及時(shí)排除安全隱患。定期組織有關(guān)人員做好常規(guī)檢查; 每季度進(jìn)行一次安全隱患大排查; 堅(jiān)持召開季度學(xué)校安全分析會制度。3)安全教育經(jīng)?;?。利用晨會、班會進(jìn)行安全教育,各學(xué)科注重課堂滲透、 各班開展以安全為主題的團(tuán)隊(duì)活動, 做到了安全教育經(jīng)?;?。(二)積極預(yù)防,明確安全工作思路lenary sessi on, e ach session of the Ce ntral Committee of nati onal i nstituti

But by t he third學(xué)校安全工作的重點(diǎn)由調(diào)查處理矛盾糾紛及刑事案件向著力預(yù)防過渡,安全治理工作本著主動性原則, 預(yù)事于前,制敵于先,防止了“頭痛醫(yī)頭,腳痛醫(yī)腳”的惡性循環(huán)現(xiàn)象。1. 健全突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急預(yù)案。定期組織有關(guān)人員分析、排查可能影響學(xué)校安全穩(wěn)定的因素,積極采取防范措施。2. 組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到位,將安全工作納入學(xué)校行政例會的必備議題和議程。并及時(shí)傳達(dá)上級部門安全工作會議精神, 認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)貫徹上級有關(guān)文件通知精神,提高全體教師的安全防范意識。3. 做好各類矛盾與糾紛的排查處理工作
59、。對校園內(nèi)發(fā)生的矛盾糾紛等偶發(fā)事件能及時(shí)、 耐心、 認(rèn)真地調(diào)查, 堅(jiān)決、果斷、妥善的處理,做到小事不出辦公室,大事不出學(xué)校,內(nèi)部矛盾內(nèi)部解決,不上交矛盾,不擴(kuò)大矛盾事態(tài)。(三)依托活動,深化安全教育要確保安全,根本在于提高安全意識、自我防范和自護(hù)自救能力,抓好安全教育,是學(xué)校安全工作的基礎(chǔ)。我校以安全主題教育為重點(diǎn),經(jīng)常性對學(xué)生開展安全教育。1. 在綜治副校長的指導(dǎo)下,規(guī)范學(xué)校的安全防衛(wèi)措施,完善校園治安管理工作制度,開展法律、法規(guī)、交通安全常識、安全防范、禁毒、防震、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等知識講座,或提供咨詢,提高師生的法律意識、自我保護(hù)意識和安全防范意識。2. 抓住“安全教育日(周、月)”這一契機(jī),進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化學(xué)校安全管理工作, 全方位認(rèn)真組織開展了以“學(xué)習(xí)交通安全”為主題系lenary sess
