3、型布置,四角切向燃燒,平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣、露天布置、全鋼構(gòu)架,懸吊結(jié)構(gòu)。制粉系統(tǒng)為正壓直吹式制粉系統(tǒng),配置6臺(tái)沈陽(yáng)施道克電力設(shè)備有限公司生產(chǎn)的稱(chēng)重式給煤機(jī),6臺(tái)由長(zhǎng)春發(fā)電設(shè)備總廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)的中速磨煤機(jī),每臺(tái)磨的出口由四根煤粉管接至爐膛四角的同一層煤粉噴嘴。 The boiler of Philippine Marie Vance 2300MW coal-fired power plant is produced by Harbin Boiler Company of china. The boiler adopt once-through -type with sub-critical pressur

4、e, Tangentially Fired, balanced draft, dry slag, steel structure, complete hanging construction. The boiler equipped with direct-fired system which including 6 sets of coal feeder and coal milled. And the outlet for each mill connected with four pulverized coal transportation pipes to four burners o

17、,清除在制造、運(yùn)輸、保管、安裝過(guò)程中清理不善殘留在鍋爐過(guò)熱器、再熱器系統(tǒng)及蒸汽管道中的各種雜物(沙粒、石塊、鐵屑、焊渣、氧化鐵皮及其它雜物等),防止機(jī)組運(yùn)行中過(guò)再熱器爆管和汽機(jī)通流部分損傷,改善機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后汽水品質(zhì),提高機(jī)組的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。The purpose of boiler steam blowing is to clean the sand, stone, iron, welding slag and other solid particles inner the pipe of superheater and reheater that produced during manufa

18、cturing, transportation, storage and installation and to improve the steam quality which can eliminate the turbine blade damage caused by poor steam quality and improve the unit safety and economic.3.1 蒸汽吹管包括如下系統(tǒng):過(guò)熱器及主蒸汽管道;再熱器及再熱器冷段和熱段管道。The range includes following systems: superheater, main steam

19、pipes, reheater, cold section and hot section pipes of reheater. 3.2 以下部位管道不進(jìn)行吹管,由安裝公司采用機(jī)械方法進(jìn)行清理:自動(dòng)主汽門(mén)后調(diào)速汽門(mén)前的導(dǎo)管;高排逆止門(mén)前的高缸排汽管道;高壓旁路管道;低壓旁路管道。Pipe blowing is not carried out for pipes at following parts and these pipes are cleaned by adopting mechanical methods: Steam connecting pipes after high and m

20、iddle pressure of main steam stop valve and reheater stopvalve; High cylinder steam discharge pipes at front of high pressure discharge check valve; Inlet and outlet pipes of low pressure bypass; Inlet and outlet pipes of high pressure bypass; 4 調(diào)試程序與工藝4 Commissioning procedures and processes4.1 吹管的

21、方式4.1 The blowing way采用降壓吹管方式進(jìn)行吹管。The pipe blowing is carried out by adopting the mode of pressure-reducing blowing. 4.2 吹管參數(shù)選擇Control and selection of pipe blowing parameters吹管系數(shù)計(jì)算公式如下:The blowing coefficient is calculated as following 或 式中沖管時(shí)該區(qū)段的壓降,MPathe pressure drop of blowing area during steam

28、4.4.1.1 廠(chǎng)區(qū)燃油系統(tǒng)、爐前燃油系統(tǒng)可正常投入;The fuel oil system of whole plant area and the fuel oil system of boiler can be putting into operation4.4.1.2 上煤系統(tǒng)具備供煤條件;The coal transportation system can supply the coal into bunker and coal feeder and coal mill can be putting into operation normally4.4.1.3 除塵、撈渣機(jī)及除灰、除渣

29、系統(tǒng)具備投入條件;Bag filter, Slag and ash, bottom ash removing system can be putting into operation4.4.1.4 鍋爐化學(xué)清洗工作結(jié)束,臨時(shí)系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)完畢;The boiler chemical cleaning is finished. And temporary blowing systems are recovered4.4.1.5 煙溫探針、汽包水位、爐膛火焰電視調(diào)試完畢,可以投入;Flue gas temperature detector、drum level、Furnace Flame TV comm

30、issioning is finished4.4.1.6 PCV閥操作試驗(yàn)完畢;PCV commissioning is finished4.4.1.7 鍋爐冷態(tài)通風(fēng)試驗(yàn)完畢;Boiler cold state ventilation test is finished4.4.1.8 汽水閥門(mén)、煙風(fēng)擋板檢查確認(rèn)完畢,開(kāi)關(guān)靈活;The confirmation of valves and damper of boiler side are finished4.4.1.9 空預(yù)器吹灰系統(tǒng)具備以輔汽方式吹掃投用的條件,轉(zhuǎn)子監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)好用,消防、沖洗水系統(tǒng)具備投入條件;Soot blowing syste

31、m of air preheater can be putting into operation using the auxiliary steam. Turbine supervision system, deluge system and water flushing system can be putting into operation.4.4.1.10 燃燒器擺動(dòng)試驗(yàn)、油槍及點(diǎn)火槍操作試驗(yàn)合格;Burner swing test, oil gun and ignition gun operation test is qualified.4.4.1.11 微油系統(tǒng)調(diào)試完畢,具備投入條件

32、;The commissioning of micro-oil ignition system if finished4.4.1.12 一次、送、引風(fēng)機(jī)及其油站的聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)試驗(yàn)完畢,試驗(yàn)合格;The interlock tests of primary air, forced draft fan and induce draft fan and related lube oil station are finished4.4.1.13 有13套制粉設(shè)備具備投入運(yùn)行條件;At least 3 sets pulverized coal system can be putting into opera

33、tion4.4.1.14 爐本體及各系統(tǒng)保溫工作完畢,各人孔、看火孔、檢查門(mén)完整;Heat insulation works of boiler and other system is finished. The checks of all manholes, observation door are completed.4.4.1.15 膨脹指示器安裝正確,所有爐本體吹灰器在退出位置;Expansion indicators are installed correctly. All the boiler sootblower are out of the blowing position4.

34、4.1.16 主、再熱汽減溫水系統(tǒng)及鍋爐疏水排放系統(tǒng)調(diào)試完畢,可隨時(shí)投入;The main steam and reheater steam desuperheater water system and boiler drainage system can be putting into operation4.4.1.17 鍋爐MFT聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,試驗(yàn)合格;The interlock test of MFT is finished.4.4.1.18 吹管臨時(shí)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)聯(lián)合檢查合格,整改項(xiàng)目完成,臨控門(mén)操作試驗(yàn)完成;The temporary systems of steam blowing

The Rectification items are finished.4.4.1.19 脫硫系統(tǒng)已隔離且其旁路擋板已開(kāi);The desulphurization system have been isolation and its bypass damper is opened4.4.2 汽機(jī)專(zhuān)業(yè)必備條件The necessary condition preparation by turbine specialty4.4.2.1 吹管臨時(shí)系統(tǒng)安裝完成,通過(guò)聯(lián)合檢查合格,整改項(xiàng)目完成;The temporary blowing systems are install

36、ed completely and the rectification items are finished after checked.4.4.2.2 吹管系統(tǒng)中涉及隱蔽工程項(xiàng)目檢驗(yàn)、簽證手續(xù)齊全;The inspection and visa formality of concealed works related blowing system are complete4.4.2.3 電動(dòng)給水泵(最好汽動(dòng)給水泵具備投入條件)試轉(zhuǎn)正常,最大流量試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,能滿(mǎn)足鍋爐連續(xù)供水要求;The commissioning and tests of electric motor driven feed

37、water pump are finished and the pump can be putting into operation normally.4.4.2.4 給水系統(tǒng)、凝結(jié)水系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)試驗(yàn)完成,具備投入條件;The interlock tests of feedwater system, condensate system, vacuum systeam and its related equipments are finished and can be putting into operation normally.4.4.2.5 汽機(jī)油質(zhì)合格,潤(rùn)滑油、EH油系統(tǒng)

38、、頂軸盤(pán)車(chē)系統(tǒng)能投入運(yùn)行,直流備用泵試驗(yàn)好用;The turbine lube oil quality is qualified with the standards and turbine lube oil system, EH oil system, jacking oil system can be putting into operation normally. The tests of DC lube oil pump of the turbine are finished and can be putting into standby positionl.4.4.2.6 機(jī)側(cè)疏水系

39、統(tǒng)形成并具備投入條件,臨時(shí)疏水管道形成并確保暢通、安全。The drainage system of turbine side id finished and can be putting into operation.4.4.2.7 除氧器加熱具備投入條件;The deaerator heater system can be put into operation4.4.2.8 低壓缸噴水具備投入條件;The spray water system of low pressure cylinder of turbine can be putting into operation 4.4.2.9

40、汽機(jī)缸溫測(cè)點(diǎn)具備投入條件,汽機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速可以遠(yuǎn)方監(jiān)視;All the turbine temperature supervision points and turbine speed can be supervised on the DCS 4.4.2.10 各抽汽電動(dòng)截止閥關(guān)閉且嚴(yán)密;All the steam extraction electric motor valve can be closed tightness.4.4.2.11 汽機(jī)本體與主、再蒸汽系統(tǒng)相連的暖機(jī)管道要認(rèn)真檢查與吹管系統(tǒng)的隔離措施,防止竄汽進(jìn)入汽缸;In order to prevent the steam inject

All the pipes connected the turbine cylinder and the main steam pipe and reheater pipe should be isolation 4.4.2.12 準(zhǔn)備好足夠合格的靶板;Preparation enough qualified target plate.4.4.3 熱工專(zhuān)業(yè)必備條件: The necessary conditions preparation by I&C specialty 4.4.3.1 CRT上設(shè)備運(yùn)行監(jiān)視參數(shù)如:壓力、流量和溫度等測(cè)點(diǎn)

42、正常投入,指示正確;All the pressure, flow, temperature measurement points can be supervised on the DCS and all the measurement points are showing correctly 4.4.3.2 FSSS功能調(diào)試完畢,可以投入;The commissioning of FSSS is finished and can be putting into operataion.4.4.3.3 爐膛壓力、燃油壓力、除氧器水位、凝汽器水位自動(dòng)控制等可以投入;The auto control

43、of furnace pressure, fuel oil pressure, deaerator level, condenser level can be putting into operation.4.4.3.4 DCS報(bào)警功能調(diào)試結(jié)束,可以投用;The commissioning of DCS alarms is finished and can be putting into operation.4.4.3.5 汽包水位高低MFT保護(hù)解除,其他MFT保護(hù)已投入;Disability of the drum level protection in the MFT only and o

44、thers protections of MFT are availability4.4.3.6 用于吹管排汽管上的臨時(shí)表計(jì)均經(jīng)校驗(yàn)安裝完畢,能隨時(shí)投入,指示正確;All the temporary measurement meters installed discharge of the blowing pipe is checked and can be putting into operation4.4.3.7 在控制室內(nèi)遠(yuǎn)方操作吹管臨控門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān),且具備中停功能;The electric motor valve used to control steam blowing can be op

45、eration in the center control room and can be stopped in any position4.4.4 公用系統(tǒng)必具條件The necessary conditions preparation by common user system4.4.4.1 廠(chǎng)用電系統(tǒng)(動(dòng)力電源、事故電源、照明電源)分部試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束并已投運(yùn);The trial operation of house power system is finished and has been putting into operation.4.4.4.2 循環(huán)水、開(kāi)、閉式水、工業(yè)水系統(tǒng)分部試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

46、結(jié)束并已投運(yùn);The trial operations of circulation cooling water system, opened cycle circulation cooling water system, closed cycle cooling water system, industrial water system are finished and have been putting into operation.4.4.4.3 化學(xué)補(bǔ)給水系統(tǒng)投運(yùn)正常,取樣(爐水、給水、凝結(jié)水)、加藥、凝結(jié)水精處理系統(tǒng)具備投運(yùn)條件;Chemical make up system has

Sampling, chemical dosing device and its related system, condensate polishing device can be putting into operation.4.4.4.4 壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)分部試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束并已投運(yùn);The trial operation of air compressor system is finished and can be putting into operation4.4.4.5 輔助蒸汽系統(tǒng)分部試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束并已投運(yùn);The trial ope

48、ration of auxiliary steam system is finished and has been putting into operation.4.4.4.6 消防系統(tǒng)分部試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束并已投運(yùn);The trial operation of deluge system is finished and has been putting into operation.4.5 吹管臨時(shí)系統(tǒng)要求Requirements of temporary steam blowing systems4.5.1 吹管臨時(shí)控制門(mén)應(yīng)選擇2臺(tái),公稱(chēng)壓力不小于16 MPa、承受溫度不小于450、公稱(chēng)直徑與主汽

49、管通徑相配的電動(dòng)閘閥,閥門(mén)全開(kāi)、全關(guān)時(shí)間應(yīng)在60秒以?xún)?nèi);The temporary control valve used to blowing should normally not less 2 sets and the nominal pressure not less than 16Mpa,and temperature not less than 450 .
