11、lished financial statements. the form 20f and a reuters analyst report for this company are on the ftp website. further instructions will be given in class. this assignment is due on april 2. other assignments may be assigned in class.group projectgroups of up to five students will prepare a compreh

12、ensive financial statement analysis of a chinese company listed on a foreign exchange with financial statements available in english. each group must consist of at least two nationalities. it is recommended that each group have at least one member who can read chinese. each group should appoint a se

13、cretary. the secretary should report to me by email no later than 5 march the following information: names and student numbers of group members proposed company to be analyzed pdf file of current financial statements of this company each group should prepare a comprehensive financial analysis of thi

14、s company along the lines of the professional reports on aluminum corp of china and petrochina that are available on the ftp site. larger groups will be expected to prepare more comprehensive reports than smaller groups. there is a lot of work here, and you need to divide it up. you may wish to use

15、the byo analyst product available on the ftp site (byoap_021706). this report will be due on the last day of class. presentations will be scheduled during the last three classes. i will be writing the secretary of each group to pose a specific question or questions that the presentation should deal

16、with based on my reading of the financial statements you will be sending me. you are to make a brief board level presentation on the questions presented and answer questions from the “board” (me and the class). no boring powerpoint presentations! use one powerpoint slide to make your presentation. t
