13、.1.1.6 強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量管理，嚴(yán)格按照建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的有關(guān)文明施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及上海市建委關(guān)于施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理的具體規(guī)定組織好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工，確保達(dá)標(biāo)，實(shí)現(xiàn)文明工地； Strengthen thequality control and strictly carry out the civilized-construction standards promulgated by theMinistryofConstructionandthedetailedstipulationsregardingstandardizedsitemanagement issued by Shanghai Bureau to o

14、rganize the site civilized production.1.1.7 工程施工采用信息化管理：施工過(guò)程中，按階段采集施工信息， 對(duì)施工操作過(guò)程進(jìn)行攝像記錄。項(xiàng)目施工的全過(guò)程采用計(jì)算機(jī)管理工程的工期、質(zhì)量、技術(shù)、資源、文件檔案。加強(qiáng)工程進(jìn)度管理，提前規(guī)劃，并在施工過(guò)程中采用先進(jìn)的進(jìn)度管理軟件（Win Project）實(shí)行實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤，及時(shí)調(diào)整作業(yè)計(jì)劃，實(shí)現(xiàn)總體控制，確保在215 個(gè)日歷天完成所有施工任務(wù)；Information administration will be applied during the project execution: in the course of

19、 to make it a goodproject of social and economic effects.1.2 編制原則 The Principles of the Compilation考慮到目前是招標(biāo)投標(biāo)階段，本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)只是根據(jù)招標(biāo)文件中對(duì)技術(shù)標(biāo)的有關(guān)要求進(jìn)行編制的，著重于施工方案、技術(shù)措施、施工管理措施、施工形象進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置、機(jī)械設(shè)備及人員組織機(jī)構(gòu)配置、施工中的重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)技術(shù)措施的編制。本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)只是針對(duì)本工程施工圖紙和招標(biāo)文件所規(guī)定的內(nèi)容而編制的規(guī)劃性的文件。待工程中標(biāo)后，我公司再根據(jù)本工程的施工特點(diǎn)、圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)要求編制一份完整的詳細(xì)的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。Thepre

22、st for the Compilation1.3.1 克魯勃潤(rùn)滑產(chǎn)品（上海）有限公司新建辦公樓工程施工圖（含土建、安裝工程）及投標(biāo)須知； Project Drawings for Kluber LubricationIndustries(Shanghai)Co.,LTD NewBuilding Project (including the civil work, installation work) and bidding instruction.二、工程概況Project Profile本工程位于上海市青浦工業(yè)園區(qū)，西近勝利路， 與王子包裝 （上海）有限公司一墻之隔，東接園區(qū)綠苑內(nèi)的苗圃，

23、南為建設(shè)中的拓青路，北臨北青公路，建筑面積約3117 m2 ，由克魯勃潤(rùn)滑產(chǎn)品（上海）有限公司投資興建，由化學(xué)工業(yè)第二設(shè)計(jì)院寧波工程有限公司設(shè)計(jì)，本次擬建工程為行政辦公樓。 總工期為 215 天。This project lies in Qingpu Industrial Zone ofShanghai City, near Shengli Road in the west, next to Prince Package(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd,and being connected to nursery of landscape in the east, in the south

24、is the Tuoqing Roadin development, in the north nest to Beiqing Road, and the floor area is about3117 m2. It isinvested by Kluber Lubrication Industries(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd, designed by NO.2 ChemistryIndustry Designing Institute Ningbo Construction Co., Ltd. This planning project will be theAdmin Buil

25、ding, and the total construction time will be 215 days.2.1 、辦公樓工程Office Building2.1.1 辦公樓的平面尺寸為： 64.6m*13.2m ；鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)，檐口高度為13.4m ，室內(nèi)外高差為 0.45 m 。The plan size of the building is 64.6m*13.2m ,and the constructureform is steel concrete frame. Cornice height: 13.4m. The indoor and outdoor difference

26、is 0.45M.2.1.2 基礎(chǔ)工程：C40 鋼筋砼樁承臺(tái)、 C30 基礎(chǔ)梁。磚基礎(chǔ)采用 MU10 蒸壓灰砂磚， M7.5水泥砂漿砌筑。 The foundation work: C40 reinforcement concrete pilecaps, C30 foundation beam. The MU10 steam pressure sand-lime bricks is applied for the brick foundation laid with M7.5 mortar.2.1.3 主體工程 : C40 鋼筋砼框架柱 ,C30 梁、板；框架填充墻采用強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為MU10 砼小

27、型空心砌塊，凡砌體內(nèi)墻190 厚，外墻 240 厚，標(biāo)高 -0.060 以上用 M5 混合砂漿砌筑，標(biāo)高 -0.060 以下用 MU10 蒸壓灰砂磚， M7.5 水泥砂漿砌筑，并用1 ：2 防水砂漿抹 20 厚。墻身水平防潮層用1：2 水泥砂漿（摻 5% 水泥重量的防水劑），鋪厚 20，設(shè)于標(biāo)高 -0.060 處。The superstructure: C40 reinforcement concrete frame columns, and C30 beam and floor.Concrete small cavity blocks with strength grade of MU10

30、.2.1.4 屋面工程 :現(xiàn)澆板上做 1：10 水泥珍珠巖找坡最薄處30mm 、空鋪 APP 聚酯胎改性瀝青防水卷材 4mm 厚、擠塑泡沫板140mm厚、 20 厚 1：2.5 水泥砂漿找平、 PVC 防水卷材 1.5 厚、保濕毯 /保護(hù)層、蓄排水盤、土工布保護(hù)墊、120 厚輕質(zhì)人工合成土、植被。Roofwork: on the cast-in-situs slab,the sequential layer as follows: 1:10 cement perlite slopingleveling minimum THK.30mm; Spread the APP bitumen water

38、ntconcrete frame.2.2.2門衛(wèi)配電房基礎(chǔ)采用獨(dú)立柱基礎(chǔ)，承臺(tái)及基礎(chǔ)梁為C25 鋼筋混凝土；Thefoundation is independent column base, the pilecap and foundation beam is C25 concrete.三、施工準(zhǔn)備Preparations for the Commencement3.1 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備Site Preparation3.1.1 按施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置圖搭建生產(chǎn)和生活臨時(shí)設(shè)施,做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)施工道路、施工用水電的布置、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)污水、雨水排放明溝，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全防護(hù)設(shè)施搭建等工作。 Set up the tempora

40、s:the projectplate,safeproductionmarks,workdisciplines board and etc.3.1.3 組織施工人員進(jìn)場(chǎng) ,并做好各項(xiàng)教育工作。 Organize the work force, move into thesite and do well educational work and others.3.2 施工技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備 Preparations for execution techniques施工技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備的主要內(nèi)容,可以歸納為以下四個(gè)方面:一是組織圖紙會(huì)審；二是編制開工前的各項(xiàng)方案、措施；三是進(jìn)行工程定位，開展施工測(cè)量；四是完成技術(shù)、檢

41、驗(yàn)機(jī)制的建立。其具體內(nèi)容是： The main thing in this regard are the following four parts: study and examinethe drawings; work out the schedules for the commencement; start the project location andsurveyingwork;establishthe mechanismof the techniqueidentificationandqualityinspection. The details are:3.2.1 及時(shí)組織技術(shù)人員,

42、 預(yù)算員認(rèn)真熟悉施工圖紙,參與圖紙會(huì)審和技術(shù)交底; Timelyorganize the technicians and quantity surveyors to get familiar with all the drawings. Theyshall participatein the drawingsstudyingand examining,and explain all the technicaldetails.3.2.2 編制施工圖預(yù)算和月旬作業(yè)計(jì)劃,提供材料的需要量計(jì)劃; Work out the projectbudget and the schedulesfor month

43、ly and 10-day s site work, and also the materialssupply plan.3.2.3 商請(qǐng)建設(shè)單位組織移交、 規(guī)劃紅線、座標(biāo)、標(biāo)高等；Consult with the Client to handover the site, plot lines, bench marks and levels, etc.3.2.4組織專業(yè)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行模板和鋼筋的翻樣工作; Organizetheprofessionaltechnicians to work out shop drawings for all the moulding board and stee
