16、ded, the plane was searched thoroughly. fortunately, nothing was found and five hours later we were able to take off again.lesson80 the crystal palace 水晶宮perhaps the most extraordinary building of the nineteenth century was the crystal palace, which was built in hyde park for the great exhibition of

17、 1851. the crystal palace was different from all other buildings in the world, for it was made of iron and glass. it was one of the biggest buildings of all time and a lot of people from many countries came to see it. a great many goods were sent to the exhibition from various parts of the world. th

18、ere was also a great deal of machinery on display. the most wonderful piece of machinery on show was nasmyths steam hammer. though in those days, travelling was not as easy as it is today, steam boats carried thousands of visitors across the channel from europe. on arriving in england, they were tak

19、en to the crystal palace by train. there were six million visitors in all, and the profits from the exhibition were used to build museums and colleges. later, the crystal palace was moved to south london. it remained one of the most famous buildings in the world until it was burnt down in 1936.lesso

39、年開采,資源已逐漸枯竭,最近十多年未見有發(fā)現(xiàn)大型硫化鎳礦的報(bào)道,為滿足世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)鎳的需求,普遍已將目光轉(zhuǎn)向開發(fā)紅土礦型鎳資源。紅土礦資源的特點(diǎn):1)資源豐富,埋藏淺,易勘探,均為露天開采,采礦成本低。2)伴生鈷含量高,鈷可以分?jǐn)偛糠宙嚦杀尽?3)紅土礦產(chǎn)于熱帶、亞熱帶、大多瀕臨海洋,交通運(yùn)輸方便。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家依靠雄厚資金,先進(jìn)技術(shù)和國(guó)際經(jīng)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在國(guó)際礦業(yè)全球化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中已先走一步。目前國(guó)外的許多知名鎳生產(chǎn)企業(yè)都已涉足紅土礦開發(fā),部分已取得了實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。例如鷹橋公司與bhp公司合作開發(fā)的印度尼西亞含鎳紅土礦項(xiàng)目, inco公司在印尼以及新喀里多尼亞開發(fā)的紅土礦項(xiàng)目等。由于硫化鎳可供開發(fā)資源的明顯

40、減少,世界未來十年鎳產(chǎn)量的增加將主要來源于紅土型鎳礦資源的開發(fā),而紅土型鎳礦資源開發(fā)中,濕法技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)大于鐵鎳火法冶煉技術(shù);雖然濕法技術(shù)與紅土型鎳礦的火法冶煉廠的投資成本大體相當(dāng),即年生產(chǎn)能力每磅鎳812美元。但是隨著濕法技術(shù)的日趨成熟、設(shè)備制造技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,濕法鎳廠在下一輪興建或擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目中,其基建投資將會(huì)明顯下降;濕法工藝的生產(chǎn)成本在一般情況下低于鐵鎳流程,加上濕法耗能明顯低于鐵鎳流程。因此,在經(jīng)濟(jì)上,濕法技術(shù)將顯示出其優(yōu)越性;國(guó)內(nèi)目前處理紅土鎳礦大部分都是采用火法生產(chǎn)鎳鐵或鎳鉻合金,但最近已有三個(gè)常壓酸浸的項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn),其中廣西銀億科技礦冶有限公司(年產(chǎn)5000噸電積鎳,300噸碳

41、酸鈷)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況較好,正在擴(kuò)建二期5000噸/年項(xiàng)目,并且配套建設(shè)從廢水中提取鎂鹽產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)線。二、 建設(shè)規(guī)模及廠址選擇國(guó)內(nèi)外紅土鎳礦濕法冶煉單項(xiàng)目的鎳產(chǎn)量規(guī)模大多在3萬噸以下,國(guó)際上比較著名的如古巴毛阿灣的規(guī)模3萬噸/年;尼加羅切格瓦那2.3萬噸/年;澳大利亞的雅布魯3萬噸/年;澳大利亞布隆0.9萬噸/年;考斯0.9萬噸/年;澳大利亞的莫林莫林的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模4.5萬噸/年(實(shí)際產(chǎn)能3.5萬噸/年),國(guó)內(nèi)廣西銀億和江西江鋰的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)能5000噸/年,云南元江設(shè)計(jì)能力為3000噸/年。目前廣西銀億正在進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造將現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)能擴(kuò)大到10000噸。江西江鋰也有計(jì)劃新建1.5萬噸/年的項(xiàng)目。結(jié)合江銅的實(shí)際情況,

42、并考慮紅土鎳礦資源的供應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀,擬將建設(shè)規(guī)模定為21.5萬噸/年金屬鎳,同時(shí)配套建設(shè)230萬噸/年硫鐵礦循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)項(xiàng)目,可以為濕法冶煉提供硫酸、蒸汽及電力。紅土鎳礦濕法冶煉生產(chǎn)耗水耗酸量大、用地多及物流量大,必需依賴大容量物流通道,為降低企業(yè)成本、打造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,項(xiàng)目的選址需要考慮的主要因素有:主要原材料(硫酸、石灰和紅土鎳礦)的物流成本、物流吞吐量、可就近選址建設(shè)尾礦庫(kù)堆存酸浸廢渣、工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完備等。經(jīng)過考察和調(diào)研,我們認(rèn)為瑞昌市碼頭鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)園建設(shè)條件相對(duì)較好,主要情況如下:1、土地供應(yīng)充裕。工業(yè)城規(guī)劃面積有78平方公里,目前工業(yè)城內(nèi)暫無大的企業(yè)進(jìn)駐,能夠預(yù)留數(shù)千畝土地,工業(yè)城內(nèi)路域平闊,岸坡平

43、緩,平整量小,可滿足園區(qū)集約化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求。2、區(qū)位交通便捷。境內(nèi)105、316國(guó)道與九景高速、昌九高速、贛粵高速、滬蓉高速和杭瑞高速交織貫通,公路交通優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯;鐵路貨運(yùn)站白楊站、夏畈站距工業(yè)城分別只有14公里、7公里;長(zhǎng)江岸線全長(zhǎng)19.5公里,主航道深泓線緊貼南岸,為雙向航道,屬長(zhǎng)江一級(jí)主航道,常年適應(yīng)2000噸級(jí)以上船舶作業(yè),最大停泊能力為萬噸級(jí)海輪,境外礦石可由江海聯(lián)運(yùn)直達(dá)專用碼頭,物流成本較低。相對(duì)于把建設(shè)地址選在德興銅礦做了物流成本對(duì)比(見表1) 3、供水、供電、運(yùn)輸、能源等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完備。工業(yè)城內(nèi)規(guī)劃建設(shè)有220kv和110kv的變電站各一座,其中工業(yè)城110kv變電站已開工建設(shè)

44、,預(yù)計(jì)可在2010年10月竣工,西氣東輸二線線路經(jīng)過工業(yè)城,接口距建設(shè)地點(diǎn)約34公里,并在工業(yè)城內(nèi)預(yù)留接口。4、工業(yè)園位置距江銅武山銅礦尾礦庫(kù)只有約10公里,便于酸浸廢渣的堆存,可不必新建尾礦庫(kù),節(jié)約投資。5、項(xiàng)目所需的石灰資源豐富。6、園區(qū)內(nèi)水泥產(chǎn)能較大,可適當(dāng)消化生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的廢渣。7、硫鐵礦循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)項(xiàng)目及江銅九江鉛鋅冶煉項(xiàng)目建成后可提供項(xiàng)目所需的硫酸。三、產(chǎn)品方案根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)目前的紅土鎳礦冶煉技術(shù)進(jìn)展和環(huán)保要求,擬采用常壓children inside it, covering them with all the clothes she could find. during the nig
