立敦電子防水維修（PVC卷材）施工方案

1、立敦電子彩鋼廠房防水維修（pvc卷材）施工方案 成都宇華建筑工程有限公司 2011年8月19日經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察，貴公司彩鋼瓦屋面漏水屬于原有防水密封膠老化起裂、脫縫。以及年久未進(jìn)行維修養(yǎng)護(hù)，屋頂排水天溝腐蝕銹穿，因此出現(xiàn)眾多漏水部位。綜合上訴原因特制定以下施工方案:1、首先將彩鋼屋面渣物進(jìn)行全面清理轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。2、屋頂排水天溝渣物及淤泥全面清理轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。3、對(duì)清理后的排水天溝涂刷環(huán)氧富鋅防銹漆進(jìn)行防銹處理。4、對(duì)所有的彩鋼瓦接縫老化的防水膠使用專用工具進(jìn)行全面割除。5、清理后的彩鋼及排水天溝接縫處使用“美國(guó)道康靈”中性防水密封膠全面密封。6、接縫處理完畢后在整個(gè)屋頂彩鋼瓦上滿鋪pvc防水卷材。pvc防水卷材施

3、要應(yīng)用于屋面防水層的大面和天溝使用)。（三）系統(tǒng)配件機(jī)械固定專用墊片（熱度）pvc防水卷材專用膠粘劑抗拔釘金屬壓條三、施工工藝流程pvc鏟除隔氣層鋪設(shè)保溫層翻面（設(shè)計(jì)確定）安裝隔離層（無紡布）鋪設(shè)防水層鋪設(shè)和機(jī)械固定熱風(fēng)焊接細(xì)部和收口處理檢查、驗(yàn)收四、施工1、清理基面，表面的油污、雜物等其它建筑垃圾全部清掃干凈?；娣鲜┕l件后，彈線定位。2、將防水卷材空鋪就位,防水卷材的預(yù)留搭接寬度為100mm。3、為了減少焊接縫,防水卷材根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況采取橫鋪。4、防水卷材搭接一般為上板壓下板,使外部的水順接槎向下流，不會(huì)在焊縫處積聚，形成滲水隱患。5、周邊防水卷材收口處用雙排固定件固定，固定點(diǎn)距檐口10

4、0mm，固定點(diǎn)的間距為200mm，最后用200mm寬的pvc焊條熱風(fēng)焊接在壓條上面加以覆蓋。屋面橫向每10m設(shè)固定件固定，最后用200mm寬的pvc焊條熱風(fēng)焊接在壓條上面加以覆蓋。鋪設(shè)pvc卷材時(shí)，縱向每隔2米用固定件固定，間距為200mm，搭接處采用熱風(fēng)焊接。pvc卷材遇立面處用膠水滿粘，并用鋁合金壓條固定，射釘間距為200mm，最后滿涂聚氨酯密封膏。6、pvc防水卷材按上述方法鋪設(shè)完畢后，可以進(jìn)行焊接工作。焊接防水卷材:將防水卷材的搭接處擦拭干凈，采用熱風(fēng)焊接機(jī)焊接防水卷材搭接縫。根據(jù)材料選定溫度和速度,焊接時(shí)焊接邊緣應(yīng)有漿液溢出，呈亮色，不可出現(xiàn)燒焦現(xiàn)象。防水卷材鋪設(shè)時(shí)拉伸宜松不宜緊。7

5、、防水卷材破損后的修補(bǔ)：用手動(dòng)熱風(fēng)焊槍將修補(bǔ)用的防水卷材焊接在被修部位及外延50mm處即可。8、手工焊縫的施工及加強(qiáng)：手工焊縫時(shí)，焊嘴與焊接方向呈45-50度角，壓輥與焊嘴平行并保持大約5mm的距離。焊接邊緣應(yīng)有溶漿溢出，呈亮色，不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)燒焦現(xiàn)象。焊接時(shí)從一端開始，邊焊接邊排除空氣。焊接后及時(shí)用手壓輥按順序滾壓一遍，接縫處不允許有氣泡、皺折存在。拐角等部位均需要用pvc焊條進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)處理。9、雨篦子處的pvc施工方法：先按照雨水口的尺寸把pvc裁剪成條狀，并用焊槍焊接成雨水口的形狀，長(zhǎng)度約伸入雨水口20cm，然后放入雨水口，上端用熱風(fēng)焊槍焊接在pvc卷材上，局部用pvc條進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)處理。機(jī)械固定系
