7、自我的機(jī)會(huì)。 “聯(lián)邦式組織”:出于平衡全球化和本地化、平衡規(guī)模效應(yīng)和靈活性的需要,一種類(lèi)似于聯(lián)邦制國(guó)家的,以自治和合作為特征的組織成為組織演進(jìn)的趨勢(shì)。 “三葉草組織”:組織越來(lái)越明顯地由三部分人員組成:專(zhuān)業(yè)核心人員、外包人員和彈性人員。 “3I組織”:21世紀(jì)成功和效率的新公式是:I3=AV,I代表智慧(Intelligence)、信息(Information)和概念(Idea),AV代表金錢(qián)或附加價(jià)值(added value)。 “甜甜圈原理”和“權(quán)力補(bǔ)貼”:成功的組織確定成功標(biāo)準(zhǔn),放手信任別人,允許他們用自己的方法達(dá)到你要的結(jié)果。 “四種管理文化”:這個(gè)以變革為特征的時(shí)代占據(jù)主要地位的阿波

13、ics, history and philosophy. A graduate of the Sloan School of Management at M.I.TACADEMIC/RESEARCH INTERESTS:In 1967 Handy returned to England to design and manage the only Sloan Programme outside the United States, at Britains first Graduate Business School, in London.In 1972 Handy became a full P

14、rofessor at the School, specializing in managerial psychology. From 1977 to 1981, Handy served as Warden of St.Georges House in Windsor Castle, a private conference and study centre concerned with ethics and values in society. He was Chairman of the Royal Society of Arts in London from 1987 to 1989.
