1、蜂巢芯施工方案一、編制依據(jù)1、濰坊茂華東風西街住宅小區(qū)車庫施工圖紙2、青島雙鼎建材有限公司提供的產(chǎn)品說明書3、現(xiàn)澆混凝土 BBF蜂巢芯密肋樓蓋施工工法4、現(xiàn)澆砼空心樓蓋結(jié)構技術規(guī)程：CECS175:2004.二、工程基本概況濰坊茂華住宅小區(qū)位于濰坊市東風西街以南，清平路以東。是我公司在濰坊市 承接的第一個住宅項目工程。車庫地下一層，連接主樓的1#、2#、3#、4#樓、5#樓、。其中我項目施工建筑面積約1萬平方米（其他為中建八局施工）。車庫樓板厚 650 mm采用GBF蜂巢芯現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板的技術。蜂巢芯塊尺寸規(guī)格:900mnK 900mm 600mrK 900mm 300mM 900mm600m

13、olice departme nt Toin南通建筑工程總承包有限公司濰坊茂華住宅小區(qū)車庫蜂巢芯施工方案四、操作要點1、施工準備1）根據(jù)圖紙尺寸和蜂巢芯型號規(guī)格編制材料進場計劃并委托專業(yè)廠家生產(chǎn)。2) 組織施工技術人員進行針對性的學習，針對不同工種的班組進行技術安全交 底，并做好勞力準備。3) 施工前在現(xiàn)場劃分出專門的材料場地，并根據(jù)蜂巢芯堆放的相關規(guī)定對場地 進行處理。蜂巢芯的堆放場地應堅實、平整、潔凈。未作表面硬化處理的堆場，其 基層應壓實，表面應鋪墊厚度不少于50mm吉凈砂子，擱置高度不能超過四層。4) 蜂巢芯進場后應對其外觀逐個檢查，蜂巢芯箱體破損的須進行 1:2 水泥砂漿 封補、填塞
