14、余長度，來判定電極能否回用的過程。點焊電極的更換：使用規(guī)定工具拆下舊電極（不符合工藝要求的電極），裝上新電極的過程。4 職責(zé)4.1 焊接班組長負(fù)責(zé)點焊電極修磨及更換工作的落實。4.2 焊接操作工負(fù)責(zé)點焊電極的拆裝。4.3 夾具修理工負(fù)責(zé)點焊電極能否回用的分類工作。4.4 夾具修理工負(fù)責(zé)能夠回用的點焊電極的具體修磨工作。4.5 值班長負(fù)責(zé)督促和檢查點焊電極的修磨及更換工作的執(zhí)行情況。5 點焊電極的修磨、回用、更換程序5.1 點焊電極5.1.1 點焊電極端面直徑5.1.1.1 16mm（外表直徑）×23mm（長）電極：原始（機加工后）端面直徑為6mm。5.1.1.2 13mm（外表直徑）

15、×20mm（長）電極：原始（機加工后）端面直徑為5mm。5.1.1.3 特殊形式電極：參見具體圖紙規(guī)定。5.1.2 電極墩粗：點焊電極在使用過程中由于電極端面工作區(qū)域受力及受大電流的熱影響,電極端面形狀發(fā)生變化，端面直徑變大，接觸表面產(chǎn)生化合物,降低焊接時焊點區(qū)域內(nèi)通過的電流密度值,從而產(chǎn)生虛焊現(xiàn)象,影響焊接質(zhì)量。5.2 點焊電極的修磨5.2.1 修磨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)5.2.1.1 16mm電極：電極端面直徑允許范圍為68mm。5.2.1.2 13mm電極：電極端面直徑允許范圍為57mm。5.2.1.3 特殊型式電極：電極端面直徑允許范圍為原始直徑+2mm。5.2.2 端面直徑檢測工具5.2.2

16、.1 檢測工具：電極卡板5.2.2.2 檢測方式：將電極卡板上放在電極端面上，保證卡板上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔與端面基本同心。5.2.2.3 合格判定：68的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔內(nèi)可以看到整個電極端面，判斷該電極可以使用。5.2.2.4 不合格判定：電極端面小于6標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔，或8標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔內(nèi)無法可以看到整個電極端面，判斷該電極不可以使用。5.2.3 修磨方式5.2.3.1 手工在線銼刀修磨：在生產(chǎn)時，使用銼刀直接對安裝在焊鉗上的電極進行修磨端面的方法。特殊型式電極使用銼刀在線修磨。5.2.3.2 線外統(tǒng)一設(shè)備修磨：使用修磨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備集中處理換下的電極的方法。5.2.3.3 為了保證修磨后電極質(zhì)量（電極形狀及端面直徑），公司規(guī)定所有

17、16mm、13mm手工用點焊電極使用線外統(tǒng)一修磨。對于與有角度焊鉗接桿連接的電極，在安裝后，還需要使用銼刀根據(jù)上下電極的實際接觸面修正電極端面。5.2.3.4 機器人在線設(shè)備修磨：點焊機器人工作站使用修磨設(shè)備在線修磨電極。5.2.4 修磨頻次5.2.4.1 對未開啟焊接電流遞增器的點焊電極的修磨周期,應(yīng)根據(jù)工位的實際情況決定:原則上,應(yīng)隨時檢查電極的端面,如果磨損超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就要進行修磨。5.2.4.2 未開啟焊接電流遞增器的點焊電極建議修磨頻次：見附錄二點焊電極修磨頻次建議表（無遞增版）。本表格每年或逢新項目批產(chǎn)更新。5.2.4.3 對開啟焊接電流遞增器的點焊電極的修磨周期,應(yīng)根據(jù)遞增器的工藝設(shè)

18、定，在遞增器報警后進行修磨。5.2.4.4 點焊機器人工作站的修磨頻次設(shè)定在機器人程序中，焊接點數(shù)符合要求后會自動在線修磨電極。5.2.4.5 突發(fā)情況：一旦發(fā)生爆電極情況，應(yīng)立即修磨或更換電極。5.3 點焊電極的回用5.3.1 回用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)5.3.1.1 對于需要修磨的電極，首先要判定是否可以回用。5.3.1.2 點焊電極下半部分為了散熱而開孔通水,在電極中間有修磨截止線（一個環(huán)形槽）用來標(biāo)識最短電極長，考慮到電極在焊接時受熱受壓，電極端面到截止線應(yīng)有剩余量，建議為2mm。5.3.1.3 16mm電極：電極長度（從端面到底部）13mm時,必須報廢，不可回用。5.3.1.4 13mm電極：電極長度

19、（從端面到底部）15mm時,必須報廢，不可回用。5.3.1.5 特殊型式電極：電極端面至截止線距離2mm時，必須報廢，不可回用。5.3.2 電極回用檢測工具5.3.2.1 檢測工具：電極卡板（適用于16和13電極）。5.3.2.2 檢測方式：將電極根據(jù)直徑大小放入相應(yīng)的卡板檢測槽內(nèi)，保證電極在槽內(nèi)保持豎直狀態(tài)。5.3.2.3 回用判定：如果電極長度高于檢測槽，判斷該電極可以回用。5.3.2.4 報廢判定：如果電極長度小于等于檢測槽，判斷該電極必須報廢。5.3.2.5 特殊型式電極使用游標(biāo)卡尺測量。5.3.3 電極狀態(tài)隔離箱5.3.3.1 【舊電極】箱：存放使用過的，但未判斷是否回用的電極。5.

20、3.3.2 【待修磨】箱：存放已經(jīng)被判定可回用的，但未修磨的電極。5.3.3.3 【回用】箱：存放已經(jīng)修磨好的電極。5.3.3.4 【新電極】箱：存放外購進來未使用過的電極。5.3.3.5 【報廢】箱：存放不能回用，確認(rèn)報廢的電極。5.4 點焊電極的更換5.4.1 更換對象5.4.1.1 手工點焊：應(yīng)優(yōu)先使用【回用】箱內(nèi)的電極。5.4.1.2 機器人點焊：只能使用【新電極】箱內(nèi)的電極。5.4.2 更換方式5.4.2.1 先關(guān)閉冷卻循環(huán)水的2個閥門（進水閥+出水閥）。拿來專用盛水桶。5.4.2.2 將電極對準(zhǔn)盛水桶，使用專用工具（管子鉗）夾住電極,向外旋轉(zhuǎn)拆除電極。注意，應(yīng)引導(dǎo)剩余冷卻水注入盛水

21、桶，避免場地、零件、夾具被噴濺到水。5.4.2.3 將拆下的舊電極放置在一邊，換上領(lǐng)來的新電極，用1.5磅木錘輕擊電極端面，使電極與接桿接口緊實。5.4.2.4 對于手工焊槍，應(yīng)將焊機切換到調(diào)整檔，連續(xù)閉合焊鉗35次，徹底壓實電極。用電極卡板檢測上下電極的對中度，確認(rèn)上下電極對中度符合要求。對帶角度的電極需要使用銼刀修正接觸端面。將換下的舊電極放入【舊電極】箱內(nèi)。打開進出水閥門，將焊機切換回焊接檔，繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)。5.4.2.5 對于機器人焊槍，應(yīng)先打開進出水閥門，再根據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書指導(dǎo)步驟操作，程序會提示校驗對中度并自動完成壓實電極步驟，然后機器人自動繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)。焊接操作人員應(yīng)將換下的舊電極放入【舊電
