2、責任及賠償由乙方自行承擔，甲方概不負責；四、乙方工作時間外出辦事需明確 告知甲方；請病、事假需即刻報告甲方 并提交書面申請，病假需出具醫(yī)院證明；五、在合同期內(nèi)，甲方承擔乙方往 返家鄉(xiāng)至中國的機票費用每年一次， 并 協(xié)助乙方獲得工作簽證；六、甲方為乙方提供通訊費，每月不超過 250 元；七、甲方允許乙方按照國外傳統(tǒng)的 圣誕節(jié)休假，即每年的 12 月 23 日起至 次年的 1月 2 日，此休假期間，甲方將 正常支付乙方的工資，如需乙方配合短 期內(nèi)完成的工作，乙方須積極配合完成；八、乙方允許甲方使用其姓名及頭 像用于雜志、宣傳冊或傳單上以及電視 等媒體的商業(yè)廣告宣傳。九、乙方受聘于甲方從事品牌管理
