1、【英國(guó)留學(xué)生回國(guó)就業(yè)情況】行為面試六大法則行為面試通常是經(jīng)過(guò)網(wǎng)申和在線測(cè)試之后的重要環(huán)節(jié),每年都會(huì)有無(wú)數(shù) “ 驍勇善戰(zhàn)” 的戰(zhàn)士們敗走行為面試這一關(guān)。但事實(shí)上,關(guān)于行為面試的秘訣在于:只要擁有良好的簡(jiǎn)歷準(zhǔn)備和充分的時(shí)間演練,我們一定能夠打敗這個(gè)惱人的小妖精。首先,什么是行為面試?經(jīng)典的行為面試問(wèn)題包括“ 告訴我在 xx 時(shí)你的反應(yīng) ”或者“ 給我一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作 /領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)等的例子 ” 。 基本上是與面試官分享過(guò)去經(jīng)歷以及你在不同的場(chǎng)景下作出反應(yīng)。下面,就為大家提供行為面試的六大黃金準(zhǔn)則,希望大家能用以下的方法攻克這個(gè)難關(guān)!1. 充分的事先準(zhǔn)備一般而言,大多數(shù)行為面試問(wèn)題都將深于以下幾種范疇:?客

2、戶服務(wù)?領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力?解決問(wèn)題的能力?解決沖突的能力?交流能力?團(tuán)隊(duì)合作?創(chuàng)新意識(shí)在進(jìn)行面試準(zhǔn)備時(shí),挑選近期發(fā)生的獨(dú)特的,能夠表達(dá)出積極成效的事例,最好不僅能夠表達(dá)出良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍,更能凸顯作為個(gè)體參與者的奉獻(xiàn)。這些事例大多與你的工作實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)或社團(tuán)經(jīng)歷有關(guān)。防止使用那些與你家人,朋友,愛人或是室友之間發(fā)生的過(guò)于私人,并不專業(yè)的經(jīng)歷。2. 分享你具體的故事行為面試的面試官在提問(wèn)時(shí),通常期待得到一個(gè)真實(shí)發(fā)生,與你息息相關(guān), 能夠表達(dá)出面試者真實(shí)性格特質(zhì)的答復(fù)。切莫在這時(shí)一概而論或是夸夸其談, 更不應(yīng)該自作聰明地將延伸到以后工作情境中。當(dāng)然,如果面試官在之后的問(wèn)題提及,你也可以再做答復(fù)。3.

5、firm, i worked on a production cost saving project for a pharma company, on which i had to lead 14 workshop managers from the client side to achieve a cost saving target of 5 m usd per year. the task was difficult, because the team members were not my direct subordinates and were resistant with the

6、project because of their concerns on production safety.(comment: specify the situation)in order to mobilize the whole team to achieve the target, i took three actions. first, i talked to each manager to convince that the project was not an obstacle, but an opportunity for everybody to get promotion,

7、 prove their capabilities and create value for the company. secondly, i persuaded my project manager to set up a bonus pool for each manager part of the money saved from the project would be distributed to the managers as bonuses. thirdly, i spent over 8 hours every day with the workers to identify

8、improvement potentials and ensure that the improvement measures could be executed without risk.(comment: target and actions are detailed in the 2nd section)the incentive systems successfully motivated the managers they turned their attitude from resistant to cooperative. and my on-site work eliminat

9、ed their concerns on production safety. as a result, they proactively proposed many cost saving initiatives and supported the implementation of these initiatives. by the end of the project, we had exceeded the cost saving target by over 50%.(comment: end the talk with a clear result) 6. 積極準(zhǔn)備后續(xù)問(wèn)題面試官們
