1、九年級英語獲獎的教學(xué)案例分析 最近幾次聽課活動中，很多評課老師都會關(guān)注到開課老師的教學(xué)目標(biāo)的設(shè)定與課堂實施過程，也有老師關(guān)注到課堂活動的設(shè)計方面，在來自各方專家的“有效教學(xué)”理念的引領(lǐng)下，我們會關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)的是否有效，我們甚至?xí)P(guān)注老師的課堂隨機應(yīng)變的能力以及課堂預(yù)設(shè)與生成的關(guān)系探討。我們似乎把一節(jié)課分割成了好幾段，你講教學(xué)目標(biāo)，我來探討教學(xué)設(shè)計，再有總結(jié)發(fā)言，看起來面面俱到，對于開課老師的幫助也不少。但筆者認(rèn)為：倘若能站在“規(guī)范”角度上看一節(jié)課，我們就會關(guān)注一節(jié)課的整體感，關(guān)注課堂“規(guī)范”，今年四月浙江省初中英語學(xué)科教學(xué)建議（試行）明確闡明：課堂規(guī)范應(yīng)該包括關(guān)注老師的課堂語言表達(dá)的規(guī)范性，關(guān)注

2、教學(xué)目標(biāo)設(shè)定的合理性，關(guān)注多媒體輔助使用效果，以下我就兩節(jié)研討課來簡析我的反思與心得。 【片段1】這是選自go for it九年級unit4 reading what would i do if ?的一節(jié)閱讀課，本堂課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容圍繞學(xué)生生活中可能碰到的accidents or problems,要求學(xué)生運用已知的生活經(jīng)驗處理這些臨時發(fā)生的緊急事故。上課老師精心設(shè)計了整堂課，注重了整體篇章感，又結(jié)合了學(xué)生校園生活實際，在一節(jié)課中處處有亮點，但反復(fù)仔細(xì)觀看了該老師的課堂視頻后，筆者實在感到可惜，教學(xué)過程如下：（注：以下片段是在課堂熱身活動之后的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，括號里的是筆者給出的正確表達(dá)）step 2

5、more on study.t: so everyone have(has) some problems and sometimes you will have (an) accidents.分析：下劃線的兩個句子是中文思維模式的直譯，第一句去掉what就是了，第二句應(yīng)該為：what biggest problem(s) does a teenager have?或者改為 what is the biggest problem that teenagers have?從這段描述中，我們不難看出老師的習(xí)慣性的口誤已經(jīng)影響到了學(xué)生的口語表達(dá)的準(zhǔn)確性了，波浪線字體的單詞的錯誤非常明顯，而下劃線句子的

6、錯誤顯得有些不可原諒?！痉此家弧浚航處熣n堂語言表達(dá)規(guī)范嗎？在初三這個時候，在我們的學(xué)生很難抽出時間聽讀英語的情況，一天當(dāng)中的英語課堂尤其是來自老師用來組織課堂和授課內(nèi)容的英語顯得尤其重要，這很有可能是他們一天所有英語的輸入，我們在初三改作文時，總是驚呼：我的學(xué)生怎么會寫出這樣的句子？！因此我們是否要反思我們每天給學(xué)生帶來的英語是否準(zhǔn)確、地道？筆者對于這個問題深思了很久：作為生活在漢語世界的我們英語老師，從大學(xué)畢業(yè)到工作至今，我們受著本土化語言的影響，我們該怎么應(yīng)對呢？1. 加強自身學(xué)習(xí)。在每天作業(yè)批改時，可以使用mp4聽讀一些原汁原味的英語以保持學(xué)習(xí)的狀態(tài)，根據(jù)浙江省初中英語學(xué)科教學(xué)建議（試行

7、），教師應(yīng)該將當(dāng)天的授課內(nèi)容先自己聽讀一次，我想上課的老師應(yīng)該課前沒有做過這個環(huán)節(jié)，否則一定不會出現(xiàn)這樣的口誤：what would he do if he play computer too much? 這可是文中的類似句子呢！2. 仔細(xì)備好課堂用語，包括常用的組織課堂的英語和相關(guān)的授課內(nèi)容。類似于以上案例描述的這個環(huán)節(jié)，筆者認(rèn)為值得我們老師在備課本上把每句話寫出來，這是改善課堂現(xiàn)狀最快速的方法，而且長此以往還能提高老師的口語能力?！酒?】新目標(biāo)英語及教師參考用書對于本節(jié)閱讀課的閱讀策略簡單的描述為：using what you know. 在上課老師講述好自己的備課時的教學(xué)目標(biāo)時，簡單地

8、說教會學(xué)生使用已知英語和生活經(jīng)驗運用英語來解決相關(guān)問題。閱讀課的閱讀策略就是教學(xué)目標(biāo)嗎？該堂課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)只有閱讀策略嗎？包含三維目標(biāo)了？課堂活動設(shè)計圍繞了什么樣的目標(biāo)？帶著這么多問題，筆者在下面的教學(xué)片段里思索著。（接上面片段一的課）step 3 read and discusst: how can you deal with accidents and problems better? we can use what? today we are going to read a book. what kind of book it is?s1: medical book.s2: a first

11、arettes a. drink more water2. children eat medicine as candies b. learn to say no3. an internet friend ask you to meet c. ask friends to go with4.get pimples d. ask doctors for help【反思二】：課堂教學(xué)目標(biāo)定位科學(xué)嗎？課堂活動設(shè)計想要達(dá)成什么樣的目標(biāo)？這是本課的重要組成部分，它的課堂用時占了二分之一，在文本處理好之后，老師圍繞該話題進(jìn)行了更深入的探討，旨在讓學(xué)生運用該堂課上所學(xué)知識和已有知識形成初步的英語思維能力和表

12、達(dá)能力，設(shè)計者在備課可謂是頗下功夫，但在聽課過程中，筆者似乎只看到了膚淺的一面：沒有深入的交流，學(xué)生只是用幾個簡單的句子應(yīng)付老師的提問，甚至個別學(xué)生很想用中文表達(dá)。閱讀課上的閱讀策略就是我們的主要教學(xué)目標(biāo)嗎？這節(jié)課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)該是什么呢？教學(xué)建議中：細(xì)讀單元（模塊）內(nèi)容，明確其教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容及其在全冊教學(xué)中的地位與作用。研讀課時教材內(nèi)容，制定具體、清晰、可實現(xiàn)的知識目標(biāo)、能力目標(biāo)和情感（文化）目標(biāo)，明確重點難點。顯而易見，本節(jié)課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)不完整，有欠缺，應(yīng)該有具體、清晰、可實現(xiàn)的知識目標(biāo)、能力目標(biāo)和情感（文化）目標(biāo)，明確重點難點。老師把課堂的主要時間花在了這些活動上，活動的目的是什么還是很模

13、糊的。怎樣的教學(xué)目標(biāo)定位與表述才是最科學(xué)、最切合實際、最符合學(xué)生的發(fā)展呢？請看新目標(biāo)英語8aunit5can you come to my party? 的課時目標(biāo)表述，也許我們能有些收獲。1. the main task (outcome)the students will be able to write a party invitation and be able to reply.2. language focusthe students will be able to use the following words and patterns properly in their rep

17、圍繞這個任務(wù)。一節(jié)課完成一件事，通過這件事的完成，達(dá)到知識與技能、過程與方法、情感態(tài)度與價值觀的三維目標(biāo)。相比較我們的教學(xué)目標(biāo)一句帶過的現(xiàn)狀，是該要好好琢磨琢磨我們的課堂目標(biāo)定位的時候了！【片段3】這段教學(xué)片段選自新目標(biāo)英語7a unit9 do you want to go to a movie?教學(xué)片段如下：step 1 revision and lead-int: tomorrow is sunday. i want to do something. do you want to play basketball with me?
