Ask them to use the vocabulary from . Step7 .Difficulties1. 動詞 play 的幾種用法 (1)play 表示“玩(球類)”或“玩棋牌及其他游戲”,這時作賓語的名詞前不帶任何冠詞。如:pla

15、ybasketball/cards/chess/bridge/badminton打籃球 /打牌 /下棋 /打橋牌 /打羽毛球。 (2)play 表示“演奏,彈奏(樂器)”,這時表示樂器的名詞前須帶定冠詞the。如 play the piano/violin 。 (3)play 表示“裝扮、扮演”。如: play a doctor/ Lu Xun/ the fool扮一名醫(yī)生 /扮演魯迅 /裝傻 (4)play with fire 玩火, play with water 玩水, play with balls 玩球,這些短語中的介詞 with 不能丟。 play 還有一些其他常見的用法和含義。

16、(5)play sth. for sb. = play sb. sth. 為某人播放(6)play + sth. + on + 樂器 用某樂器演奏(某樂曲)2. help sb. do sth. 與 help sb. with sth. Can you help kids withswimming? 你能教孩子游泳嗎?Help sb. with sth. 此詞組的意思為“在某方面幫助某人”,還可以說help sb. do sth.。 如果上下文意義較明確時,兩個詞組可以互換。注:在 help sb. with sth. 結(jié)構(gòu)中,with 是介詞,故動詞應(yīng)變?yōu)閐oing 形式, doing 相當(dāng)

17、于名詞,作介詞賓語。 Can you help kids with swimming? =Can you help kids swim?3. Can 的用法 can 是英語中最常用的幾個情態(tài)動詞之一, 它沒有人稱和數(shù)的變化,不能獨立作謂語,必須與主要的謂語動詞的原形連用。can 本身不表示動作, 只表示體力或腦力方面的能力。 例如: (1)I/ We/ You/ She/ He/ They can speak Chinese.我/我們/你/你們 /她/他/他們 /會說漢語。 can 無人稱和數(shù)的變化, 表示腦力方面的能力。(2)I/We/You/She/He/They can carry the heavy box. 我/我們 /你/你們 /她/他/他們搬得動這個重箱子。表示體力方面的能力。注:情態(tài)動詞本身無人稱和數(shù)的變化,后面的動詞用原形。情態(tài)動詞的否定式由情態(tài)動詞加 not 構(gòu)成,如: I/We/You/He/She/It/They cant swim
