33、認檢查記錄（附表7）空載熱分布測試記錄（附表8）9.4 性能確認（PQ）9.4.1 性能確認概述安裝確認與運行確認完成后，經(jīng)確認小組審核試驗結(jié)果，認為系統(tǒng)運轉(zhuǎn)正常后，應對其進行性能確認。9.4.2 性能確認目的通過生產(chǎn)運行，確認真空干燥機性能狀況能滿足生產(chǎn)工藝要求。9.4.3 技術(shù)適用性及要求滿載熱分布測試方法：取15支校準合格的留點溫度計，編號后將一支留點溫度計置于烘箱溫度控制探頭旁邊，一支留點溫度計置于排風口處，其余13支留點溫度計均勻分布在烘箱內(nèi)各物料烘盤處，其分布參照空載熱分布。測試過程：將制成的空白淀粉顆粒裝入物料盤，每盤2.5kg，送入烘箱，將留點溫度計同空載測試安放，但不得直接接

34、觸物料，設定溫度80，按照操作規(guī)程干燥10小時，記錄0h、1h、2h、4h、8h、10h各點溫度，根據(jù)記錄的數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果，評價熱分布。干燥結(jié)束，于烘箱不同部位取9份樣品，按中國藥典（2010年版），分別檢測水分。接受標準溫度：設定為80，加熱時間為2025分鐘，在加熱0h、1h、2h、4h、8h、10h各點溫度5。物料干燥：12份樣品，水分均小于5%。要求：連續(xù)測試三次，以檢查結(jié)果重復性。 滿載熱分布測試記錄（附表9）10 異常情況處理系統(tǒng)性能確認過程中，應嚴格按照各操作規(guī)程、檢測程序、進行操作和判定。出現(xiàn)個別項目不符合標準的結(jié)果時，應按下列程序進行處理：10.1 出現(xiàn)個別指標不合格的，應重新

35、取樣進行檢測。如達不到質(zhì)量標準時，應由生產(chǎn)技術(shù)部負責進行處理或由供應商進行處理。10.2 其它運行確認項目不符合要求時，應重新調(diào)試或請供應商現(xiàn)場調(diào)試。10.3 若屬設備方面的原因，必要時報確認小組，調(diào)整設備運行參數(shù)或?qū)υO備進行處理。11 偏差處理在執(zhí)行本方案過程中發(fā)生任何偏差均應有文件記錄，并將所有偏差情況描述清楚，并列出偏差糾正結(jié)果，說明引起偏差的原因。實施責任人應保證結(jié)論正確無誤。確認小組應對本系統(tǒng)中所有偏差與糾正予以審核、認可。12 變更控制在執(zhí)行本方案過程中發(fā)生任何變更均應有文件記錄，并將所有變更內(nèi)容描述清楚，并列出變更分類，說明變更原因及風險評估。實施責任人應保證結(jié)論正確無誤。確認小
