1、不管是什么專業(yè),考察的都是你的應(yīng)變能力及語言能力,我是教師教育處人員,正好可以幫到你,其實(shí)主要是針對(duì)教育學(xué)和教育心理學(xué)考察一些應(yīng)用,不會(huì)考察理論的,這個(gè)您放心,主要是看您具不具備教師應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的隨機(jī)應(yīng)變能力和語言技能,類似即興演講。目前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、百度知道上關(guān)于教師面試問題的解答簡直太生硬,每個(gè)人都用這樣的答案更沒有新意,也太功利,而且考官一看就能看出來,你要記住,你是面試或者應(yīng)聘,不是背誦賽也不是詩詞朗誦比賽,你的語言如果想背誦一樣,不僅讓人感覺生硬,還容易被人懷疑你事先查找了答案。一些準(zhǔn)教師在面試回答時(shí)竟然引經(jīng)據(jù)典再加詩歌,這是不恰當(dāng)?shù)?,因?yàn)楦静幌袷羌磁d回答,回答問題時(shí)不能不生搬硬套,回答問

2、題要真實(shí)可信。如果考官覺得這個(gè)問題你答的好像準(zhǔn)備過一樣,就會(huì)認(rèn)為,是你押中了題而不是應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng),那可就慘了!下面是由筆者結(jié)合教師教育培訓(xùn)輔導(dǎo)專家李宏老師意見、將面試常被問及的問題及今年可能出現(xiàn)的新問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)和預(yù)測,結(jié)合私密調(diào)查到的(有的甚至是花錢托關(guān)系查到的?。v屆應(yīng)聘成功者的答案筆錄(個(gè)別機(jī)構(gòu)保留了錄音或錄像),結(jié)合專家、評(píng)委意見,給出最權(quán)威的押題供考生朋友參考。并且到重點(diǎn)機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行蹲點(diǎn)探信,調(diào)查到了很多新增的機(jī)密考題(據(jù)說要在多個(gè)面試考點(diǎn)和單位使用):1.為什么要選擇教師這個(gè)行業(yè)?2.為什么學(xué)生會(huì)偏科?3.做好一個(gè)教師固然離不開敬業(yè)、愛生、專業(yè)知識(shí)扎實(shí),除了這些,你認(rèn)為教學(xué)的最重要特質(zhì)是什

If the job involves management responsibilities, refer to past activities as proof of your ability to get along with others and to work as part of a team.4. If we hire you, how long will you stay withus?Answer by saying along these lines:

12、 "As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities."5. Can we offer you a career path?Reply: "I believe you could, once I know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me?" The answer may be revealing.6. What are your g

13、reatest strengths?Give a response like one of the following: "I can see what needs to be done and do it", "I''m wiling to make decisions", "I work well with others," "I can organize my time efficiently."7. What are you greatest weakness?Identify one or

14、 two, such as the following:" I tend to drive myself too hard", " I expect others to perform beyond their capacities", " I like to see a job done quickly, and I'm critical if it isn't." Note these weaknesses could also be regarded as desirable qualities. The tri

19、ctations?If you are asked this at the outset, it's best to say, "Why don't we discuss salary after you decide whether I'm right for the job? "But if the interviewer asks this after showing real interest in you, speak up. She or he will probably try to meet your price. If you ne

20、ed a clue of what to ask for, say, " Can you discuss your salary range with me?"13. What would you do if.?This question is designed to test your reposes. For example: "What would you do if your computer broke down during an audit?" Your answer there isn't nearly so important

21、as your approach to the problem. And a calm approach is best. Start by saying, "One thing I might do is ." Then give several alternative choices.14. What type of position are you interested in?Job titles and responsibilities vary from firm to firm . So state your skills instead, such as &q

22、uot;I'm good at figure work," and the positions that require these skills , such as "accounts payable."15. Tell me something of yourself.Say you'll be happy to talk, and ask what the interviewer wants to know. If this point is clarified, respond. If not, tell why you feel your

Do you have any questions of the organization or the job?Employers like a candidate who is interested in the organization. so this is a perfect time to convey your interest and e
