2、 S-600 water and steam sampling devices.本手冊適用于S-600水汽取樣裝置在現(xiàn)場的日常維護。This manual is suitable for maintenance of S-600 water and steam sampling devices.2 裝置的維護2 Maintenance of devices2.1 若出現(xiàn)某路樣水溫度偏高2.1 If the temperature of one sampling water on high side 2.1.1 檢查排污門是否關(guān)嚴(yán)或是否泄漏。2.1.1 Check the blow-off do

3、ors whether closed strictly or leak. 2.1.2 檢查恒壓裝置安全閥是否打開。2.1.2 Check the safety valves of constant pressure device whether open or not.2.1.3 檢查冷卻水是否中斷，盤管是否結(jié)垢。2.1.3 Check the cooling water whether cut off or not, and whether there is impurity in coil.2.1.4 檢查盤管是否泄漏。2.1.4 Check the coil whether leak o

4、r not.2.2 若出現(xiàn)某路高壓排污管溫度較高，此時檢查人員可用手輕握該路樣水的排污管，并將其與其它樣水的排污管溫度相比較，若溫度異?？蓴喽ㄅ盼坶y未關(guān)嚴(yán)或排污閥已經(jīng)損壞，維護方法參照高壓閥的維護方法進行維護。2.2 If the temperature of one high blow-off pipe is higher than others, the inspector could hold this pipe and compare with others on temperature, and by experience he could judge the blow-off is

5、 unclosed fully or bad. Then the maintenance way could regard the ways of high pressure valves.2.3 裝置維護時注意事項：2.3 Matters needing attention on maintenance ：2.3.1 高壓閥維護時，必須關(guān)閉樣水進口閥門。2.3.1 The water sampling inner valves should be closed when maintain the high pressure valves. 2.3.2 冷卻器維護以及更換冷卻器盤管時，關(guān)閉樣水

6、門，關(guān)閉冷卻水進出球閥。2.3.2 Close the water sampling doors and in-and out cooling water ball valves when maintain and change the cooling coil. 2.3.3 清洗恒壓裝置、保護裝置時關(guān)閉樣水進口閥門。2.3.3 Close the sampling water inner valves while wash the constant pressure devices and protecting devices.2.3.4 更換水樣過濾器濾芯時，關(guān)閉儀表樣水進口節(jié)流閥。2.3

7、.4 Close the inner throttle of water sampling meter as change the filter element.3主要零部件的維護3 Maintenance of main parts3.1高壓閥（316NB-GM）3.1 High pressure valves（316NB-GM）運行人員按照操作指南對高壓閥進行正確操作，可確保高壓閥可靠運行，高壓閥維護主要維護事項如下：Be sure on safety running under operating as manual, and the main maintenance factors a

8、s follows:3.1.1 高壓閥出現(xiàn)內(nèi)漏3.1.1 Inner leak of high pressure valve關(guān)閉樣水總門，待閥門溫度下降至室溫后，松開閥根處的壓緊螺母，取下閥桿組件及密封體，觀察閥桿頂端的硬質(zhì)合金球和密封體，如硬質(zhì)合金球出現(xiàn)汽蝕，此時向下按住合金球并轉(zhuǎn)動改變密封面即可。如密封體出現(xiàn)損傷，則更換新的密封體即可。Switch off the main valve, when the temperature of the valve goes down to the room temperature, release the pressed nut at the ro

9、ot of the valve, take off the spindle components and sealed body, observe the hard alloying pellet and sealed body on the top of spindle, if the hard alloying pellet come to cavitations， press down the pellet and turn to change the sealed surface. If the sealed body was broken, then change for a new

10、 one.3.1.2 高壓閥出現(xiàn)外漏3.1.2 Outer leak of high pressure valve閥芯與閥體的大螺母處出現(xiàn)滲水或汽蝕現(xiàn)象，關(guān)閉樣水總門，待閥門溫度下降至室溫后，退出閥桿，用扳手重新擰緊大螺母，如果上述操作不解決問題，則松開閥門定位座與閥體之間的大螺母，觀察密封面處的損壞情況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷請將研磨膏涂在閥體的密封面上，然后放上定位座對配合面進行適當(dāng)?shù)难心?，時間在20分鐘左右，重新裝上，即可消除外漏現(xiàn)象。when the week or cavitations appears at the large nuts which connects the valve cor

11、e and valve body, switch of the main valve,after the temperature of the valve cooling down to the room temperature, release the spindle, screw down the large nut by spanner. If the above operation could not solve the problem, then release the large nut between valve position seat and valve body, obs

12、erve the damage, if any damge is found, paint the abrasive paste on the surface of the valve, then reload the position seat and conduct some rubbing on the matching surface. Wait for 20 minutes, then reload it and the leaking problem would be solved.3.2筒形冷卻器（TZ01A14、TZ01B）3.2 Tube-shaped cooler（TZ01

13、A14、TZ01B）檢修人員在發(fā)現(xiàn)冷卻器的硬密封處出現(xiàn)滲漏時，可松開硬密封利用金相砂紙對硬密封的密封面進行適當(dāng)?shù)难心?，主要將積垢磨去，然后裝好即可消除漏點。If find the hard sealing of cooler leaks, the maintainer could loosen the hard sealing and furbish the hard sealing surface with metallographic phase send-paper. After clean those, full install.冷卻器的上下法蘭之間出現(xiàn)泄漏主要就是上下法蘭之間的密封墊

14、圈損壞，只要對其進行更換即可。If the up-and-down flanges of cooler leak, the problem is because the sealing washer between them, just change other one.3.3高溫高壓返沖洗過濾器（TZ34C）3.3 High temperature and pressure recoiling wash filter（TZ34C）高溫高壓返沖式自清洗過濾器濾芯采用彈簧壓緊式裝配，耐高溫耐汽蝕能力較高，裝配拆卸方便，由于具有返沖功能，實現(xiàn)“免維護”。 The filter element of

15、 recoiling self-washing filter of high temperature and pressure adopt a spring compressed style assemble, and it bear high temperature and corrosion, could be easy disassembling and free maintenance.濾芯采用不銹鋼材料制造，濾孔呈錐形狀，外大內(nèi)小，最小直徑50um，由于長時間使用，有可能出現(xiàn)堵塞、結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象，一般15天左右，請進行返沖清洗一次，即可將堵塞在濾孔中的污垢徹底清洗，大大方便了運行檢修人員。

16、The filter is made out of stainless steel material and being taper style, outer bigger than inner，the minimum diameter is 50um. Because of the long time using, it would blockage and deposit，so it need be recoil cleaning in 15 days and the problem could be solved.3.4恒壓裝置（TZ02B）3.4 Constant pressure d

17、evice（TZ02B）TZ02B型恒壓裝置采用彈簧膜片減壓原理，樣水出口壓力波動范圍僅為進口壓力波動范圍的1%，從而保證樣水壓力恒定，使儀表樣水流量穩(wěn)定，當(dāng)樣水壓力大于0.5Mpa時，恒壓裝置自動關(guān)閉。TZ02B is used the principle of de stress spring diaphragm so the outer pressure rate of inflation is 1% of inner rate. Under this environment could be sure constant pressure, and keep the meter samp

18、ling water flow steady. As water pressure over 0.5Mpa, the constant pressure devices close automatically.恒壓裝置的正確使用：Correct using of constant pressure device:通過調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置，可將恒壓裝置出口樣水流量控制在0-2600ml/min之間，恒壓裝置全部旋進，出口流量最大，恒壓裝置全部旋出，出口流量最小。當(dāng)恒壓裝置工作時間較長，尤其在爐水測點上，恒壓裝置有可能因部分堵塞，流量變小，此時可關(guān)閉樣水一次門、二次門，拆下恒壓裝置，拆開上閥體，取出閥芯，

19、細心除去通水孔里的鐵屑泥砂，清洗后把恒壓裝置放平后安裝好，再重新裝上，即可消除堵塞現(xiàn)象。 The outer sampling water flow rate could under the control of 0-2600ml/min by adjusting the constant pressure device. Out flow rate become biggest one when all devices precess, and become smallest one when all devices backout. The constant pressure device

20、 would blockage in some parts and small the flow rate because of long time working, especially on measuring point of boiling water. It could be solved by closing first and second door, taking apart the device and upper valve body, getting out the valve core, and get away the impurity of limbers care

21、fully. Then full install them.安全閥的調(diào)節(jié)：Adjusting of safety valves:由于樣水水質(zhì)不干凈或用戶需根據(jù)自己要求重新設(shè)置安全閥開啟壓力，此時可調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置上的安全閥。Because of the unclear sampling water, customers need to reset the starting pressure of safety valves and adjust the safety valves of constant pressure device.調(diào)節(jié)方法：Adjusting ways:首先打開安全閥上螺帽，

22、再用螺絲刀調(diào)節(jié)安全閥閥體內(nèi)螺絲，重新設(shè)定安全閥開啟壓力。First open the screw cap of safety valves, then adjust the screw by screw driver and reset the starting pressure of safety valves.3.5 保護裝置（TZ19D）3.5 Safety devices（TZ19D）3.5.1 TZ19D保護裝置主要是實施斷水保護切斷樣水，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)以下中任何異常狀態(tài)時，保護裝置會自動動作對裝置部件以及儀表進行保護。3.5.1 The main function of TZ19D is

23、protecting of sampling water. When comes one of follows situation, the protecting devices would on running:a） 冷卻水?dāng)嗨?，a） cut-off cooling water,b） 樣水超溫，b） temperature excursion of sampling water,3.5.2 保護裝置日常檢修步驟：3.5.2 Steps of protecting devices examine:a） 首先檢查保護裝置接線處是否松開，用萬用表檢查是否有DC24V信號。a） check the

24、wiring of protecting device loose or not first, check if there is DC24V sign by universal meter.b） 如果電信號方面正常，檢修人員可打開保護裝置，觀察是否機械卡死或密封處有臟物沉積，排除故障后，重新裝置即可。b） if there is no abnormal electrical signal, maintainer could open the protecting device and observe if there is something wring with the device or

25、 impurity in sealed place. Clear up all errors and reinstall them.3.6 限流閥（TZ31B）3.6 Current-limiting valve（TZ31B）TZ30B限流閥可將手工取樣樣水流量穩(wěn)定在500-700 ml/min。由于采用間隙穩(wěn)壓，當(dāng)樣水中污物較多或較大時，易堵塞限流閥，此時檢修人員可將限流閥閥芯拆下，進行適當(dāng)清洗，即可解決問題。TZ30B current limiting valve make the flow rate of manpower sampling water between 500-700 m

26、l/min. It adopts space stabilivolt. It could be easy blockage when there is much impurity. And the maintainer could take part the core of the current limiting valve and clean it then make back of them.3.7 水樣過濾器（TZ03D）3.7 Water sampling filter（TZ03D）TZ03D低壓過濾器濾芯采用純棉繞制而成，最小微孔10um，最大不超過150m，具有耐酸堿、濾速快，純

27、度高等特點，可反復(fù)清洗。結(jié)構(gòu)上采用側(cè)進上出方式，更換濾芯時從過濾器下面旋開端蓋，卸下濾芯即可，極大方便了運行及維護人員，當(dāng)濾芯顏色轉(zhuǎn)為棕黑色被污染時，必須及時卸下濾芯進行清洗或酸洗。濾芯經(jīng)多次清洗后，需進行更換，一般要求3個月更換一次濾芯。The core of TZ03D low pressure filer is make from purified cotton minimum micro pore is 10um, and isnt over than 150m，bear acid-base, quickly filtering velocity, high purity and cleaning repeatedly. The structure is income by side way and out by upper. Take off the cap on the bottom of filter when change the filter core. The filter core should be cleaning or acid cleaning when it become brownish-black and is polluted. The filter core
