6、protection management of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final products in the warehouse.4. 程序內容 Procedure Contents4.1. 搬運 transportation各部門人員在搬運產品時，依搬運作業(yè)實施細則執(zhí)行The related personnel shall transport the products according to the <handling operation regulations>.4.2. 包裝 package4.2.1.

7、產品的包裝由生產部、工程部、研發(fā)部按照產品規(guī)格要求進行包裝。同時還應照產品標識和可追溯性管理程序給出相應的產品標識。 The product package shall be done according to the product specification requirements by the production/engineering/R&D departments, and the product shall be labeled correspondingly according to <product identification and traceabilit

8、y management procedure>.4.2.2. 品質部在原材料、成品、半成品檢驗時應對產品的包裝和標識(包括產品標識和檢驗 狀態(tài)標識)是否符合要求進行檢查。 The quality department shall check if the package and identification (including inspection status identification) meet the requirements when checking the raw materials, final products and semi-finished products.

9、4.2.3. 入庫時倉管員應確保物料/產品的型號、規(guī)格、數(shù)量及包裝是否規(guī)范，當發(fā)現(xiàn)包裝破 損時、標識不清，應通知相關部門/責任人更換包裝，并按產品標識和可追溯性管 理程序給出相應的產品標識。 The warehouse keeper shall ensure that the material/product model, size, number and package are regulated when the material/product entering the warehouse. 12、 be packaged with anti-static package material, and implement the related anti-static protection measures.4.3. 存儲 storage4.3.1. 倉庫應對貨倉內各種原材料、半成品、成品應分區(qū)域擺放，并按產品標識和可追 溯性管理程序作好相應的標識并注明產品狀態(tài)。 The warehouse shall place raw materials, semi-finished products and final products in the designated place, and la

17、求：Storing environment requirements:4.3.7.1. 存儲環(huán)境應確保防潮、防壓、防火、防爆、防曬以確保產品不變質。 The storing environment shall be dry, pressure-proof, fire-proof, explosion-proof, and sun-proof to ensure the product quality.4.3.7.2. 各部門做好責任存儲區(qū)域的日常 6S 工作。 Each department shall implement daily 6S in the storing area respon

18、sible.4.3.7.3. 易燃、易爆及有毒化學物品應隔離放置，并作好標識。 Flammable, explosive and toxic chemicals shall be placed separately and marked.4.3.7.4. 嚴禁在倉庫外存放物品（因裝卸等暫時放置的物品除外）。 The materials cannot be stocked at the outside of the warehouse (except for the goods temporary placement for loading and unloading)4.3.7.5. 存儲場所

19、的通道必須保持暢通，不可阻塞。 The passage way in the stock places shall be open and cannot be blocked.4.4. 防護 protection4.4.1. 要規(guī)定所儲存物品的期限，對過期的物品要通知品質部重新檢驗或直接報廢。 The shelf life for the stocked goods shall be regulated, and the overdue goods shall be re-inspected or rejected.4.4.2. 為防止物品堆放過高而損壞物品或包裝，整箱的產品放置堆高層數(shù)不可超
