Some people have a definite career path they want to follow; but if you leave and youre just not sure quite what yo
7、u want, I think its good to move around and try different things.Jimmy: But you know, job-hopping without a clear plan can be perceived as a “difficult-to-keep employee and some employers will not want to hire you. Though you may be the “right one, companies will often choose the individual that see
8、ms to offer the better return on their hiring investment - the person that will stay with them contributing for the longer term.Stephen: Exactly! What I want to say is that building a career within a company can be an asset. I had three different positions at D&L Corporation within three years.
9、I gathered new skills, expanded my network and got a better sense of the company based on my experiences. More importantly, I learned a lot about myself in the process. If I had jumped to three different companies during that time frame, I would have had to rebuild my network, visibility and go thro
