2、mers and distribution transformers with powre up to 6300kVA, voltage level up to 35kV.2 運輸Transportation2.1 變壓器至安裝地點的運輸方法，主要為公路或鐵路運輸。此類變壓器一律裝滿油運輸，應附帶的零部件、配套組件、出廠技術文件等，另裝箱與變壓器一起發(fā)運。The way of transition of the transformer to the installation place is mainly by road or railroad. The transformers of thi

3、s type is always transported with oil fully filled, and the accessories of parts, kit parts and tech-documents, which shall be attached to the deliv,esrhyall be other packed but delivered together with the transformer.2.2 起吊整體變壓器時，應同時使用箱壁上的四個(容量較小時為二個)吊攀，箱蓋上的吊板僅供起吊器身之用。起吊時吊繩與垂線之夾角不得大于30°。When l

4、ifting the integral transformer, only use 4 lugs attached to the tank side (2lugs for smaller capacity ones); the lifting board on tank cover is used for the transformer body only. When lifting, the angle between lifting rope and vertical line shall not be larger than 30.2.3 運輸過程中，變壓器的傾斜角不得大于15°

5、;。應避免變壓器主體劇烈的震動與顛簸，造成本體油箱滲漏油。The inclining angle of the transformer during transportation is allowed no more than 15 . ° Avoid the main body of the transformer from poignant shock or jolt, which may yields to transformer tank leaking.3 驗收Acceptance3.1 用貨單位收到變壓器以后，應按銘牌查對所收到的產(chǎn)品之規(guī)格是否與訂貨合同相符；按出廠文件一

6、覽表查對技術文件是否齊全；按拆卸一覽表查收拆卸件是否有遺漏。When the transformer delivered, the user party shall check from name-print to see the specifications of delivered goods are in line with the ordered ones, and follow exit shop document schedule to check whether the tech-documentsare complete, and follow assembly schedul

7、e to check whether the dismounted parts are all delivered.3.2 檢查變壓器有無漏油、滲油現(xiàn)象；產(chǎn)品與零件有無損壞；易損部件，信號溫度計、套管、氣體繼電器、壓力釋放閥等有無損壞。Inspect whether the transformer is oil leaking or seeping; to see if any damage to products or parts; to see whether complete and in good conditions the wearing parts, signal thermom

8、eter, bushing, Buchholz relay, pressure relief valve and etc.Storing變壓器貯存時，油表中應該經(jīng)常保持有油。并定期檢查其貯存情況。對于拆卸儲油柜運輸?shù)淖儔浩?，必須裝上儲油柜和吸濕器以適應溫度變化的需要。When it is necessary to store the transformerm, ention to keep the oil indicator always oil filled, and check periodically the keeping conditions. For the transportat

9、ion of conservator dismounted transformer,it is a must to fit on conservator with dehydrating breather, so as to keep in line with the temperature alternation.5 總裝配General Assembly5.1 裝訊號溫度計的同時要將所有的溫度計座內(nèi)注滿變壓器油。At the same time of mounting signal thermometer, fill full oil to all seats of the thermom

10、eters accordingly.5.2 裝吸濕器的同時要將吸濕器的下部油杯中加注變壓器油。At the same time on mounting dehydrating breather, fill transformer oil to the oil cup at the lower part of the dehydrating breather.5.3 按總裝配圖裝配好儲油柜等其他零部件。Follow the general assembly drawing(s) to assemble conservator and other accessories.5.4 在補注變壓器油時，

11、需注意補注變壓器油牌號、產(chǎn)地及油基。不同牌號和油基的變壓器油一般不得混合使用，如混合使用必須混油試驗合格后方可使用。When fill compensative transformer oil, pay attention to brand, producing area and oil base of the compensating transformer oil. Generally, transformer oils of different brands or different oil basesare prohibited from mixing; in case it has

12、to apply, only to use after oil mixing test passed.5.5 變壓器如裝有氣體繼電器，安裝到基礎上后，儲油柜一側(cè)應墊高使變壓器箱蓋有1° 2°的傾斜，使氣體容易進入氣體繼電器。When mounted to the foundation, if the transformer is equippedwith Buchholz relay, one side of the conservator shall be blocked up a little, so as to let the transformer cover to

13、 tilt 1 2° , which shall let gas enter Buchholz relay.5.6 對于全密封變壓器投運前一般不需要添加油，但應檢查油位是否正常。Generally, for hermetically sealed transformer,there is no need to add oil, only to check whether the oil level normal or not before putting into production.5.7 變壓器油面在油面表相當于當時環(huán)境溫度的刻度上。Oil level in transform

14、er tank corresponds to the scale of ambient temperature at the time.5.8 檢查變壓器是否滲漏油，若有滲漏現(xiàn)象要處理完畢。Inspect if the transformer tank is oil leakage, and if yes, troubleshot is a must.6 投入運行Put into production6.1 變壓器總裝后，于投入運行前應經(jīng)過如下試驗：When the transformer general assemblyis performed, test the following bef

15、ore putting it3 of 5into production:(1) 測量各繞組所有分接的直流電阻Measurement of DC resistance of winding(2) 測量各分接位置變壓比Measurement of every tap position voltage ratio(3) 檢查變壓器的聯(lián)結組標號Check transformer phase displacement(4) 測量繞組連同套管的絕緣電阻Measurement of the insulation resistance of each winding and attached bushing

16、accordingly(5) 取變壓器油樣，并進行化驗分析Take sample of the transformer oil for chemical analysis.(6) 有載調(diào)壓開關動作試驗Commissioning test for the actions of on load tap changer以上試驗均在變壓器注油至少10h 以后進行試驗。All the test above will be performed after 10 h transformer have been filled with oil.6.2 變壓器通過第6.1 條所列之試驗后，應進行如下檢查：Whe

17、n the transformer passed the aforementionedtest listed in passage 6.1,it is necessary to carry out the following inspections:(1) 整定與試驗各保護裝置：氣體繼電器、過電流繼電器、差動繼電器之動作。Set and test actions of each protective device: Buchholz relay, overcurrent relay, differential relay accordingly.(2) 試驗油斷路器的傳動機構與聯(lián)鎖裝置之動作。

18、Test the actions of commissioning the drive mechanism and safety interlock of oil circuit breaker.(3) 檢查儲油柜油面是否正常；儲油柜與變壓器之連接管活門的連接蝶閥等一定要處于開啟狀態(tài)。Check whether the oil level in the conservator is normal; it is a must to keep the open status for connecting valve and connecting butterfly valve of radiato

19、r between conservator and transformer.(4) 校驗溫度計之讀數(shù)。Calibrate the readings of thermometer.(5) 檢查油箱接地是否良好。Inspect whether the tank earthing is in good conditions.6.3 空載試驗No-load test(1) 裝有氣體繼電器的變壓器，先將氣體繼電器的信號觸頭改接至變壓器的電源跳閘回路，將過電流保護時限整定為瞬時動作。For transformer equipped with Buchholz relay, turn the signal

20、contact of the Buchholz relay to the transformer power tripping circuit first, and set the over current protection delay as an instantaneous action.(2) 裝有壓力釋放閥的變壓器，為了油箱整體試壓和運輸中不滲油，壓力釋放閥蓋上裝有試壓片，請注意此件在送電前必須拆除。For transformer equipped with pressure relief valve, for sakes of oil leakage during transpor

21、tation and integral test, the pressure testing sheeits mounted on the pressure relief valve cover, pay attention to remove it before energizing.(3) 變壓器應由供電側(cè)接入電源，因為變壓器的保護裝置都裝在該側(cè)，如產(chǎn)生不正常情況能及時切斷電源。The transformer shall connect supply from the accepting side, because that all protect devices are equipped

22、 on this side, and in case there encounters abnormality, it is applicable to cut off supply power in time.(4)變壓器接入額定電壓，電壓應由零徐徐上升到額定電壓并保持30min,在此期間變壓器應無任何異?，F(xiàn)象。When the transformer is energized with rated voltage, the voltage shall go up gradually up to the rated voltage and keepfor 30 min. During thi

23、s period, there shall be free of any abnormality for the transformer.6.4 空載沖擊合閘試驗No-load impulse switch closing test(1) 空載試驗完畢后，切斷電源，重新調(diào)整過流保護整定值，并將氣體繼電器的信號觸頭接至報警回路，跳閘觸頭接至繼電器保護之跳閘回路。When no-load test finished, cut off power supply, regulate and reset value for over current protection, and turn the si

24、gnal contact of the Buchholz relay to alarm circuit, tripping contact to tripping circuit of the relay protection.(2) 在額定電壓下，對變壓器進行3 5 次空載沖擊合閘試驗，以檢驗在激磁電流沖擊作用下的繼電保護裝置之動作。Under rated voltage, perform 3 5 times of no-load impulse switch closing test, so as to check the actions of relay protection under

25、 the magnetic exciting current impulse. 6.5 如變壓器接入電壓的試驗結果良好，便可接納負荷，投入運行。If the energizing tests for the transformer are good, it is then applicable to put onload for running.6.6 變壓器在運行中，應經(jīng)常檢查各溫度指示及油面指示等裝置和保護裝置(如氣體繼電器等)，以保證其動作可靠；經(jīng)常查看各個密封處有無漏油。During running, it is necessaryto check frequently each te

26、mperatureindicatior, oil level indicatior and other devices and protection devices (such as Buchholz relay and etc) of the transformer, so as to ensure their actions are reliable; inspect frequently the seal positions whethet any oil leakage.7 維護Maintenance關于變壓器之維護應遵照相關的變壓器運行規(guī)程等規(guī)范執(zhí)行。For the maintena

Purpose變壓器箱蓋上備有無載分接開關一具，作為變換變壓器高壓側(cè)分接頭之用。On the transformer-tank cover is equipped with a no-load tapping switch, which is used to change

28、the taps on high-voltage side of transformer.二、使用II. Use1. 操作分接開關時必須先切斷高低壓測線路，確定變壓器無電時方可進行。1. Before operating the tapping switch, it is necessaryto cut off the circuit of high and low voltage side and make sure that the transformer is NOT live.2. 分接開關指示盤數(shù)字位置III 代表變壓器之額定電壓，I 代表較額定電壓+5之分接頭。V代表較額定電壓5

29、%之分接頭。3. On the indicator dial of the tapping switch, "III" represents rated voltage of transformer, "I" represents the tap that is + 5 compared to the rated value, and " " represents the tap that is 5 compared to the rated value.4. 變換分接頭時，先旋出風雨罩上的圓頭螺釘，取下風雨罩，將手柄從定位槽中取出，連同手柄旋轉(zhuǎn)至所需的分接頭位置，并使手柄定位釘能正常置入指示板的定位槽內(nèi)，然后蓋上風雨罩并旋緊圓頭螺釘，然
