6、eawater. Its lifetime is designed for 20 years. The pipe will not be corroded as long as the ICCP works.外加電流系統(tǒng)分 2 個回路，保護回路和測量監(jiān)控回路。保護回路是恒電位儀將直流電從正極送出，經(jīng)輔助陽極、海水介質(zhì)到達管道內(nèi)壁，匯總在陰極接地回到恒電位儀的負極。The impressed current includes 2 circuits. It passes auxiliary anode, seawater and the inside of pipes. Before it reaches the negative pole, all dir

The reference electrode gives protective potential back to constant potential rectifier, which will insure the

9、 constant potential rectifier works automatically.3.2 外加電流陰極保護系統(tǒng)的組成3.2 CONSTITUTE OF IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM外加電流系統(tǒng)包括恒電位儀、輔助陽極、參比電極、接線盒、電纜等其它輔助部件。各部件通過電纜、海水和管道構(gòu)成保護電流回路和測量檢測回路，達到防腐目的。The system includes constant potential rectifier, auxiliary anodes, reference electrodes, junction

10、 boxes, cables and other auxiliary units. All of them are connected by cables, seawater and the pipes to constitute the protection circuit and measurement circuit.3.2.1 恒電位儀3.2.1 CONSTANT POTENTIAL RECTIFIER恒電位儀將交流電變?yōu)橹绷麟姡ㄟ^正極送出，通過輔助陽極、海水、管道及電纜回到恒電位儀的負極；通過參比電極反饋的電位值自動工作，確保系統(tǒng)得正常工作。The constant potenti

11、al rectifier changes the alternating current (AC) to DC, and then output it. The DC is from the positive pole, and then passes auxiliary electrode, seawater, pipe and cable, and terminally back to the negative pole. Due to the potential feedback by reference electrode, the system will work normally.

12、本項目采用 2 種型號的恒電位儀，主廠房內(nèi)外主循環(huán)水進、出水管路和開青島雙瑞海洋環(huán)境工程有限公司SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Company3式循環(huán)水管路采用 KVL-7 型恒電位儀，參數(shù) DC24V/50A/40A/20A，三臺恒電位儀集中在一臺機柜內(nèi)，三路輸出分別保護主循環(huán)水進水管/出水管/開式循環(huán)水管。三路各自獨立工作。This item uses two types of the constant potential rectifier. KVL-7 constant potential rectifier is used for infl

13、ow and effluent pipes of main circulating water inside and outside of main plant house. Its parameter is DC 24V/50A/40A/20A. There are three constant potential rectifiers in one cabinet. The three outputs are used to protect the inflow pipes, and effluent pipes and open circulating water pipes separ

They work autonomously.KVL-8 型恒電位儀用于保護循泵房的循泵泵后出水管道，參數(shù)為：輸出DC24V/20A。KVL-8 constant potential rectifier is used to protect the effluent pipes of the circulating water pump in circulating water pump house. Its parameter is DC24V/20A.3.2.2 輔助陽極3.2.2 AUXILIARY ANODE輔助陽極將直流電送出到海水介質(zhì)，到達管道內(nèi)壁。輔助陽極連接在恒電

15、位儀的正極上。輔助陽極采用 Pt/Nb 復(fù)合絲陽極。陽極的布置位置見圖 F747S-S0202-02。The DC is output from auxiliary anode to the inwall of pipe, which is passed by seawater. The auxiliary anode is connected to the positive pole of constant potential rectifier. In this case, it is made by platinum and niobium alloy.3.2.3 接線盒3.2.3 JU

16、NCTION BOX為了便于接線，方便日常的檢修維護，輔助陽極電纜接進接線盒后匯總成一根電纜接到恒電位儀的正極。線盒是電纜連接的過渡部件，是系統(tǒng)的組成部件。接線盒的材質(zhì)為不銹鋼材質(zhì)。All of the cables connected with auxiliary are gathered to one cable by the junction box, and then connected to the constant potential rectifier. One is used indoor and the other one is used outdoor. We can separate them from their appearance. The outdoor one is a waterproof form.3.2.4 電纜及陰極接地

18、3.2.4 CABLE AND GROUNDED-CATHODE 陰極就是被保護的鋼制管道，通過電纜接在恒電位儀的負極上，構(gòu)成了系統(tǒng)保護電流的返回回路。The cathode is the steel pipe which is protected. It is connected to the negative pole of the constant potential rectifier by the cables, which constitutes the protection circuit.電纜將管道、輔助陽極和恒電位儀連接起來，通過海水介質(zhì)，構(gòu)成了一個完整的保護回路。The c

19、ables connect the pipes and auxiliary to the constant potential rectifier and pass the seawater, all of which constitute an integral protection circuit.3.2.5 參比電極及測量接地3.2.5 REFERENCE ELECTRODE AND GROUNDED-MEASUREMENT 參比電極測量管道的保護電位，用來判斷陰極保護的效果，確定管道的狀態(tài)。參比電極的材質(zhì)為 Ag/AgCl。測量接地是被保護的管道。參比電極接進恒電位儀的參比接線柱上（C

20、1C4），測量接地經(jīng)電纜接進恒電位儀的測量地接線柱。參比電極和測量地構(gòu)成測量回路，測量保護電位數(shù)值。保護電位數(shù)值在恒電位儀的測量表頭上顯示。The reference electrode is used to measure the protective potential of pipes by which we can judge the protective effect and the status of the pipes. The reference electrode is made by silver/silver chloride. The grounded-measurem

21、ent is the protective pipes. The reference electrode connects to the reference terminal (C1C4) of the constant potential rectifier. The grounded-measurement connects to the measurement grounded terminal of the constant potential rectifier. The reference electrode and the grounded-measurement constit

22、ute the measurement circuit to measure the protective potential. The potential shows on the table of the constant 青島雙瑞海洋環(huán)境工程有限公司SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Company5potential rectifier.3.2.6 跨接線3.2.6 JUMPER管道上由閥門、二次濾網(wǎng)、收球網(wǎng)、彎頭等用法蘭連接的部件，這些部件將被保護的管道截斷成數(shù)段，各段之間不能很好地電連接，使得管道上的電阻較大，不利于陰極保護系統(tǒng)的工作。用電纜

23、將法蘭和設(shè)備兩側(cè)的管道連接起來，使管道構(gòu)成一個電性整體，有利于管道的保護電位分布更加均勻，效果良好。There are some units connect to pipe with flanges such as valves, secondary screen, ball screen, elbow and so on. They divide the protective pipe to several sections. These sections are hard for electric connection, so the resistance of the circuit r

24、ises. This is a disadvantage of cathodic protection. We should connect the flanges and pipes on their both sides. Then the pipes can keep electric connection. This is an advantage of cathodic protection.4 外加電流陰極保護系統(tǒng)的安裝外加電流陰極保護系統(tǒng)的安裝4 INSTALLATION OF IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM4.1 恒電位

25、儀的安裝4.1 INSTALLATION OF CONSTANT POTENTIAL RECTIFIER恒電位儀設(shè)計采用落地式安裝，進線方式為下進線方式，恒電位儀為電纜進出已留出空間。The constant potential rectifier is designed to floor type installation. The incoming wires pass the base plat of the constant potential.恒電位儀擺放在平整硬化的地面上，確保恒電位儀的穩(wěn)定。位置應(yīng)距離被保護的管道較近，便于人員的正常操作、檢修和陰極電纜接線；不會受到水的飛濺和異物

26、的碰撞。恒電位儀前后要有 600mm 以上的操作空間。若地面條件不夠，則必須安裝設(shè)備支架。To stabilize the constant potential rectifier, it should be installed on smooth and harden ground. The distance from constant potential rectifier and protective pipes should be kept close, so it is convenient for staff to operate, examine and repair. The

27、constant potential rectifier should keep away from water and others crash. If the condition of the floor cant be satisfied with the requirement, the suppor

28、ts should be installed.4.2 輔助陽極的安裝4.2 AUXILIARY ANODE INSTALLATION 1 輔助陽極安裝在管道上。管道上開孔，由外向內(nèi)安裝。1 The auxiliary anodes are installed on the pipes. Firstly, tap a hole on the pipe, and then install the auxiliary anode by the method of outside-in.2 根據(jù)圖紙確定陽極的安裝在管道上的縱向位置。在相應(yīng)管道上的水平軸線位置上開直徑 45mm 的孔，將下法蘭孔對正，焊

29、接好下法蘭。下法蘭的安裝孔與管道上開孔重合，不得妨礙安裝。詳見圖紙 F747S-S0207-05。2 Make sure that the auxiliary anodes are installed vertically on the pipe based on the drawings. Tap a hole with 45mm diameter on horizontal axis of the pipes. Then justify and weld the bottom flange. The installation hole of bottom flange and the ho

30、le tapped on the pipe should be coincident. The details can be found on drawing NO. F747S-S0207-05.3 將輔助陽極穿過安裝孔，在下法蘭內(nèi)涂上密封膠，安裝陽極護套，將陽極的密封墊（2 個）安裝在陽極上的突臺下，讓密封墊擠在電極和陽極護套之間，用上法蘭固定牢固。陽極安裝不得漏水。3 Let the auxiliary anode pass through the installation hole. Smear the sealant inside the bottom flange and inst

31、all the auxiliary anode sheath. Put the two sealing gaskets under the bulger of auxiliary anode. Keep the sealing gaskets extruding between anode and its sheath. Fix on the top flange and insure the seawater cant be leaked trough the installation hole.4 陽極接線采用 ZRBVV1X4 的電纜，電纜穿過穿線螺母，用接線片接在陽極接線柱上，另一端接

32、在接線盒內(nèi)。電纜編號見電纜表。4 Use ZRBVV1X4 cables for connecting the anodes. The cables pass through threading nuts and connect to the anodic terminal by lugs. The other end is connected to junction box. The number of cables can refer to the list of cables.5 埋入地下的輔助陽極電纜與陽極接好后，應(yīng)該用松香石蠟的熔融青島雙瑞海洋環(huán)境工程有限公司SunRui Marin

33、e Environment Engineering Company7混合物灌滿再擰上密封蓋。最后用法蘭固定安裝。5. Connect the cables embedded under the ground and the anodes, and fill the fusing mixture with rosin and paraffin, and then screw on the sealed cap. Finally fix by flanges.4.3 接線盒的安裝4.3 JUNCTION BOX INSTALLATION1 室內(nèi)接線盒的安裝1 JUNCTION BOX INSIDE

34、 INSTALLATION采用角鋼或其它結(jié)構(gòu)件做成支架，將接線盒安裝在支架上，在地面上固定支架。室內(nèi)接線盒也可以安裝在墻上或柱子上。Use angle iron or other structure to make trestles. Install the junction box on the trestles, and fix on floor. Junction box used inside can also be installed on the wall or pillar.2 室外接線盒的安裝2 JUNCTION BOX OUTDOOR INSTALLATION室外接線盒安裝在

35、室外，安裝時注意地面的最終高度！接線盒安裝位置要便于接線及檢修，安裝要牢固。Pay attention to the height from the ground when install the junction box outdoor. The location for installing junction box should be chose in order to keep easy for connecting and examining. The junction box should be fixed on firmly.4.4 陰極接地的安裝4.4 GROUNDED-CAT

36、HODE INSTALLATION 陰極接地采用 M10X30 的不銹鋼螺栓，將螺栓焊接在管道上便于接線的位置，將陰極電纜壓在螺母之間。在焊接螺栓時，保護好螺栓的螺紋不受損傷。詳見圖紙 F747S-S0207-05。Use M10X30 stainless steel bolts for Grounded-cathode. Weld the bolts on the pipe where is convenient for connecting the cathode cables. When weld the bolts, pay attention to protect the threa

F747S-S0207-05.青島雙瑞海洋環(huán)境工程有限公司SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Company8 電纜接線完畢，陰極螺栓等需要涂覆涂料。 After connecting the cables, cathodic bolts should be coated.4.5 跨接電纜的連接4.5 JUMPER CONNECTING在法蘭的管道側(cè),距離法蘭面不小于 300mm 處，焊接 M10X30 的不銹鋼螺栓，焊接方式同陰極接地的方式。用電纜將法蘭兩端的螺栓連

38、接起來。Using the same method of welding grounded-cathode, weld the M10X30 stainless steel bolt on the pipe more than 300mm distance from the flange.用法蘭連接的閥門、二次濾網(wǎng)、收球網(wǎng)等處，都需要將管道用跨接線連接起來。螺栓處的電纜應(yīng)保證好電連接。The pipes which use flanges connecting, such as valves, secondary screens and ball screens should be conne

Make sure the cables connected to the bolts have good electric connection.4.6 參比電極及測量接地的安裝4.6 REFERENCE ELECTRODE AND GROUNDED-MEASUREMENT INSTALLATION參比電極的安裝與輔助陽極相似，只是沒有陽極護套的安裝過程。參比電極電纜采用 ZRB RVVP1X1.5 的電纜接線。電纜的密封方式同輔助陽極。埋地的參比電極需要用松香、石蠟的混合物將接線盒密封。The method of reference electrode in
